Yuan Lin and Mein stopped for a while to the palace due to the coercion of the Han Tian prince and Huang Hun. of course this made the Wei emperor so happy that when he arrived at the palace he immediately told the waiter to prepare a room and a dish for the two of them.

"Are they very close to you?" mein asked curiously.

"Of course it's because the two of them are my brother." Yuan Lin replied without turning his head while Mein simply nodded.

On the other hand, Chen Zu was already in the upper realm, telling Mein what she said to her father and mother. of course this made them both surprised and wanted to go to the vampire kingdom immediately but Chen Zu stopped him.

Currently Yuan Lin was already inside his room.His room time he was small.This is where he got the treatment he shouldn't have. if he remembered all those events, it felt like he wanted to finish off the people who did that to him, but he couldn't do that.

The knocking of the door blew away Yuan Lin's daydream making him instantly move from his bed and see who had already knocked on the door.

"What's wrong?" yuan Lin asked by opening the door.

"Lin jiejie" said the person with a smile that made Yuan Lin look up and look at who it was.

"What?" asked Yuan Lin who appeared a mediocre face without feeling surprised even though in his heart he was very surprised to see who was standing in front of him.

But his gaze turned to the small figure that was now trailing behind the person.The little boy only showed his head and looked at Yuan Lin with his cute face.

Unasked, the little boy approached Yuan Lin Dan reached out his hand and said the words funnyly.

"Ahh alright come on." said Yuan Lin who actually did not understand what the little boy said and just obeyed.

"I hope my son can correct the mistake I made to him" said Jiang He's daughter with a sigh and caught up with the two of them.

In the dining room everyone had been waiting for Yuan Lin's arrival, not long after the door of the room opened and revealed a little boy and a girl who were in his hand.

"I'm sorry to have you all waiting" Yuan Lin said then immediately sat down on the still empty spot.

"It doesn't matter. oh, where is your mother?" emperor Wei asked the little boy.

"cana." replied the boy by pointing at the door and entered the princess Jiang He.

Princess Jiang He was sitting next to Yuan Lin very awkwardly because this was the first time he had sat next to Yuan Lin, because he used to hate being close to Yuan Lin but after the incident, he slowly came to his senses and he intended to apologize to Yuan Lin but until now he did not dare to say it.

"Well, since we are all here, it is better to eat right away" said the Wei emperor, allowing everyone to eat the dishes served on the table.

Everyone enjoyed the dish so voraciously.in the room there was only the sound of the clanking of spoons. There was no talk at all while they ate because that was the rule that was applied in this empire.

After attending the banquet Yuan Lin returned to his room with Mein. They looked close even though Yuan Lin seemed cute and cold but it was not a problem for Mein. he felt happy to have a friend like Yuan Lin.

"After this I'll go. You come back because the weapons you've taken are safe in Chen Zu's hands, and help him to free his family." said Yuan Lin which made Mein nod.

"I'll come back. Thank you for healing my wounds.if I don't meet you I don't know what will happen to me. I'm very lucky to be your friend" Mein said, staring at Yuan Lin.

"When did we become friends? I haven't even decided to be friends with you yet." Yuan Lin said which made Mein just scratch her head with an awkward smile.

"Have you not been very kind to me. It could be interpreted if you already consider me as your friend" Mein said.

"You were just a girl who suddenly appeared and troubled me nothing more." Yuan Lin timped up by leaving Mein behind.

"Hey at least be friends with me. Why are you so cold to me, no man deserves to come near you." cried Mein with regret but not ignored at all by Yuan Lin.
