The Demon King's Daughter

The Demon King's Daughter
Demon world

Bryan kept trying to avoid the magic ball that the man had sent. Although his efforts were in vain.

Suddenly, the man stopped attacking him. Bryan looked at her and saw her suddenly stiffening face. Bryan grinned happily. Unfortunately, the man noticed his grin and threw another attack at him. Bryan managed to escape.

"Did? Attack missed?" Bryan's smile widened.

"Stop that stupid grin. My eyes hurt." The man looked at her sharply and spoke flatly.

"You still have time to make small talk, huh?"

"Please, take care of him for me…"

Savilla opened her eyes. He swore he heard a woman's voice just before he woke up. Is that part of his dream?

Savilla looked around. Above them are large trees that rise high. Savilla stroked her bed that felt like the ground with some weeds.

"are you awake?" A voice sounded from behind the trees.

Savilla alerted herself, "Who?!"

"Don't be afraid. It's me" a white-clad man and golden eyes appeared before him.

"Who?" Savilla asked again, this time more gently. Because this man seems to know him, even though Savilla Tidsk knows who he is.

"I'm the one who helped you last night. My name is Nathan."

"Oh. Really really? Thank you then. I'm Savilla." Savilla immediately stood up with help from Nathan, "Where are we anyway?"

"This is the 2nd frontier of the demon world. I'm trying to find a portal to return to the human world. But it's hard. Lucky I managed to catch up with you, before the guy took you any further."

Nathan looked at Savilla's bewildered face, "I'll make it clear you won't understand."

"Wait a minute, why are you here and what are you doing to me when I'm unconscious?" Savilla looked at the man suspiciously.

"It's just a coincidence that we met here. And I told you I've only been looking for portals since."

"Portals?"

"You know? The one for interunia transportation is loh. I'm looking for him so we can return to the human world…"

"So... you mean..we are really in the demon world?" Savilla spoke hesitantly, hoping to hear 'no'.

"of course. How long do you want to deny it?"

"Exclude what?"

"That you are the devil."

"I'm a human!"

"Well, half of it."

"Huh?"

"Half man and half demon, at least that's from your aura."

Savilla shook her head in disbelief. He wanted to argue again but this guy didn't seem to be lying to him or anything. "And what are you? How do you know about me?"

"Err, me... witch?"

"Eh, well that's it. It's just that I'm not the kind of magician that's tied to a spell" Nathan shook his shoulder. "Hey, let's go find the portal together. I'll see you sooner together."

"What kind of mortal are you referring to?"

Nathan stroked his chin, "Let me remember.um, Ah, it looks like an elevator in the human world! But I guess for hell, it's a little creepy."

"I'll search there and you'll go that way!" Nathan gave the order.

Savilla finally complies so that she can quickly return to the human world.

"Oh yeah," Nathan called out to make Savilla turn back, "If you see any animals or plants or strange sounds, you don't care. Just focus on finding the portal."

"Oh, wait, what's wrong?" Savilla felt a bit creepy with the engagement. But Nathan had already walked away, not heeding the panic in his voice.

"Of course there's nothing dangerous here, right?" Savilla muttered trying to convince herself as she walked quickly, then remembered that this was the world of demons, "How about I meet a ghost?"

"Damma!"

Savilla's body stiffened, but she shook her head, "Focus on the portal, focus on the portal…"

"Haha!"

"Yes god! Help me!" Savilla whispered in panic.

"Stop laughing! Are you not upset with him?!"

Savilla was stunned to hear the language she understood, although she was doubtful whether she heard the language, but strangely she understood it.

"You want how else, right? He is the son of the noble, if the noble dies someday, he will lead hell, so it is only natural that his attitude is as arrogant as that."

"But we, too, are sons of the king!"

Savilla finally decided to approach the sound. He was told not to care about it.

"Ckk. Do you still not understand, the level of our kingdom is different from it."

"Curtain!"

"So he's 6,700 years older than us and he was born and raised in the upper world. I don't think he's gonna want to spend time messing with us."

"She won't attend the meetings of the princes and crown princesses!"

"He was busy getting invitations and meetings with the kings."

"The lucky boy! I will rebel against him if he becomes king!"

"Husssttt, Ash watch your talk!"

"Hey, did you hear the sound of a heartbeat? I've been feeling it ever since"

"No. Our hearing isn't as sharp as you're Drian."

"I also feel the atmosphere is different. Like someone's been breathing since."

Savilla held her breath, lest she be found out. He immediately frowned looking for a place to condense.

"I'll check,"

One of them walked straight towards Savilla.
