The Juragan's Third Wife

Don't leave me, baby

When they arrived at the sub-district hospital, Naura was immediately sent to the emergency room. How surprised Vishnu when he saw that Satria was there.

"What happened to Naura?" squealing Satria while looking at Naura's injured face and hands. He was even more surprised when he saw that there was fresh blood flowing at Naura's feet.

"My wife was pregnant when she fell." Vishnu said with a very tense face.

"The equipment in this hospital is very limited, we must immediately take him to the hospital in the city. Sister, get me some oxygen. We have to give first aid to the patient before we take him to the hospital in town." Said Satria. He gave the nurse a code to allow the patient's family to wait outside. Vishnu actually did not want to leave the room. Especially there is Satria. But he was sure that Satria would definitely do her best for Naura.

Half an hour later, Naura was raised to the ambulance and taken to the city hospital. Satria herself accompanied Naura. Vishnu was not allowed to climb the ambulance because of his limited place.

Throughout the journey, Vishnu incessantly offered prayers. There was a sense of fear in his heart when he saw Naura's pale face. Vishnu remembered Dina's pale face towards her death.

Once at the hospital, they took Naura seriously.

"Patients lose a lot of blood. We have to give him a donor. Quickly check his blood type." The gynecologist's orders.

15 Minutes later....

"The blood type of patient AB negative."

Vishnu who heard it became surprised because it was also Dina's blood type.

"We're out of that blood type."

Vishnu became tense.

"My blood type, AB is negative." Said Satria. They immediately took Satria to the blood draw room.

"Master, drink up!" ivory said while handing over a bottle of mineral water. Vishnu looks chaotic with his shirt and pants still covered in blood.

"Thank you" said Vishnu and sipped the mineral water in half. He took a deep breath while his eyes could not escape the door of the operating room.

"I'm sure, that morning Naura will say about her pregnancy. Unfortunately, I couldn't read her happy expression. Naura is tomboyish, stubborn, likes to refute all my words. She may say that she doesn't want to wear feelings in our relationship, but I'm sure she's happy with her pregnancy." Vishnu said slowly then rubbed his face rough. There was regret in his heart.

"Prophey, sir."

"For a long time, I never cared whether Regina or Indira would become pregnant. Because I honestly feel traumatized by Dina's pregnancy that brought her death. But just now, when I found out that Naura was pregnant, somehow there was a feeling of pleasure that I could not describe present in my heart."

"Let's hope God's best. Madam is a strong woman. However, whatever God's decision may be for the lady, I hope you will be strong enough to accept it."

Vishnu could only nod. Even though he is currently experiencing fear. Fear of losing Naura.

The operating room door is open. Doctor Donny, as an obstetrician approached Vishnu and Ivory.

"The operation is over. And I have bad news for you, Mr. Furkan. First, we cannot save the fetus in your wife's womb because she had a very hard impact and the fetus is still 5 weeks old so it is very fragile. Thank God even so, his head did not experience a significant impact. But the other bad news is your wife is currently in a coma and I don't know when she'll be conscious."

Vishnu was surprised to hear. All the bones in his body seemed unable to hold his weight. Vishnu became so weak that Gading quickly hugged his boss and helped him sit back. Vishnu felt his heart stop beating.

Vishnu's hand slowly touched Naura's hand which was lying helplessly with a pale face.

"Darling, let's open your eyes. Don't leave me alone. I'd go crazy if you weren't around." Vishnu said while kissing Naura's hand gently. "You can use your torn jeans again. You can be rude and judgmental to me, but please, don't leave me. Because really, only you can bring my spirit to life after Dina's death. Only you can make me laugh and even violate the principles of life that I have always held dear. Because it turns out that ever since you were in the womb, we've been betrothed. Fate has brought you back to me." Vishnu could not hold back his crying. The man who used to look strong and sturdy finally shed tears. He had never experienced the fear of losing like this. Even at the death of Dina, Vishnu never experienced fear like this.

The villagers, come to the hospital. Although they were not allowed to enter because Naura was still in the intensive care room but their presence was very entertaining Vishnu. He felt proud because Naura was so dear to them. Some of the children who came along even cried because they could not meet Naura.

Regina and Indira also came. With a fake face full of regrets both of them tried to comfort Vishnu.

"I'm sorry, ma'am. Because my hands are slippery with sweat so I can't hold Naura's hands." Regina said while crying on Vishnu's shoulder.

"That's it. There's nothing to blame right now. I hope you two also pray for Naura so that she can get along." Vishnu.

