Xyan's Help and Rejection

Slowly Shanika's body that lost energy again felt refreshed and Shanika who lost her consciousness, finally started to open her eyes. In that instant, Shanika immediately looked at every corner of the room and made sure that she was safe.

“Ah! Everything I saw was just a dream!” shanika said as she rubbed her own face and sat down from her sleep.

Not long after, Shanika was surprised by the interior of the room that she did not know “A-I where is it?!” said Shanika with her panicked face and she was getting more panicked again, when suddenly heard the voice of the man “You are awake,” which immediately also made Shanika scream and turn her head towards the source of the sound.

“Calm down, I'm not a bad guy!” a man replied from a distance and as Shanika focused her gaze more, she finally recognized that the man she saw was Xyan who was her neighbor upstairs.

“Ke-why?!” shanika asked with a puzzled look towards Xyan.

And leisurely Xyan walked over to Shanika carrying a glass of mineral water, after which said “You fell unconscious. So, I had to bring you here. Take it easy, I did not do anything bad to you,” said Xyan who tried to calm Shanika who looked very scared and confused in her eyes.

Shanika who understood Xyan's good intentions nodded her head and immediately lowered her legs from the bed. But, before he managed to lift his body, suddenly his head felt very sick “Ugh, my head hurt so much,” complained Shanika while holding the part of his right head that felt pain.

“Ah! I'm sorry, when carrying you into the elevator.The right part of your head was hit by the door,” said Xyan with a feeling of guilt, which immediately also made Shanika reflexively glare sharply.

“Hah... yes at least you have tried to help me!” shanika replied while trying to calm her emotions, as she remembered Xyan's kindness that had wanted to help her.

Without saying much, Xyan also thrust a glass containing mineral water to Shanika and again Shanika glanced sharply at her “This is just plain water! I didn't put down any drugs! So, drink.” Xyan said after seeing the super alert behavior Shanika had shown him.

Although she was hesitant, Shanika also received the glass given by Xyan and sipped the mineral water in the glass slowly. But, not until Shanika finished draining her mineral water suddenly Xyan said “Thank God you did not lose your mind,” that instantly also made Shanika choke.

Xyan who was looking at the confused and scared expression from Shanika's face, in that second also felt quite concerned. “I told you, it's none of my business! Go!” xyan replied as he managed to remove Shanika's hand from her Apartment door and quickly closed the door of his Apartment very rudely before Shanika who was still in a state of fear.

“Hm? Hiks, how is this!” shanika muttered while trying to hold back her tears, after Xyan closed the door of her Apartment.
