The routine that God does is the morning to train his physical strength. In addition to running he also does physical exercises such as push-ups, pull-ups, sit-ups, back-ups and skipping. While at night he used to train soul and spiritual strength by meditating to absorb the essence of the book of Kalimasada in the cave on Mount Wilis.
It has not felt like a few days God has done such a routine. This was done in order to master the book of Kalimasada perfectly in accordance with the instructions of Mbah Sastro, his teacher. Until one night, God meditated into the quiet nature that is in the center of his heart, God found himself on a clear lake of water, so that it looks the bottom of the lake. The god felt like he was in a foreign place he had never met in his real life, "What is this place..? Why is it different than before..? Am I lost in my meditation..?" he said in his heart.
The god looked around him, and suddenly appeared before him a person who was exactly the same as himself, his posture, face, speech style and voice were completely similar to his, but from the person's body was emitting a golden white light. God saw the figure and he felt peace and tranquility far beyond what he had ever felt in his life. Amidst his confusion and astonishment, the figure said something in a very soft voice but filled with strength,
"This place is your qalbum lake, the source of your compassion, the source of your voice of truth, the source of your spiritual power and energy, and this place is at the heart of your heart.."
"Aware of your life, conscious of your breath, conscious of your Lord, that is the truth of you. Who knows him, he will know his Gustinya.."
The voice slowly brought the God back to his consciousness. The god opened his eyes and felt a warm and cold air flowing alternately from the center of his heart towards his entire body which made him feel his body was much more powerful and getting lighter. The god also felt his five senses much sharper than before. He felt a calmness he had never felt.
The god saw his watch showing the number 03:58, "Feelings are short, but time passes very quickly. Now it's time to go home." he murmured. The god immediately rose from his seat and prepared to go home.

Arriving at home, Dewa immediately took a bath and performed the morning prayer and closed his eyes afterwards. Once again God awoke to a knock on the door of his house.
Tokk. tokk..
The god got out of his bed, "Who came..? Is Naia..?" muttered
"Assalamu'alaikum's chat... Pakeeeit.."
"Package..? Package from whom..?" he said in his heart. The god opened the door, then checked the name and address of the recipient to make sure that it was indeed a package for him, "Thank you mas." he said after receiving the package.
"Yes, same. Excuse me, wassalamu'alaikum.."
"Wa'alaikumsalam.."
"Later I open it. Now it's best to take a shower.." The god placed the package he had just received on the table and went to take a shower.
After finishing the bath, with a cup of coffee, God headed to the living room to open the package he received. Naia and Silvia arrive with some packaged rice for breakfast.
"Assalamu'alaikum's chat.. Uh.. Tumben mas Dede was awake, had a shower too..?" taec Naia.
"Yes dong, this is because there is a package coming.. You guys make your own drinks, yes, I want to check the package first." said Dewa while opening the package.

The package contains the identity card of Pak Wira, which contains the ID card, SIM C and SIM A, on behalf of Dede Ramadhan, "It turns out the package contains my identity. I'll tell him because the package I received.." thought Dewa then he took a picture of the contents of the package he received and sent it to Mr. Wira.

Naia was curious who the God contacted, "Who is the WA..? What was that package..? From whom..?" asked Naia while serving tea and coffee.

"Hadeeeh.. Why the..? what is clear is that Dede has already given news if the package has been received.. I told you, WA would-be-in-law." - Goda Silvia.
"Eh. uh how the hell, don't mind me." replied Naia.
"Morrahahaa.." God and Silvia laughed.
After finishing enjoying breakfast together, Naia and Silvia decided to go to the KKN location. After they left, the gods continued to read the book of Kalimasada. God reads slowly and tries to understand the meaning of each sentence. As he opened the next sheet, he saw an anatomical image of the human body: the human organs, the arrangement of bones, the blood-flow system and the human nerves.
As a member of the elite troops of course God also studied the anatomy of the human body to the human nervous system. This is very useful for dealing with emergency situations, for example when injured by gunfire or to paralyze enemies.
The god looked carefully at the picture, "This picture is more detailed than I've been studying.. In addition to blood flow, in the human body there is also a flow of prana or spiritual energy and how to drain that energy into physical strength.." The gods continued to observe and study the image, "It turns out that all this time we unconsciously only use no more than 10% of the power that is in our bodies.. When the serious god Mbah Sastro came, "Assalamu'alaikum.."
"Wa'alaikum.. Coincidentally Mbah Sastro came, there are things I want to ask.." replied the God.