"Of course, mas. Regina and I have always prayed for Naura. Oh yeah, shouldn't you go home and rest first? Mas can rest at my house because it is closer than this hospital. I have not rested for three days. It will hurt." Indira said full of gentleness. He wants Vishnu to come to his house because it is his turn to be with Vishnu.

"I'll stay here until Naura dies." Vishnu said firmly.

Regina and Indira were unable to persuade Vishnu to return home.

Satria came to see Naura several times. Although Vishnu actually did not like the way Satria looked at Naura but he could not hate the man who had given his blood to save Naura.

Vishnu had actually rented a pavilion at the back of this hospital. But he never slept there. It was only used for bathing and eating. The rest he was in the room where Naura was being treated. Even if you have to sleep on a chair while placing your head on the Naura treatment bed.

"Alhamdulillah, have you opened your eyes? You finally realize, baby." Vishnu said as he kissed Naura's forehead with a huge outpouring of excitement. He pressed the red button near Naura's bed to call the doctor.

In the afternoon, Naura was transferred to the usual treatment room. He no longer uses oxygen. Only an infusion hose was still stuck in his hand.

During the 4 days of unconsciousness, Naura finally realized and now can sit on the bed even though she had to use a pillow to support her back.

"Juragan, what happened to me?" naura asked as they both stayed in the room.

"You fell off a hill just to get Lisa's rabbit."

"I know that. I mean, what about my body? That morning, I wanted to tell you I was pregnant."

Vishnu approached and sat on the edge of Naura's bed. Slowly he took both of Naura's hands and grasped them tightly. "Ra, our son can't be saved."

"I miscarried?" Naura asked with teary eyes.

"Yes." Yeah."

"No.....! I can't take good care of him. I'm really mean." shouted Naura hysterically. Vishnu immediately embraced him.

"Don't blame yourself. This is already the will of the power." said Vishnu very gently as he rubbed Naura's head with great affection. Naura cries in Vishnu's arms. She was sad to lose the child she loved when she first found out it was in her stomach. Naura even thought that with the presence of the child, she could accept her marriage to Vishnu even though she had to bury her dream to become the only wife of the husband. Naura even thought about learning more about polygamy so that she sincerely lived it. But now everything is gone.

After being treated for 9 days in the hospital, Naura was allowed to go home. But Vishnu has not brought him to the village because Naura had to undergo a consultation with a doctor to ensure his recovery in total. Vishnu took Naura to his house.

Bu Aisa and bi Saima were summoned by Vishnu to the city. He knew that Naura loved both of her servants very much.

Regina and Indira came and lived in Vishnu's house. Lisa cries while apologizing to Naura.

"That's dear. Lisa was not wrong. Mother alone is less careful" said Naura comforting Lisa.

Regina makes use of Lisa's closeness to Naura to stay in the house. Usually they will come if Vishnu asks for it.

Vishnu's attention was very great on Naura. He always controls the hours of medicine, what food Naura will eat. Vishnu even consulted with a nutritionist in order to provide proper nutrition for his wife.

Today, Jeslin just got home. Naura decided to take a break. Vishnu was going to the village for some work there. But Naura was sure that before Maghrib, her husband would have been at home.

As Naura entered the living room, she heard Indira's conversation with Regina. Actually Naura did not intend to eavesdrop, but when her name was called, Naura stopped her steps.

"Mba, what if Naura finds out that she accidentally let go of her hand?" ask Indira.

"He won't know. The idea directly popped into my head when I saw Naura's position. I'm actually not too sure if she's pregnant. I just wanted to make him fall, who knew his head hit and he died instantly. Turns out he had a lot of life reserves. Thankfully she miscarried. You can imagine if you had a real child with him, we'd both be getting diced."

Indira laughed at Regina's words. "Sy baby too?"

"We have to be that way to defend what is already ours. I love Vishnu. I will do anything so that my wealth will not be divided with others. Lisa must be the sole heir to Furkan's fortune."

"When I'm pregnant how?"

"Of course your son should get what he's entitled to. Not with Naura. Because he can make you forget both of us."

Naura's ears turned red upon hearing the conversation. His hands were clenched so hard that his veins were clear.

You deliberately killed my son? Don't blame me if I'll be as wicked and cunning as you.

Naura turned her body. Emotions lit. His eyes became sharp. He immediately took his phone and contacted Vishnu.

"What's up, Ra?"

"Juragan, go home? I need a boss right now" Naura said in a voice made as ponderous as possible.
