The Journey of Love Shofia

The Journey of Love Shofia
Keep the Promise

Sandy has arrived at cafe C in the city of Kediri. He had arrived ten minutes earlier than the hour of his appointment with Shofia.

Several times he checked his cell phone if at any time there was news from Shofia. Several times he saw his watch. Hoping for the clock to turn faster for Shofia to come soon.

Soon after, Shofia arrived at the cafe. He changed his clothes at the boutique. She immediately walked towards Sandy after she had managed to find the figure of the man who had made an appointment with her.

He saw Sandy also had to wear her casual clothes. He wears a black short-sleeved shirt with jeans wrapped around his long legs.

"Assalaamu'alaikum sir Sandy." Shofia's voice managed to make Sandy raise her face and face towards Shofia. From earlier he focused on his cellphone so that he was not aware of the arrival of Shofia.

"Wa'alaikum salam. Please sit down Shofi." Shofia immediately sat on the chair opposite Sandy.

"Sorry Mr. Sandy I'm late."

"Ah it's okay Shofi ma'am. Don't be so formal. I just arrived too." lied! Sandy had been in the cafe for half an hour with a feeling of anxious expectation from earlier. Shofia smiled in response.

"Oh yeah Shofi ma'am what do you want?" sandy asked after a servant came in front of the two of them.

"Emm Gado-gado just mbak. Same with carrot juice." Shofia told the waiter.

"I'm just like you."

"good. Please wait a moment" the waiter quickly walked into the kitchen.

'Why must the same be true. Not very creative.' Inner Shofia.

Sandy kept looking at Shofia. Makes Shofia uncomfortable. Shofia did not like it if she was too noticed by a man. Even Shofia's duku was always angry when Zakaria secretly noticed him before they had a serious relationship.

'Why the hell is he? Until it hit him. Want to pry what tuh eyes.' Inner Shofia.

"What's up, Mr. Sandy?"

"It's okay. Miss Shofi looks beautiful today."

"Thank you Sir. You're too complimenting."

"No ma'am. I mean it."

Soon the waiter came with their order. Put it on the table carefully. Do not forget to allow their guests to enjoy the dishes that have been available.

"Let's eat Mr. Sandy" Shofia said as he picked up his spoon.

Shofia immediately ate her food. He loves to hang out in this cafe. Coincidentally this cafe is his favorite place and his friends.

There was no conversation between the two of them. Actually Shofia is not comfortable if you have to be alone with Sandy like this. But he's not good if he refuses Sandy's invitation.

"Thank you, Sandy. You've done my request" Shofia said after the food on her plate ran out.

"No problem mom. All this for the sake of school. I'm sure there will be a lot of students interested in attending our school."

"Aamiin's."

"Hai Shof." Someone patted Shofia's shoulder slowly. Shofia turned around immediately.

"Ah mbak Dina." Shofia immediately stood up and hugged the woman in front of him.

"Who's Shof? "

"Oh mbak's. This is my friend from my teacher at Junior High School. My name is Mr. Sandy." Shofia introduces Sandy to Dina.

Sandy immediately extended her hand while mentioning the name. Dina also welcomed Sandy's hand while mentioning the name as well.

"Oh so this is what you said was important" Dina said a little to make Shofia shocked. He was indeed saying goodbye to Dina to go home soon because there was something important. Sandy was happy because it was indirectly considered important by Shofia.

"Ah yes mbak. I made an appointment with Sandy for lunch. It is also important to keep promises. Dina's own mother why are you here?"

"That kid wants a lean chicken here. All I bought was out of the minimarket."

"Have you ordered?"

"Of course not mbak. Let's sit down." Dina immediately sat down beside Shofia. Now the only guy there is ignored by the two women. The two were even engrossed in talking to themselves about the boutique problem that really made Sandy not understand the conversation between the two of them.

"Shof I'll send the file to your email. I have recorded everything in full. You just make it according to the details requested by Zoya."

"OKAY. How do you have Tia's mother?"

"She said it was suitable. I confirmed it immediately."

"good. So now you have Zoya?"

"Don't forget to have Miss Erna Shof. He still does not fit the material. What's it worth? He did not know what kind of material it was but asked for something strange. We're the big one."

"The client's name is mbak. Remember when in Surabaya we even got more complicated than Ms Erna?"

"Ah yes. I remember that arrogant fellow."

"Already mbak. I'll just send her number, let me call her."

"That's the dong from yesterday. I'm the same kids do not bother continue to be urged the same mothers."

"Okay. Good luck."

"What ever fails when you've intervened?"

"I'll never let failure."

"Heem. Shofia is perfect."

"You are right!" the laughter of the two women made Sandy even more confused. He was trying to digest the direction of the two women's conversation. But he never knew exactly what they were talking about.

He doesn't know what to say now. He really wasn't considered to exist by the two of them. Even Shofia seemed to forget about her existence there.

Thank goodness a servant came with Dina's order. The conversation between the two women ended.

"Would you stop by if you want to go straight home Shof?"

"Rome mbak. Later immediately send the number so that later quickly take action so that it will not drag on."

"OK!" Dina left immediately after saying goodbye. Shofia just realized that she had ignored Sandy Daritadi.

"Emm sorry Mr. Sandy. I'm ignoring Mr. Sandy."

"Who is Mom?"

"That's my friend sir. We worked together and just before here I stopped there first to discuss work. Because we were in such a hurry we haven't had a chance to talk much."

"Sorry, Miss Shofi. I'm taking up your time."

"It's okay, Sandy. Anyway, this is a thank you for helping me. My protege is now also "benign" Shofia moves his two fingers to form a quotation mark when saying the word tame.

"Sama-sama mom. I'm glad I could help Shofi. I also congratulate you for "taming" them." Sandy followed Shofia moving her finger as a quotation mark as she said the word tame. Then they laughed together.

Shofia immediately decided to go home because they had been there long enough. He wants to go home and rest. Just yesterday afternoon he came home from Malang and felt his sleep was still lacking.

"Thank you, Miss Shofi, for fulfilling my invitation. I hope Shofi's mom will if there's a meal together next time" Sandy said as she drove Shofia into Shofia's car.

"Sama-sama sir. I also thank you for buying me food. Don't knock, sir."

"No, Shofi's mom."

"Yes I've already said. Assalaamu'alaikum"

"Wa'alaikum salam. Careful, Miss Shofi."

Shofia just nodded her head before she closed the windshield and drove away, leaving Sandy still standing, looking at Shofia's metallic blue car, which had gone unseen as it moved away.

"When can I open your heart, Miss Shofi. You've been keeping me interested since the first time I saw you." - Sandy's rain breezed away to her black car.
