Go, Date!

"Chi, next week is Oberon's day, you know." Emerald began to open his book. Richi accompanies him to work at the library.

Richi didn't say. He stared at the arrangement of the books and chose one to read.

"You coming?"

Richi glanced at Emerald at a glance and sighed. The man still did not understand. "No, I'm not interested". He sat down in front of Emerald.

"Why? Isn't that the day all the students are waiting for?" Emerald closed the book he had not read.

"I don't like parties, brother." Say it again and again, then sip the coffee on the table.

Emerald propped up his chin. "Don't you come with me?" Emerald's face looks clear.

Richi shakes. "I'll replace it next time. Watching for example?"

Emerald's not budging. If he watched, he could do it at any time. But the night of the Oberon celebration, it's once a year. And next year he can't do it because he's finished school.

Oberon's Day is a special day for Oberon students to give gifts to people they like. On that day, the students wore the Oberon logo white T-shirts and those who liked it had to put any mark on the shirt. Such as graffiti, signatures, stickers, anything that sticks and lasts a long time and becomes a sign of its own ownership of the person.

Emerald will usually give a sign in the form of a sticker that he made himself so as not to be similar to others. The sticker will also be different for his friends, as well as people he loves.

"Again not a dance like last year. I heard from the members of the osis, the event this time is different. There will be bands and exciting games that unite between couples" Isac explained to them.

"Correct? Then the girls won't wear dresses? It's a pity that I want to see Richi." Sesal Axel who remembers Richi look beautiful if dressed like a woman.

"You don't seem to like Emerald either."

"I have no business with him." Hugo replied, then twirled the ball on his index finger.

"Hugo, before Emerald, take Richi with you". Axel's proposal to Hugo.

"I'm not interested in him".

"really? Did you give him a present?" Ask Isac again.

"For what?"

"Don't he help you?"

"Right Hugo, give him something. She let her date back down to save you".

Hugo scrunched his brows. "She's still going on dates, right?"

"He refused to help you because of an appointment. Somehow all of a sudden he was already in front of the finishing gate guards".

Hugo was silent at Axel's explanation.

"Maybe he had Emerald waiting for him, then came to your aid". Connect again.

Did ya? Richie helped her out while she was dating? Hugo wondered.

"But I'm sure he'll go with Emerald because the concept of the party is made different". Isac.

Hugo was wondering if he would take the girl. But, he doubted. If Richi refuses, isn't that embarrassing?

Hugo was standing leaning against the support pole. He notices Richi playing basketball with his friends. Her heart was moved to invite the woman to Oberon's Day but she hesitated.

The ball rolled towards Hugo. He stopped him with one leg. Hugo looked at Richi who was standing waiting for Hugo to throw again at him.

Richi ran slowly towards him, Seeing the girl's face even made him moved to ask her out.

"Review your foot" said Richi took the ball at Hugo's feet.

"Rich."

"Hm?" Richi put the ball on his waist.

"Come dating".

Hugo's words managed to make Richi's eyes rounded. "What?"

"Ah, I mean, are you.." Hugo stuttered, he was at a loss to choose the right word to cover up his sentence that spontaneously came out of his mouth.

"I mean, you're not dating? Isn't today too good to miss? Isn't it Sunday?" Stuttering made Hugo blabber too much in order to cover up the tremors in his increasingly raised heart.

Richi furrowed his brows. "You ate wrong, Hugo?" He then went back to the field and played again.

Hugo kicked the pole. "Ah shit! I'm always let go." He recalled the initial moment asking her to be his pretend girlfriend, wasn't she also a release?
