S2 - Breath Resistant Exercise
Dinner full of silence. Only the sound of plates and spoons clashing could be heard. Usually chats and small debates make dinner noisy. But not this time.
Mary looked at her two children. Richi and Ricky focus on food. Neither looked at each other, they just looked down with a face that was equally upset.
"What's wrong?"
Wiley asked, because she also felt that there was something different about dinner this time.

There's no answer. Both are silent and chew food.

Whistle blown. The first ten people dunked their faces, while one person held a stopwatch and another recorded how long they stayed in the water.
Only in the 30th second, two people immediately rose because they were no longer strong enough to hold their breath. Then in the 40th second, and up to two minutes was finished.
An astonished voice rang out as someone managed to hold their breath in the second minute. Apparently, it was already great in the eyes of many people.
Ten other people started to enter. There's Joy and Sarah. They instantly immersed the body when the whistle blew.

The fourth group came in. Richi's there. He prepared, a loud voice sounded.

"Richi, if it's not strong just go up." Shouted them. The other two women were giggling to hear that.

Richi. He immediately widened his eyes to see who was next to him.

The sound of the whistle made Richi instantly submerge his body. He could see Evan next to him. The man is also giving a thumb sign to Richi.
Evan pointed up. Code if Richi isn't strong, he'll have to ride.

All the silence awaits Richi. Until the 7th minute, 12 seconds, Richi out of the pool. He took a lot of breaths and got applause and cheers.
"Richiii you're so great."
"Yeayy, Richi is the bestt!"
Shouted them. Makes Richi laugh in the middle of his chest.
Evan's hand poked down. Richi welcomes him and goes upstairs.
"Richi is great!"
"Richi is great!"
The cheers have not yet died down. While Joy and Sarah have put on a face they do not like even though they already feel defeated.
