In front of the East Province headquarters gate , looks 3 soldiers who look different than soldiers in general.Their clothes are the same as the clothes worn by Colonel Ryouta.The difference is only a symbol on their right arm just below their rank emblem.They are indeed being waiting for the arrival of Colonel Ryota and the others.
