Surprised and so sick that she wanted to cry for a while, but Bella's cunning brain worked as she had to work, she played the role of a hurt woman, all she clearly knew was that Exie would not answer any of her statements, because Exie would not want to add to her pain.

Exie's innocence and pity are put to good use by Bella to get Edward's sympathy, also making Edward feel guilty and believe in all the accusations that Exie does not deny.

"Wow, Bella's god job! " squeak Bella's indecision along the car running.

The pain of his bleeding lips was replaced by happiness from seeing the gloomy, guilty and disappointed face of Edward. Bella was very satisfied with her acting.
