Until a few seconds later, Xyan finally took off his embrace on Shanika's small body and said “That's right, you want to die quickly huh?!” with his tone of speech that suddenly became very high and rough to Shanika.

That instant also made Shanika flinch and reply to Xyan's sharp gaze with her confused gaze. “Ah, forgive me. I shouldn't have snapped at you,” Xyan said again as she stepped back from before Shanika.

Xyan immediately tried to calm himself down and looked back at Shanika while saying “Listen, that just now was quite a dangerous creature. The creature could have pulled you to fall out the window,” with an expression up to his tone that sounded very serious to Shanika.

“A-I understand, sorry for making you.. worry,” Shanika replied with her awkward behavior.

While Xyan who heard Shanika's words, immediately his serious expression disappeared into an expression of shock and confusion and with a reflex Xyan again said “Ja-do not misunderstand! Why am I worried about you?” with his tone back up.

“Alright, just think of it,” Shanika replied with her shrinking voice, nodding her head and taking her eyes off Xyan's face.

Xyan who was unwilling to deal with Shanika again, just then also flipped her body. But, he suddenly looked back at Shanika and gave a warning not to approach the source of the strange sound anymore. After that Xyan also told Shanika to continue to close the window of her Apartment, at a time when the sky had started to darken.

“I did chase away the creature earlier. But the creature could have come back here. So, just follow my words without asking much!” said Xyan at length to Shanika who until now had only been silent while nodding her head.

Without saying much more, Xyan escorted Shanika until the woman entered her own apartment and after that Xyan immediately rushed to enter the elevator door with a feeling of misstep.

On the other hand, Shanika who was already inside her Apartment immediately obeyed Xyan's words by closing the entire window using her curtain each and a few seconds later, after which, she said, somehow Shanika felt a very strange vibration inside her chest.

“What a weird thing... Why do I keep feeling tickled and remembering that guy?” shanika muttered as she rubbed her own chest and continued to shadow the moment Xyan hugged her very tightly.

“Ugh! Why is she hugging me like that?!” shanika grumbled every time she recalled the small touch she felt from Xyan's hand at the moment of hugging her.

Not only that, Shanika also began to get carried away with her own mood and smiles every time she recalled how worried Xyan was to her, even though the man continued to deny her “Pft! Very cute,” muttered Shanika involuntarily.

“Akh! What the hell happened to me? Why do I suddenly consider a creepy guy like him to be a cute guy?!” panicked Shanika while patting her own face with both hands, after she realized that she was getting interested in Xyan.

The next day, Shanika who had awoken from her sleep felt very dissatisfied with her sleep because for the night she could not sleep heard calm, not because the creatures that disturbed her. But, because of the pounding he continued to feel every time he remembered Xyan's face.

“Sial! Did he give me a weird spell? Why do I keep thinking about it, anyway?!” shanika complains while ruffling her own hair very roughly and stomps her legs brutally on her bed to make the rest of her room mess up.

And until about two hours later, Shanika who came out from his Apartment decided to act ordinary if he suddenly met Xyan. But, just as the elevator door opened and Shanika accidentally met Xyan inside the elevator, Shanika again felt a strange thump inside her chest that was very tickling.

“I-iya, sorry!” shanika replied as she rushed into the elevator and stood a great distance away from Xyan.

Xyan who felt that Shanika's behavior when strange was immediately asked “You're fine, right?” which immediately also makes Shanika nod without speaking a bit “You look sleepless,” continued Xyan with a fixed gaze to Shanika who had been trying to avoid her sight.

“I'm fine. So, don't talk to me!”  shanika replied before a few seconds the elevator door opened and after the elevator door opened, with her quick footsteps Shanika immediately left Xyan's sight.

“He's doing why?” grumbled Xyan when he saw Shanika's strange behavior towards him.

Xyan even kept thinking about Shanika's strange behavior until she was in her Company Office “Any once... Is she trying to avoid me?” muttered Xyan while frowning her forehead and putting on a serious expression.

“Who?” asked Xyan's men who were none other than Gavin, who had accidentally heard Xyan muttering inside his Office.

“You don't need to know!” reply Xyan with her loud tone.

But, instead of being silent after hearing the words of Xyan. That second also Gavin walked up to Xyan and asked the question “But, Sir. Why don't you just marry her? that way, you won't feel hurt again!” gavin asked with a puzzled look.

“You think I can just drag a human to marry me?” reply Xyan with her sharp gaze.

“Of course you can!” replied Gavin confidently, which immediately also made Xyan feel frustrated “You forgot huh? twenty years ago, I once forced a human who had the eyes of my mother's bride to marry me. But, the human instead decided to commit suicide,” replied Xyan again with a tone of emphasis.

Gavin who heard Xyan's words immediately fell silent and slowly looked back at Xyan while saying “Don't say... This time you just want to keep her without marrying her?” that instant also made Xyan quickly take his eyes off Gavin's face.

“I know, the woman this time is just a substitute woman because the eyes of the bride should not belong to her. But, for your own sake, you should try to marry her! Or not, you will continue to be tormented by the death of your own Mother, Mr.” Gavin continued with his worried look to Xyan.

“I'm used to that torment, you don't have to overdo it!” reply Xyan while getting up from her seat “I want to go home now. So, please take care of the rest of his work,” continued Xyan with a firm tone, which immediately also made Gavin accept Xyan's orders without complaining.

Without lingering any longer, Xyan stepped away to go home to his Apartment and about twenty minutes later, too, arriving at Xyan in front of his Apartment building he accidentally saw Shanika who was talking with her cheerful face along with a foreign man, which immediately also made him feel jolted and his chest felt depressed.

“What's with me?” thought Xyan, who subconsciously began to feel a deep enough attachment with Shanika.
