However, you must not forget your obligations as citizens of this country, and one of them is to obey the rules that apply. Moreover, all of you have sworn to obey the rules, when becoming the guild leader. Have you forgotten this?" mozark said by explaining the rules, then asking everyone.
Suddenly everyone fell silent, and they thought hard about what Mozark had just said. But Cecilia did not care much about her vows, and she still insisted on asking Mozark for consideration, so that Tatsuya would not be punished by her.
This of course made Mozark lose his patience, so he brought up his past about his parents who had died, and caused by breaking the rules.
"Do you intend to be like your parents?" mozark asked as he turned to her with a frown.
Seeing Cecilia like that, everyone other than the four guild heads were very curious about what had happened to her parents. However, Mozark shifted his talk about this, so that everyone did not ask about the background of the two Cecilia parents.

"I hope you didn't do anything that would make him die. Even though he broke the rules, the punishment is still not determined." Mozark asked him.
"If he doesn't fight, maybe I'll just make him paralyzed and sit in a wheelchair forever" Steven replied as he stood up from his seat, then walked out of the room.
"He's not finished yet, Steven, you better sit back until the last words of the academy's top brass." pinta Lazima persuaded him.
"For what linger here, isn't the order clear?" steven asked, looking at him.
"Hm... I seem to agree with your words. Then I will also leave this room and get ready for tomorrow morning." Tommy continued, standing from his seat.
"Hey you two, show your respect to the academy's top brass. If not." said Leonard, but his words interrupted by Mozark.
"Stop Leonard, the words of the two of them have a point as well. Then I'll end the meeting here, and for tomorrow I'm looking forward to the good news from all of you." Mozark said, closing the meeting.
Not long after, everyone walked out of the meeting room and Cecilia became the last person to walk out. His entire body could not stop shaking, due to the trauma that in nature was quite terrible to both parents.
"Sorry sir, is it okay if Miss Cecilia is left like that?" ask one of the men who noticed him
"Well... I was outrageous, but this was for his own good. If he continues to be in a relationship with Tatsuya, I'm afraid he will be the same fate as his parents" Mozark said with a sigh, then he walked back to his room and looked forward to the best news from everyone.
