The Ghost Story of LESTARI

The Ghost Story of LESTARI
36. The End of Lestari Travel

The sun was shining brightly, while Damar finally returned to Lestari's safe house.

Damar's face looked so pale, his chest rumbling and tight.

Seeing Mang Dayat who had been on the verge of death but still accompanied him at gunpoint made Damar feel unable to think anymore.

"Give me some time."

Damar said to his father's servants as well as Japanese people who wear uniforms and are armed.

"No descendant of the Dutch can live again in this land."

That's what one of the Japanese said.

Damar took his heavy breath.

"I'll take it to you, give me fifteen minutes."

Damar.

The Japanese who stood at the front shook their heads.

"No!!"

Rigorously.

"Five minutes."

Cut off the Japanese.

Damar felt like punching him right then, but seeing Mang Dayat now in danger, of course Damar could not do anything.

Damar was forced to nod his head to agree on what the Japanese had decided.

"I make sure Mang Dayat is safe Mang, I promise."

Damar.

Mang Dayat looked at pity Damar.

He wanted to talk that Damar would not have to do anything for him, rather let him die, and run away with Lestari, but Mang Dayat's mouth was silenced, covered and gagged with cloth.

Damar walked straight to the house where Lestari was hiding.

With heavy steps, he continued walking, his eyes trying to hold back tears from falling.

Damar shifted the bookshelf he deliberately placed in front of the attic door so that if anyone came in, no one would be suspicious of the attic door.

Lestari in the attic as soon as she heard a voice trying to open the door immediately moved from her lying position.

And when the attic door opened, while the one standing there was Damar, of course Lestari was so happy.

"Dude..."

Lestari was seen immediately standing and running towards Damar.

Damar the lover of his heart.

"Thank God you're back, thank God you don't go again... Don't go again. I'm afraid."

Lestari.

Damar stared at Lestari's face.

How beautiful the girl looked, how gentle her voice and gestures were.

Damar felt unable and unwilling to let go of Lestari, not wanting anyone to touch her again other than her hands.

"What's wrong? Why is Bang Damar's face so pale? Sick brother?"

Lestari asked gently and so affectionately rubbed Damar's face.

Damar grabbed Lestari's hand, kissed her as she began to cry.

"What's up?"

Tanya Lestari was getting confused.

Not to mention Damar was able to make a sound, suddenly heard from outside a series of gunshots towards the house.

Lestari fear.

"Get out!! It's been over five minutes!!"

Scuffles and screams followed after a spate of gunfire that destroyed the entire house.

They then started to crumble.

Damar pushed Lestari deeper into the attic.

The loft door was closed.

Hugged then Lestari tightly.

Whisper Damar while still hugging Lestari.

"I believe..."

Lirih Lestari's.

"By rest in peace here Lestari, I will come to you after avenging me."

Damar.

Lestari who did not understand the meaning of Damar's words was about to ask, but...

"Well..."

Lestari suddenly felt something sharp piercing through her stomach.

Damar sobbed, while still hugging Lestari, the dagger was thrust back into Lestari's stomach for the second time.

Blood poured out of Lestari's stomach. Lestari's eyes looked up, her whole body in Damar's arms twitched.

Damar continued to tighten his embrace, while then screaming with all his might.

Unleash the burden of suffering in his heart.

Her chest stuffy now.

And as soon as Lestari's body weakened, her bawling breath subsided and stopped completely, only then Damar let go of his embrace.

Lestari's face was stared at, Lestari's eyes were still open because of enduring the pain.

He kissed Lestari's face many times while whispering.

"I'm sorry baby, I love you, I'm sorry, this is all I can do so you don't become a slave to serve those soldiers."

Damar was crying.

Lestari's body was laid on the floor of the wooden attic, pulling the dagger from Lestari's stomach.

Blood was everywhere, even soaking up Damar's clothes and body.

Damar heard screams and another shot outside, he then with tremendous fury came out of the attic.

Now he is at the point of least control.

Damar raged amazingly, hit by all the people who were there.

Damar did not care if he had to die at this time, because at least Lestari was safe, no one would bother him, no one would threaten his safety, no one would threaten his safety, no one can take away her dignity as a woman.

Damar punched, kicked and beat his father's servants.

But the Japanese army's fire certainly easily paralyzed him..

Damar fell, collapsed onto the floor of the former Dutch house.

In that dying state, Damar was then left with Mang Dayat who was also dying.

They all left, feeling that Damar and Mang Dayat would never survive.

In fact, not far from their place, a man hid behind a big tree, watching all the abominations of the servants of Mr. Ageng Parta Prawira and also the Japanese people against Damar and Mang Dayat.

The man then helped Damar and Mang Dayat, and buried Lestari near a big tree in front of the house.

The man, none other than Bik Surti's grandfather, who later inherited Mang Dayat's house, was bought by a distant family for one need, but not used which eventually treated Bik Surti's parents until finally revealed to Bik Surti although the family descendants of the homeowner involved debt with the Cooperative where Tomi worked.

Meanwhile, Damar one year after being rescued by Grandpa Bik Surti married a Javanese woman, he later became a batik businessman in Semarang.

Mr. Ageng Parta Prawira after hearing the news of Lestari was killed by Damar, while Mr. Ageng Parta Prawira also yearya Damar was shot dead Japanese people eventually suffered mental disorders.

He kept himself locked up in his private room. Especially after Soemitri, Mother Lestari came and cursed Mr. Ageng Parta Prawira with all the frightening oaths of sarapah.

Mr. Ageng Parta Prawira was in fact very crazy about Lestari, his inability to have the girl and hearing the girl was just in love with his own son made Mr. Ageng Parta Prawira so heartbroken.

And not to mention that the wound was improving, Damar then made a decision that was far from the shadow of Mr. Ageng, which was to kill Lestari.

In the beginning, Mr. Ageng Parta Prawira just bluffing will give Lestari to the Japanese side.

In fact, Lestari will he ask to bring it to his residence and he will marry himself.

But...

The reality is far from a shadow, and finally makes Mr. Ageng Parta Prawira lose his sanity.

And since then, the glory and wealth of Mr. Ageng Parta Prawira was destroyed.

There was nothing he could pass on to his daughters, other than a story of grief and shame.
