Chapter 25: The Integrity Knight Synthesis Ritual

"Good, now follow my words. Call System:...." Said Her Royal Highness Princess Quinella and while stroking the light purple hair of Princess Ellie and while leading her son chant a mantra that serves to remove the core of protection in a person/ manipulating someone's mind.

"Call System:..." Princess Ellie's words followed slowly.

"Remove Core Protection." Continue Her Highness Princess Quinella who is still caressing her child's light purple hair.

"Remove... Cores... Protection." Princess Ellie slowly followed.

After Princess Ellie cast a self-protection core removal spell, a blackish-purple glow came out of her body indicating that the ritual performed by Her Majesty Princess Quinella had succeeded. After the dark purple light was gone, Princess Ellie regained consciousness and immediately saluted her mother like a knight who had just been officially adopted to become a true knight.

"Good from now on you are the first Integrity Knight Systhensis. Your first job is to look for the weaknesses of Lea and her family, and then when you come to Duchess Broglie's funeral, act like a 'Mr Princess' you understand?" Ask Her Royal Highness Princess Quinella.

"Alright, I understand, Your Majesty." Said Princess Ellie who was still paying her respects to her mother.

"Well, you can go back to your room." Pinta Her Royal Highness Princess Quinella told her son to return to his room.

After Princess Ellie returned to her room, Her Royal Highness Princess Quinella was thrilled that her goal of turning Ellie into the Integriry Knight Systhensis had been successful.

"Finally, now Ellie's a part of me." Said Her Royal Highness Princess Quinella while laughing wickedly.

"Congratulations, Your Majesty, you have succeeded in making Princess Ellie change completely." Said Her Highness Princess Quinella's personal lady-in-waiting with a smile seeing her master pleased that her goal had already taken a step forward.

Meanwhile early in the morning at Duke Broglie's residence, everyone was busy preparing for the funeral service for the recently deceased Duchess Broglie.

"Put the Red Spider Lily over there. Arrange neatly, no one is missed!" Philip was busy arranging preparations for the funeral of Duchess Broglie.

"I didn't expect that Duchess Broglie would leave like this." Luca is also overseeing preparations for Duchess Broglie's funeral.

"Yes, I also feel sorry when I see Mr. Duke who is always staring at the portrait of the late Madam every minute." Philip said in a sad tone without knowing that right next to him was Luca.

"Geez, Mr. Luca, you almost made me lose my heart." Philip said surprised by the sudden presence of Luca.

"Hehehe, sorry Philip. Ow... Is the preparation finished? Guests are coming soon, you better get it done quickly. I want to go to the park first. Come on brother." Luca said to Alice as he walked to the park at the Broglie residence.

Upon arriving at the park, Luca and Alice saw Sena practicing the sword by emitting a very beautiful aura.

"Sena." Luca and Alice at the same time.

"Yes? What brings you here?" Sena said slightly panting.

"Nothing, we're just walking around. You alone, what are you doing here, Sena?" Ask Luca.

"There's a special reason for me to say what I'm doing? This is my home so as I please do anything here, it has nothing to do with you, Luca." Sena said while wiping her sweat with the towel she was carrying.

"From you asking me something that's not clear, you better accompany me to practice. You're Alice too." Sena said while throwing two swords at Alice and Luca.

"Two to one? Are you sure about that, Sena? What if we hurt you?" Alice and Luca asked while shouting in surprise.

"Te-of course not." Luca and Alice were scared.

"Then prove it now." Say Sena while pointing her sword at Luca.

"Well, if that's what you're asking for, we won't hesitate with you." Said Luca, who turned his sword back to Sena.

The sound of the sword fighting between Luca and Alice with Sena's sword sounded very loud and the aura surrounding them also felt very dense. They were not aware of the presence of Young Duke Verita because they were engrossed in the duel between the three of them who had walked for approximately 2-3 hours. After the duel, the three of them immediately wiped the sweat that soaked their faces with the towels that had been provided by the servants.

"Prok prok prok." The sound of applause coming from behind them.

"The three of you were so great, especially that silvery-white-haired man in black between his silvery-white hair." Said Young Duke Verita while walking towards the three of them.

"Zidan, when did you come? I haven't seen you since. Are you hiding in the bushes over there?" Sena asked who was astonished by the arrival of Young Duke Verita who appeared suddenly.

"Hidden? Me? That's not possible. I just got here, because I didn't see you so I asked the butler and the butler said that you were practicing swords here. Said Duke Verita while praising the abilities of the three of them.

"Zidan, you haven't introduced yourself." Sena whispered in Young Duke Verita's ear.

"Gosh, you're right. Sorry I haven't introduced myself before. Meet Zaidan Shana De Verita, the current Young Duke of Verita. You two can call me 'Zidan'. Don't call using titles, I don't want any distance between me and you two moreover you two are friends of Sena and Eugeo. So just call me by my name and don't use formal language like that to me." Said Young Duke Verita to Luca and Alice.

"All right, Zidan." Say them both in unison.

"But, Zidan, what brings you here?" Sena asked as she put her sword back into place.

"No, I'm just worried about you, Sena. You've just lost your mother, I'm afraid you'll get angry and do something that goes against your mother's will." Said the Young Duke Verita while holding her hand Sena.

"What's? You think I'm gonna do something crazy like that because my mom's dead, are you healthy, Zidan?" Sena asked in a slightly angry tone to Young Duke Verita.

"Ekhem, it looks like you two are very close." Said Luca who felt ignored by the Young Duke Verita and Sena.

"Geez, I'm sorry Luca, I forgot that you and your brother are here too. Right, Zidan, me, brother, and Princess Lea are childhood friends. We spend a lot of time with that." Sena explained briefly.

"Master, Miss, it's time to come in. Madam's funeral is almost about to begin." Said Lily who told the four of them to come in and call the servants to replace their clothes because of the smell of sunlight.

"Alright, we'll be right in." Sena said as she rushed inside with Luca, Alice, Zidan and Lily following them from behind.
