CHAPTER 1: MISERY

In a world called Luminos, there is a magnificent kingdom called the Kingdom of Light. The kingdom was known for their grandeur towards the God of Light, and its capital was a very prosperous place with magnificent buildings and a special city occupied by nobles. In this capital, the level of prosperity was so high that many merchants from other kingdoms came to seek luck and not a few of them managed to achieve resounding success.

However, unfortunately, this prosperity was uneven throughout the kingdom. There is a village located at the end of the border of the Kingdom of Light that lives in backwardness and poverty. This village is called Kai Village. This low level of prosperity in Kai Village had brought about a serious impact. Life there is filled with murder, human trafficking, and a very high crime rate. The village was immersed in a dark shadow, unable to enjoy the bright shining rays of life in the Kingdom of Light.

In the vast and radiant realm, where the luminous sun smelled every corner, there was a settlement hidden among the majesty of the Kingdom of Light. The settlement bears witness to the struggle of a young man named Morgan. Morgan was a man who lived in darkness and poverty, and he lived in the slums of Kai Village. Although the inhabitants of the Kingdom of Light faithfully worshipped the God of Light, Morgan had chosen a different path. In a world where sunlight determines the course of life, Morgan survives in deep darkness. He refused to follow the dogmas and beliefs that were widespread in the kingdom.

While the Kingdom of Light continued to radiate its beauty, there was a meeting of two worlds colliding within Morgan's soul. The world of light and the world of darkness fight in Morgan's life. In the midst of poverty and suffering, Morgan found a small peace in deep darkness. He saw the injustice that engulfed him, and he refused to be part of blind obedience to the imposed belief.

Morgan becomes a silent witness to the drastic difference between a magnificent kingdom that worships the light and a forgotten village trapped in darkness. However, despite the complexity of their lives, Morgan harbors a strong determination to change his destiny and seek strength to fight oppression. He believed that even in the deepest darkness, there was a power that could change lives and bring light to him who lived on the darkest side.

In his fight against injustice, Morgan seeks a power that can be a source of light for his forgotten self. And in the darkness he chose, a resistance grew to confront the tyranny that existed in the Kingdom of Light.

Back then, Morgan gathered people who did not worship the God of Light and opposed unjust policies. Together, they form a resistance aimed at confronting the tyranny that exists in the Kingdom of Light. The resistance grew larger every day, and many other villagers joined Morgan's cause.

Morgan and his followers launched actions against corrupt rulers in the Kingdom of Light. They reveal the truth hidden behind the beauty of the kingdom. In the darkness they choose, they bring change and bring light to those who live in trouble.

The resistance became an inspiration to other villagers throughout Luminos. They saw that even in the deepest darkness, there was a power that could change their destiny. The more people who join the fight, the greater the light that radiates in the midst of darkness.

Finally, through struggle and determination, Morgan and resistance managed to change the fate of those living in adversity. They managed to fight against the rampant injustice in the Kingdom of Light. The Kingdom of Light must face the consequences of their corrupt actions, and Kai village and dozens of other villages are transformed to a better point and have a decent life.

After more than 2 months, the news of the rebellion was heard until the King's ears. So, the King conducted a massive search on the case.

Until the Kingdom of Light finds out the mastermind behind the rebellion. The king made the decision to root out those who rebelled and wipe out the villages involved, a move that was met with resistance from the residents and the higher-ups of the Kingdom. But one of the nobles who was also cunning, incited the residents by providing false information so that it made those who refused to finally agree to the plan. The kingdom took action by sending one of the three legendary knights, a knight named Lause who is famous for having Light magic level 10. In addition, they also sent dozens of A and S-class adventurers to assist in the extermination effort. The troops were given orders to eradicate and destroy all villages involved in the rebellion, along with its inhabitants.

Fierce battles were fought throughout Luminos. The villages involved in the rebellion were invaded and destroyed by the forces of the Kingdom of Light. There is no mercy for those who rebel. However, there is one village that is excluded from the destruction: Kai Village. Kai Village was left to survive, but as a dumping ground for criminals. The village became a place where those who were perceived as a threat to the government were exiled and left to live in underdevelopment and darkness.

Morgan, as a central figure in the struggle against tyranny, suffered an even worse fate after the uprising. His status was denigrated by the King, making him a figure despised and ignored by society. He lives in deep darkness. No one cared about him, and the days he spent were full of suffering. Morgan had to endure the solitude and darkness that weighed on his life.

However, the Kingdom of Light did not stop there. They decided to impose tougher regulations on Morgan. If anyone dares to help Morgan, they will be put to death. The regulation aims to ensure that Morgan remains isolated and no one dares to fight or help him. Because Morgan was a dangerous figure for the Kingdom, Morgan had to accept terrible things every day to make him helpless again.

The days that Morgan went through became even more miserable. He lives in solitude and unimaginable darkness. There was no glimmer of light capable of illuminating his path. Yet, despite his suffering, Morgan remained steadfast in his extraordinary determination. He refused to give in to darkness and despair. In his heart, he continued to burn his resolve to eradicate the injustice that had destroyed his life.

Morgan spent time as a grass finder and cleaning up dirt, he also had time to establish relationships with residents who were also wasted. Though some fear the possible consequences, there is an old woman who begins to see the good in Morgan and chooses to help him in secret. The woman gave Morgan food, drink, and hope in the darkness that surrounded her.

Through struggles in the dark, Morgan gathers strength and strategy to confront the tyranny that exists in the Kingdom of Light. He realized that the real power was within him, and did not depend on the light that the kingdom adored.

This is the story of the struggle of Morgan, an individual who defies the current to create light in the midst of shadows and bring change to himself who lives on the darkest side of the Kingdom of Light. Through struggle and determination, Morgan hopes to inspire and change the fate of those living in adversity, as well as against the injustices that are rampant in the world of Luminos.
