The Limits of Patience for a Wife

Ambar was very happy when he found out that Nabila would accompany him during his illness, he never thought that Orange would allow his daughter to stay in his apartment.

"Thank you Nabila, Nabila wants to take care of grandma" said Ambar grasped his grandson's hand very tightly, there were tears falling from the corner of his eye.

"Yes, Grandma. If it is Grandma's grandchild, Nabila should take care of Grandma if Grandma is sick, Nabila does not want Grandma herself, pity Grandma," said Nabila innocently then wiped her grandmother's tears.

Hearing those words, Ambar grew sobbing, he brought Nabila his hug. He increasingly berated himself, why he had to behave like an uncaring Orange while still his son-in-law, he not only destroyed his own life. Ambar sleeps with the other servant, while Novi sleeps with Nabila in Aditya's room.

In that room was a lot of her childhood stuff. Nabila asked the stuff to his mother. The orange that sees all of that is like looking back at the past in that room. However, he tried to forget everything, he was happy with Gantara. He did not want to remember the good times or sad times in the apartment.

Nabila was very happy to hear the stories of his father's childhood, stories that tell a lot of funny and also how his father was taking care of his mother well, very different from the story about his father that he got from his mother and also Gantara's father.

"Grandma, why do you have to do evil so you have to go to jail?" asked Nabila after hearing so many good stories done by Aditya.

Ambar did not answer the question, he just smiled and rubbed his grandson's hair then turned their conversation on the next photo sheet. All in the photo album is only Ambar and Aditya, while Aditya and Jingga's wedding photos are on other albums.

"Grandma, why aren't there any pictures of Grandpa?" tanya Nabila again made Ambar's face now changed. Ambar vividly remembers the figure of the husband who left her when Aditya was only 5 months old, there is no difference between her life story and Orange. Her husband also had an affair when she gave birth to his son. However, the difference is that Orange gets new happiness by marrying a man who loves her, while Ambar himself still raises his son alone until only the two of them are in his memories until his current age.

He will sort out what to tell Nabila, what to keep secret from his grandson, he said, it seems that Gantara and Jingga also did not say what was wrong from his son so Aditya had to spend several years in prison.

The next day Ambar's condition was getting healthier, he was able to walk alone there yesterday even had joined in eating with Nabila and two other servants at the dinner table.

They had joked together to make Nabila decide to return to his residence, to the residence of his father and mother. He had promised his mother that if her grandmother was well she would go home and see the condition of her grandmother at this time. Ambar looks very healthy.

"Grandmother, sorry Nabila tomorrow have to go home," said Nabila when they were having dinner. Hearing that Ambar just nodded, he was not surprised by it, he knew sooner or later he would go back to parting with his grandson.

"Yes, Son. But don't forget to visit grandma once in a while and tell your mother if grandma won't be anything, grandma just wants to be with you" said Ambar made Nabila nod and return to give side dishes to her grandmother's plate

They also ate back food cooked by two aunts in the house.

In the morning it was time for Nabila to go home, Gantara had picked up Nabila at the door. Ambar asked to speak with Gantara.

"Nabila and Bibi wait for dad in the car, yes," said Gantara gestured to the aunt to take Nabila into the car to wait for him. The two aunts nodded and took Nabila first to the parking lot, while Aditya sat on the sofa in front of Ambar. Gantara was lazy to talk to him. However, he will try to listen to what the mother of Aditya wants to talk about.
