The Immediate Punishment

With a little running step, Shasya left for his campus at 8am.

"Astaghfirullah azim thing, I can be late yes." Shasya said as she continued to run.

Arriving at the College, Shasya goes straight to her class.

Geck... Geck... Geck.. Shasya knocked on the slightly open door of the classroom.

"Assalamu'alaikum's chat. Sorry sir, I'm late." Said Shasya while looking down.

"Wa'alaikumussalam, please come in." Said the lecturer who taught.

Shasya was clearly familiar with the voice of the lecturer who taught it. Shasya instantly saw who was teaching, to ascertain his guess.

"Sister Yusuf? Uh sorry, I mean Mr. Yusuf." Shasya said nervously. While Yusuf just smiled at Shasya's behavior.

Shasya went into her class and approached Joseph with a bow.

"Why late?" Ask Joseph firmly. Though in his heart was happy to see Shasya's behavior earlier.

"Sorry, Sir. I overslept when I finished Tahajjud Prayer." Shasya said honestly.

"Later to finish class, you go to my room. I will punish you." Yusuf.

"Good, sir." Said Shasya who was still down.

"You can sit down."

"Thank you, sir." Said Shasya who immediately walked looking for an empty bench.

"Sha's.." Call Khaira by pointing at the empty bench next to him. Shasya just walked towards Khaira.

"Lo why is it so late?" Ask Khaira.

"Let's tell you later." Shasya.

"okay."

Not noticeably, Shasya's class schedule is over.

Shasya immediately walked towards Joseph's room, because the clock had shown at 11:30.

"Assalamu'alaikum."

"Wa'alaikumussalam, come in." Yusuf.

Shasya entered the Lecturer's room.

"Sorry, Sir. What is my punishment?" Shasya asked nervously.

"Your punishment, please summarize this material. Leave it to me tomorrow by email." Yusuf said by giving 3 documents that are quite thick.

"Good, Sir. Excuse me. Assalamu'alaikum." Shasya received the document, and immediately left Joseph's room.

"Wa'alaikumussalam." Yusuf said with a smile.

"I won't burden you, Sha. I just want to be fair." Inner Joseph.

Arriving at kostan. Shasya immediately cleansed his body, doing his duty and after that, Shasya immediately did what Joseph told him to do.

"Oh yeah, I haven't had breakfast. And it's 1 o'clock." Shasya.

"Better, I'm going to the cafe now. Eat and continue this task." Further.

Shasya immediately prepared to go to the Cafe near his Hostel.

Shasya ordered food and sat on the bench alone. Shasya starts to struggle with her laptop, while waiting for her order.

Shasya's order, arrive. He ate his food while continuing his duties.

All of a sudden..

"Assalamu'alaikum."

"Wa'alaikumussalam." Shashiah answered who knew the voice, Joseph.

"May I sit down?" Ask Yusuf.

"Please." Said Shasya who was a little awkward and spread her smile.

"Where, the penalty? Done yet?" Ask Yusuf.

"Not done yet, sir. Uh I mean, brother." Shasya said nervously. Meanwhile, Yusuf just smiled at Shasya's behavior.

"Less how many documents?" Ask Yusuf.

"There are 2 more documents I haven't worked on yet." Shasya.

"Want me help?" Ask Yusuf.

"No need, brother. God willing, I can do it myself." Said Shasya who continued his duties from Joseph.

Joseph's order had come, and Joseph ate it while looking at Shasya who was eating while doing his duty.

10 Minutes passed, no chatter at all.

"Sha's." Yusuf.

"What's up, brother?" Ask Shasya who is still focused on facing her Laptop, not toward Yusuf.

"Sorry."

Shasya immediately stopped his activities, though,

"Sorry why, brother?" Ask Shasya.

"I'm sorry, because I gave you so much punishment. Until we eat while doing the job." Yusuf said as he looked at Shasya.

Shasya was silent for a moment, staring at Joseph for a moment. Shasya immediately turned her gaze towards her Laptop.

"No pa-pa, brother. My sister is not wrong, it is my fault. Because I'm late for college." Shasya.

"But I feel guilty." Yusuf.

"Sister Joseph was not wrong at all. It is his duty, Brother Yusuf, to be a Lecturer in the Campus." Shasya.

"If you want me to feel guilty, I want to help you." Yusuf said by trying to take Shasya's laptop.

"That's okay, brother." Shasya said while preventing it. However, Shasya's hand was holding Joseph's hand.

Quickly, Shasya immediately withdrew his hand.

"Astaghfirullah hal adzim. Sorry, Brother." Shasya.

"No pa-pa." Yusuf said with a smile.

"Let me, brother. Who has done his job." Shasya.

"Udah let me. Later you tell me and I just type in your laptop. Let's get it over with." Yusuf's words immediately made a smile appear on Shasya's face.

At the boarding house, Shasya is still focused on his laptop. Time has shown at 23:00.

Shasiah had sent the task given to him by Joseph. Now, Shasya sednag is doing another task. Which should be collected tomorrow.

35 Minutes later.

"Thank God, it's over at last." Shasya.

Shasya immediately closed her Laptop, and went to the bathroom for ablution. After that, Shasya performed Witir 3 Rakaat Prayer before going to bed.

When he finished, Shasya immediately threw his fox into the bed and closed his eyes to sleep.

Suddenly, his phone rang.

"Astaghfirullah, who's calling at this hour?" Shasya asked herself as she reached for her phone on the desk next to Shasya's bed.

"Assalamu'alaikum, who is this?" Shasya asked, she did not see who was calling, as her eyes were hard to open.

"Cumulusi, Sha. Don't you keep my number?" Ask the guy who called Shasya.

"I'm sorry, I didn't see his name. My eyes just brushed and you called me. What was? I'm sleepy, Khai." Shasya. Yes, the one who called Shasya in the middle of the night was Khaira.

"Sorry, I'm bothering you. There's something important I want to talk about." Khaira said in a panic.

"What's up, Khai?" Shasya asked who got up straight from her bed, and her eyes were wide open hearing Khaira's panic.

"Please, Sha. Please." Khaira.

"Lo why? you're all right?" Shasya asked in panic.

"Please, Sha. I have to how this is. I was alone in front of the campus. My car was stolen, Sha." Khaira said with tears.

"Couldn't you? What's on campus at this hour?" Ask Shasya.

"So I had an appointment with the Lecturer at 8pm on Campus. It was 11 o'clock. But I....." The unfinished Khaira said.

"Hello, Khai. Khai, Kirana. Hello." Shasya said in a panic. Because the call from Khaira was suddenly cut off.

Without thinking, Shasya immediately prepared to go to the Campus.

Shasya runs towards the Campus.

Arriving at the entrance of the Campus gate, Shasya lamgsung seeks Khaira.

"Khai, where's Khaira. lo?" Shasya said as she continued to shout and search for Khaira.

"KEROMAN.." Shasya shouted with tears. For some reason, Shasya did not want anything to happen to his best friend.

"KHAIRA, WHERE ARE YOU?" Shasya shouted to Shasya sitting in front of the campus gate. Shasya lowered her head while crying.

"Gue doesn't use to be Khaira's best friend. Oh Allah, may Khaira not do anything." Said Shasya who was crying while hugging her legs and hiding her face.

"Khaira, where are you?" Rintih Shasha.

Shasya just continued to cry with a quiet atmosphere enveloping her. On campus, nothing is heard. The night is getting colder. No vehicles passing through there. Because the front road of the campus is Shasya, not the main road or highway.

"Khai, where are you?" Rintih Shasya who is still in the same position.
