THE HERITAGE HOUSE

THE HERITAGE HOUSE
Part 3's. CHANGE WELL

After several hours of searching for the nearest boarding house, Raisa and Sarah finally get it right behind Raisa's parents' house. What a lucky fortune for Raisa. That way he can monitor the polkadot man aka Diki Sanjaya.

"Thank you Sarah, you've helped me a lot, come in here for a minute"

"Sorry, it's late afternoon when my husband comes home and I have to be home. I say well Raisa ntar sometime if there is free time I maen"

"Yes, thank you again"

"Yes, equally. I'll go home first"

"Yes, be careful"

Raisa stood at the door looking at Sarah's departure. After that Raisa went back inside and laid her body on the mattress floor, today she was very tired.

Not feeling the night together, Raisa forgot she had not eaten since last afternoon. Now his stomach is rumbling.

Raisa also decided to leave the house to find food to just fill her empty stomach.

Raisa walks through an alley that is crammed with the walls of her parents' house. How he remembered his childhood that often ran around here, what memories that could not be forgotten just like that.

As Raisa walks her gaze continues to lead to the house, Raisa sees the window of her former room first. At night before going to bed, while lying in bed, Raisa always looked at the stars from her bedroom window. Honey, now all that's just a memory for him.

Eh but there is a curious feeling that arises, Raisa wants to know what the polkadot man is doing. Raisa slightly put up her ears, a chance to side with him because the state of the alley is quiet.

"No surprise at any sound, what else is he doing? It was as silent as there were no signs of life" Raisa muttered. "Did that man live alone? Good" he said with a smile and kept his feet up.

Raisa saw across the street there was a cart of fried rice traders, really fitting so Raisa did not need to go far to find food.

Eits, wait for Raisa to hold back her steps as her gaze was fixed on a man she remembered. Well, that polkadot guy apparently he was also buying fried rice.

Raisa runs into Diki who is about to walk home with a pack of fried rice in her hand.

Unexpectedly, Diki wondered why he could meet the annoying girl again he thought. Diki thought Raisa would never appear in front of him again after she kicked him out.

"Well we'll see you again, sir, did you also buy fried rice?" greeting Raisa pretending to be friendly, there is a veiled intent from her behavior.

The strange attitude that Raisa aimed at Diki made her suspicious. How not, obviously this afternoon Diki saw the behavior of Raisa bar-b*r why now turned into a friendly snob. Diki felt that she would not be fooled by the sweet attitude that Raisa aimed.

"Why are you here? I guess we won't see each other again, wait a minute don't tell me you're going to interrupt again" said Diki Ketus

"Of course it's impossible"

"Good, I hold your words" Diki just passed by.

Raisa sighed, it turned out that pretending was not easy. Deep down, Raisa was still upset when she saw Diki but what power she had to be sweet. Of course there must be a reason behind it. For the sake of her parents' house, Raisa will not give up on getting it again. This is the first step.

*****

Dawn had greeted Raisa, the sound of chickens in the morning was loud. Raisa is preparing to go to the market to buy groceries, today she wants to cook. Once upon a time Raisa thought there was nothing wrong with giving her own hand cooked food to make it taste a little more delicious. For cooking, Raisa is good.

Last night when Raisa bought the fried rice that was just across the street, the fried rice merchant told me a little about Diki who was always his subscription. From there he knew Diki was living alone and he was still single. A good opportunity according to Raisa to approach him even though it feels that it is not easy because of Diki's attitude that looks arrogant. But it doesn't matter to Raisa because it's a challenge that Raisa needs to overcome.

"Assallamualaikum" said Raisa from behind the fence.

'yups, first of all I have to say hello so that it seems polite even though the morning has disturbed him' Raisa is prepared to welcome him with a big smile.

Raisa's big smile became dry after waiting for no answer, "What's true, is she still sleeping at this hour? Try it again, who knows it wasn't a whim"

"Assallamualaikum," still no answer, Raisa looking for the bell button around the gate Diki but never found. "Ni, why not install the bell is difficult to call it a distance from the door of the house" complained Raisa. "Alright, Raisa. You can't complain. It's called struggle" Raisa cheers herself on.

"Well, are you here? Want to spy on me, huh?" There was a man's voice coming from behind Raisa.

Suddenly making Raisa surprised, he immediately turned his body. Raisa put on her smile which she tastes the sweetest in the world. "Eh there's a polkadot man" again Raisa forgot to always call it like that until Diki furrowed her eyebrows. "Ups.eh no...Mr. uh Mr. uh Om," as soon as Raisa corrects, he is confused what to call it.

Apparently Diki had run out of jogging, his sweat still soaked his body. The clothes he wore formed the silhouette of his body. For a moment Raisa was fixated, it felt like this morning her eyes had been stained when she saw Diki dressed like that. Very very manly. But Diki's gaze was fixed on something that Raisa had brought. Without saying Raisa instantly understood which way Diki was looking.

"Ehm I mean this, I brought something. Well as a new neighbor here I just wanted to share a little. Count as my apology about yesterday's problem"

Diki squinted his eyes, he still did not believe in Raisa's attitude just like that. How can he change drastically, there must be shrimp behind the stone thought Diki.

"I don't want to take anything from you" Dicky would occasionally wipe his sweat with a small towel and then just walk away, not caring.

'How arrogant of him, if not for the sake of the inheritance. I threw the food in her face' Raisa's inner grumble in her sweet smile mask.

"Wait!" Raisa tried to hold Diki

Diki continued to move his legs, his attitude seemed to ignore the existence of Raisa. Then Diki opened the gate of his house and he entered alone. As his body turned to face Raisa from behind the fence, Diki said, "This morning I did not receive guests" He immediately locked the gate and left Raisa still dumbfounded.

Raisa understood the meaning of Diki's words, it was a sign that Raisa was not allowed to enter her house and refused indirectly the gift from her.

"Ok, I'll wait for you here." Raisa defends against him.
