"Where have you been, Saleh?" Yusuf asked in annoyance while tidying up his uniform.
Saleh just stared at his friend's face at a glance, staring at Joseph's face flat.
"Night I told you to wait a minute, I came back ten minutes later but you weren't around. At five in the morning, I didn't meet you at the musholla either. Not only was it dawn, lately you did not seem to ever pray. And behold, your face is crumpled, your eyes are red and your hair is messy. I don't know where you've been."
"Not anywhere, just on the ship."
Joseph laughed, "Of course it's only on the ship, we're now in the middle of the sea. Unless you have the science of flying in the air, or floating on the ocean. You just went somewhere other than this ship."
Saleh did not speak of Joseph. His mind is very messed up at the moment. Last night, he sat alone on the outer deck of the ship. Hold on to the pole, enjoy every speck of rain that hits his face. She returns to the cabin after repeatedly convincing herself that Mei is okay.
Saleh took his towel and toiletries.
"Do you know, you're in big trouble." Joseph sounded serious.
Saleh stopped his activities.
"May's news of nausea and vomiting is true, I heard it this morning from Kang Jajan. I hope he doesn't experience things as we thought.Oh, and I heard, One of the Japanese Army Doctors will examine him this morning." Joseph's face was tense.
"Sergeant Heiho himself will oversee the May inspection process. So I hope you stay away from that noble Lady's cabin for a while, don't make a mess."
Saleh hurriedly ran outside his cabin. It seemed that he did not heed Joseph's warning, running towards the cabin owned by Mei and her family.
Joseph took a rough breath. He ran after Saleh who was far ahead of him. Soon the breakfast schedule begins, meaning that the time he picks is near. Joseph continued to run, at most he would be angered by the Chief Chef.
"Ano otoko wa daredesu?" Heiho's voice rang out from inside the cabin.
In order to hear Heiho's next words, Saleh stopped at the cabin door. It can't be rash. Fortunately, there was no one in front of the cabin. Joseph, who had just arrived, stopped with him. Both of them now put their ears together so they can hear Heiho's words.
While in the cabin. Siti's aunt has been hiding behind the kitchen. Robin, Robert, the two of them sat quietly in the room at Heiho's behest, not daring to go out at all. While Mang Jajan stood behind the cabin door, listening to the situation. He will only act if conditions change are not conducive.
"What do you think you're doing huh? six weeks pregnant? This ship left Batavia seven weeks ago, so you must have done something shameful on this ship." Said Sergeant Heiho bursting into rage. Her fingers kept pointing at Mei's face.
"As far as I'm concerned, there are no Japanese or Dutch noble men aboard this ship, there are only a few Neitubu noble people. If that's true, today I'll also hole their heads.
"Don't you think that man was one of the Japanese soldiers from the platoon who served under the leadership?" Like dissatisfied, Sergeant Heiho now turned to look at some Japanese soldiers who were in the cabin room.
"Reply answer." Heiho.
Mei was already crying. He can only be silent.
"Geez, what am I gonna tell your mom and Grandpa. You're under my watch now and I'm not taking care of you." Heiho groaned, grabbed her hair, frustrated.
Mei was silent. Mang Jajan glanced at a glance when he heard the name Saleh called. Saleh and Joseph stood there. Saleh was about to grab the doorknob, wanted to open the door and admit that he did. Joseph quickly dragged Saleh from the front of the cabin. No, his friend was causing trouble. Soon the whistle of the ship will sound, it could be dangerous if they are both caught eavesdropping.
"It's because your uncle and aunt spoil you too much. Too close to the natives to talk, even befriend the Neitubu. See results! Your behavior becomes bar-bar, untutored, to the point of breaking the rules."
Mei down. Want especially? That's all he can do. There is no way he answered let alone refute Heiho's words, can widen everywhere his cousin said.
"You hear me say, don't you? Who's the guy? God, you're gonna have to answer or not if I find that guy myself. I made sure to throw it straight into the sea. Let him eat the fish, I don't have to bother with my hands beating him."
Mei looked deeper. Lucky all this time he and Saleh had a secret relationship, they did not look close when they were gathering with people. Or Saleh must have been beaten by now.
Luckily, the sound of the wind whistle was heard twice, long sounding. The breakfast time has begun. The sound of the legs of the person running along the hallway towards the canteen began to sound.
Heiho growled in annoyance. He obviously could not continue his anger that morning, people would hear his big voice. He could not get angry and spoke in a small voice, his voice could not stand.
"Take him. Don't let it out." Heiho's orders on Mang Jajan. He also had four Japanese soldiers on guard.
Robin and Robert walk out of the room, passing Sergeant Heiho out of their cabin. Auntie Siti came out of the kitchen with a basin of green bean porridge and also a packet of bread. Without being told, Mang Jajan to the kitchen took a jam and a kettle containing tea, helping Bi Siti prepare breakfast. Their entourage will have breakfast in the cabin only, that morning.
"Aren't you okay?" Robin and Robert asked. Both of them were worried about their sister.
Mei nodded, stretching out both her hands.
Robin and Robert run, both hugging Mei tightly.
"Sister Mei just calm down. I'll take care of Heiho's bad brother." Robin said sure.
"Aren't you hiding under the table when Heiho snapped? Scary, pretentious wants to protect." Ledek Robert, "Let me take care of sister Mei."
"You turned a deaf ear to the sound of Heiho's brother's roar." Robin replied not to be outdone.
Robert glares.
"Groans? you think Brother Heiho is a tiger?" Mei smiled, closing her arms.
"He's not a Tiger but a Magic Grandma. Fortunately, he is a boy, if he is a girl. I must've guessed that she was a Magic Granny." Robin replied.
The three brothers laughed together.
