49. Absorbing Heian Jin's Soul

Northern Continent.

After Qin Tian's victory, the Fire Flower Sect, Ice Peacock Sect as well as the Ming Empire became more free to seek the whereabouts of everyone who could still be saved.

Right in the morning at the battleground of Qin Tian and Heian Jin, a joint team from the Middle Continent and the Northern Continent arrived there.

" Alright, do the search again, until there's not a single untouched area. Then, if you find anything suspicious, report it to us immediately, " Qin Jian ordered them all.

Then, two days passed by, the survivors of the Northern Continent were still displaced in one place, not least for those who were in a corner that was difficult to reach.

Qin Jian, Ming Yifei and Ming Dao were still waiting for Qin Tian there, they did not want to return before finding Qin Tian.

Qin Tian who was in the soul world slowly regained his senses. The first thing he saw after coming to his senses was Yun Ling who was tightly grasping her hands in a sleeping state.

Upon sensing Qin Tian's movements, Yun Ling awoke from her sleep.

Yun Ling did not reply to Qin Tian's remark, but her body reciprocated Qin Tian's gentle treatment of her.

" How long have I fainted, Mother?" Qin Tian asked Yun Ling after releasing their embrace.

" Two days have passed. What are you fighting to make yourself like this?" Yun Ling could not help but feel her curiosity.

" Did Mom remember what I was worried about about six months ago?" Qin Tian replied with a question.

" So, that bad premonition you said back then–" Yun Ling gave a reaction as if in disbelief with Qin Tian.

" Ja–so what about that guy?"

" He's been I've vanished, so as not to be a threat in the future. So I don't need to worry," Qin Jian said.

" Then did you find the jade bottle I brought here?" the one who remembered the contents inside the jade bottle could kill everyone in the Blue Star.

" Oh, the bottle is on the table there," Yun Ling said as she pointed at the table near Qin Tian's window.

With his spiritual energy, Qin Tian pulled out the jade bottle containing Heian Jin's soul as well as blood essence. Yun Ling watched Qin Tian who was grasping the jade bottle very carefully as if it was an extremely high value object.

" What's inside this jade bottle, Tian'er?" out of curiosity Yun Ling finally asked.

" In this jade bottle contains the blood essence as well as the soul of the person who is my opponent, Mother," Qin Tian replied.

" What do you want to do with that man's soul? Don't-don't you–" Yun Ling said shut her mouth as if in disbelief, as she thought Qin Tian would devour that person's soul to raise his soul force.

" Yes, what I think is very precise. But there are other things I want to do to strengthen myself so that events like two days ago do not happen again" Qin Tian said.

" Don't do anything dangerous, Tian'er," Yun Ling said.

" No, I have to believe me."

" Alright, Mother believes in you," Yun Ling replied with a smile, although in her heart it was still very worrying what Qin Tian wanted to do.

" Don't tell this to Lin'er, Mother," Qin Tian said.
