"At least now I can already touch the mattress..," Savilla sat herself in relief on the mattress, "Eh, wait, this is really a mattress, right? It feels like a rock!" Savilla protested despite being in the room only her and the cat.
"I can't believe the trip here really took a week!"
Fortunately, during the week of travel, they stopped for a while so Savilla could rest in secret.
"Nathan, hey, now we're safe if you want to go back to human form."
Smoke surrounded the cat and what appeared after the smoke disappeared was not the white cat but the white-haired man with the face of his face.
"Geez, I'm tired!" Nathan sat in the nearest seat.
"What are you gonna do? You really want to ask them for help in finding the portal?" Nathan looked at Savilla seriously.
"Sure.. Wasn't that time you gave me a code to ask them for help?" Savilla tried to pat her bed, 'Is this really made of stone?'
Nathan shook his head, "I didn't give you any code about asking them for help, just then I told you to run away immediately. The devil is a crafty creature. Begging and making a pact with them was the dirtiest thing a human could do. What you're doing is a fermentation of your unawareness."
Savilla raised her hand, "Hey, hey, don't blame me that way. What else do I have to do? I don't know anything about this world. And the only person I knew - even though I only knew him a day less - turned into a cat. What else am I supposed to do?"
Nathan frowned, "Sorry."
"No need."
"But you're lucky enough, right?" Nathan smiled a little.
Savilla shakes her head, "Lucky?"
"Although threatening them like that and you used the right excuse but stupid they ended up obeying your will. Even to help you. But I hope you're not too tempted by their help. There could be cunning behind their kindness."
Savilla bowed her head, "I'll be careful..."
"And you still have me" Nathan said confidently, "Because you helped me hide my identity when I was a cat I would take care of you!"
Savilla looked at Nathan, "No need, I didn't do it because I wanted to get rewarded. It was only in return because you also helped me earlier."
"Then I'll keep a close eye on you, it's my own initiative," Nathan crossed his arms around his chest, "..So don't let go of my supervision, okay?"
Savilla looked at Nathan, something on the man that suddenly made him intimidated.
"By the way Nathan is," Savilla tried to stop the creeping awkwardness, ignoring the strange sense that creeps on his back, "your cat is very similar to mine at home," Savilla hugged her bent legs. Imagine the contents of his room and Prince tucked in between them.
Savilla fell silent, "Where do you know my cat's name?"
"Well, if you say his name as my pseudonym, you're like talking about an old friend or a lover!"
Savilla raised one of her eyebrows, "Imacute but she is a cat not a friend let alone a lover. No, maybe he's like a friend to me."
Nathan grimaced and turned his face to the side, Savilla frowning in wonder at the man's reaction. "Sometimes someone loves something more than they realize." Nathan smiled warmly.
"Not until you're gonna think of your pet as a lover, are you?"
"That's natural. Some people even consider their pets as family." Nathan laughed a little.
"Yes, But…"
*Tok Tok*
"Savilla!" Sheera's voice called out from outside the door. "My dear Savilla come out!"
Savilla stared at Nathan telling him to immediately change shape again.
"Just a second!" Savilla shouted from within.