The gods did not understand what Sastro said. Curiously, he asked Mbah Sastro, "I mean mbah..? Then what is true taste..?"
"True taste is something pure, holy which is the radiance of the Most Alive, Living energy. It is true compassion that will always guide you to find the true path of truth and the true source of your strength, the True Self is also known as the true self or the true teacher.."
"And you've grown means that you've fused with your true sense, but your unity is dynamic. The more you draw closer to the Creator, keep His commandments, act in harmony with nature, the more you grow, the more silent your lake, the stronger your spiritual energy will be.."
"Such on the contrary, when your actions are not in harmony with nature, taking away what is not your right, there is immorality, then you will go further and further with God so that your unity becomes separate and your lake will become cloudy and your spiritual energy will disappear." replied Mbah Sastro.
The god nodded his head in a sign that he understood what the teacher said, "Well, I understand now.. Then what should I do next mbah..?" ask God.
"I will explain how to channel your spiritual energy into your physical strength.. Let's head to the cave." replied Mbah Sastro.

The god followed Sastro, although he still could not catch up to him, but this time the God did not feel tired in the least.
Arriving in the cave, Mbah Sastro teaches how to flow spiritual energy evenly throughout the body according to the book of Kalimasada. The god sat cross-legged and tried to do according to Sastro's explanation. He felt a warm and cold air alternately flowing from the center of his heart towards his entire body from head to toe. Next draw back that spiritual energy back to the center of the heart. The first time he tried, it took God about 15 minutes to spread the energy throughout his body. The god trained patiently, repeatedly he tried until he did not feel it was already before the magrib. The practice came to fruition, the God only took 3 seconds to spread the entire spiritual energy throughout his body.
"It seems like I can already control my spiritual energy to spread throughout the body and pull it back into the heart center." he said in his heart.
Mbah Sastro was amazed to see the results of the training of the Gods, "This child has an extraordinary ability to understand. In just a few experiments, he was able to regulate and control large spiritual energies quickly and accurately." said Sastro in his heart. Mbah Sastropun ended his training, "We finish first today, tomorrow morning we continue. Now we should go home first, later tonight meditate at home alone." said Mbah Sastro then walk down the mountain followed by the gods.
The next day, the two of them set off after the morning prayers. Arriving on the mountain, Mbah Sastro invited the God to stand in front of the black stone, "Now want Dede to spread spiritual energy throughout the body, then focus your mind on a single point in your palm and throw it into the stone.. I'm sure with a few tries, son Dede can already leave marks on the stone." said Mbah Sastro.
The gods did as Mbah Sastro taught. He concentrated on concentrating the power in his palm then moved to hit the black stone that was in front of him.

The sound of explosions rang out loud as the God's hand as it touched the black stone. The god was a little disappointed when he learned nothing had happened in the stone. But God did not give up, he tried to return just like his teacher had said. For three days God had to go up and down the mountain to train the Kalimasada tread, and finally he managed to make his palm mark on the stone, even deeper than the former palm of Sastro's altar.
Furthermore, Mbah Sastro guided the gods to master the steps of kalimasada, which is to move quickly using spiritual energy. The gods followed every step that Sastro taught him. Unlike when the Gods practiced the Kalimasada tread, the Gods took a shorter time to master the Kalimasada step.
Mbah Sastro was very proud of his student, "Good.It is not until one week you have mastered both. Next you combine the two, it will be very useful for the fight." Mbah Sastro said.
"Yes teacher, I have such a plan as well." replied the Lord.
Patiently Mbah Sastro guided Dewa to be able to combine the Kalimasada site and Kalimasada steps. As a member of the elite forces, the physical ability and the God's persistence greatly helped him in mastering the combination of the two movements. In just two days time God was able to combine the two movements.
"Son Dede, you have mastered the canonical chapter of the book of Kalimasada. But you have to keep training your physique so that your muscles, your blood flow and your nerves become stronger.."
