Two days passed. Zhan started to worry about everything especially after seeing how spoiled Niken attitude on Zein. like today Niken forced to follow Zein to the hospital and accompany him. originally Zein did not want to invite Niken but because Niken sulked and threatened not to want to be his wife again finally forced to invite him.

Currently they are in the car. Niken's face looks so happy and occasionally his head out of the car window like a child. Zein just shook his head to see Niken's behavior like that. until a moment later he felt his head a little dizzy after that he did not remember anything else.

"Morning queen." the familiar voice in Niken's ears made the woman turn her head and smile sweetly at the man.

Yes he is Zhan who managed to take over Zein's body after trying really hard.

"How are you?" asked Zhan with a sweet smile.

"I'm so good.why did you just come out now you know I miss you so much" said Niken with lips pressed forward.

"Did you really miss me?" ask Zhan.

"Of course I look like I'm joking" exclaimed Niken

"But how can you miss me, I see you're happy now with this man" said Zhan who made Niken look on in displeasure.

"What do you mean?" ask Niken

"I want to ask you one thing. Do you still love me?" zhan asked, looking into Niken's eyes

"A what are you saying" said Niken stammered.Honestly at this time he was confused what to say to Zhan.

"Just a simple question from me and you always answer quickly but why are you confused now.have you loved someone else?" zhan asked which surprised Niken.

"That's not true me.." Niken hasn't had time to finish talking Zhan interrupted first.

The man looked at Niken with a wry smile.His face showed a disappointed look that was clearly visible in Niken's eyes.

"I know what's in your heart. huffttt if you already love someone else I can't do anything to force you to continue to love me. especially now that there is a unifying thread between the two of you. To be honest I am disappointed in you Nana, but I cannot do anything because here I am only a shadow. my life in this world just wants to see you happy with me not with anyone else, that's why I'm still alive today... never mind I just want to see you happy you don't have to think about how I am. "What are you saying zhan. I'm not done talking about.where are you going. I told you not to go from me." niken said by holding Zhan's hand but the man only smiled a little.

"Zhan please Zhan don't say that listen to me first" Niken said again but ignored by Zhan.

Little by little Zein was already in his consciousness even though his head was currently feeling dizzy and twitching. he did not pay too much attention to the road and the night turned to niken who had continued to talk and call Zhan's name.

"Dear what happened why my head was so dizzy" asked Zein

"Zhan where Zhan I want to talk to him again.he misunderstood me I haven't finished talking. Where is Zhan" said Niken, shaking Zein's body.

Slowly the dizziness began to disappear but Niken still asked for Zhan's whereabouts.it made Zein confused until he turned to the front and was immediately surprised when he saw the red cross in front of him.

Coinciding with that a train that had rung earlier warned that Zein's car was immediately out of the way.

"Zein awasssss.." cried Niken as she looked ahead.

Everyone screamed in fear when they saw Zein's car hit by a train and exploded there, while the train that hit Zein's car rolled out of the track.

They immediately called the police and fire department to put out the fire and called an ambulance.A few moments later came the police, fire department and hospital staff.

"How's it?" ask one of the police

"I found this in the pocket of the man driving the car" he replied, handing over a purse.

"Zhanie Zein.I feel no stranger to that name" said the police officer, trying to remember.

"He's the son of the owner of MD Entertainment" the police said, calling Zein's father.

"What!!!!!" peeking Wirles with a stand that made everyone who was in the meeting room jumped in shock.

"All right I'll be there soon." he continued by hanging up the phone and just passed by.

Everyone just looked at each other and then the meeting continued.

At home, Cynthia who heard from her husband was also shocked by Zika. During their trip to the hospital, Cynthia keeps crying, which makes baby Jona cry.

"Take it easy, Zika believes Zein is fine" said Zika by calming his mother.

"Have you called Niken?" asked Cynthia who was only answered by the headband by Zika.

Zika tried to contact Niken but there was no answer even the number could not be contacted. it made the two more worried and told the driver to drive his car at high speed.

It didn't take long for them to reach the hospital and they ran to the receptionist to ask where Zein was.

"There's a mistress patient on behalf of Zhenie Zein who is being treated in the ER while the female one is in the ICU" the receptionist said cordially.

"Female? who?" ask Cynthia who is increasingly worried if the woman is Niken.
