I arrived at the Zurich residence almost ten o'clock at night, after I finished cleaning myself I walked to the bed and lay down but the lights I had not turned off, I still wanted to meditate before going to bed, I still wanted to meditate before going to bed, thinking of each puzzle that seemed to have started to connect with each other.

' Homuculus'

I took a breath, rolling back my memories to the books my grandfather had read.

' Where have I read this name?'

I turned my position to the left, staring at the still light, my eyes down the table where the lamp stood, I held my forehead once in a while, my head was dizzy because I thought too much.

He held my head for a while and then took a pillow over the bed and then turned to look at me with a slanted smile, as if he was mocking me.

" Stop thinking of the no-no, you sleep in the bed and I'll sleep on the couch" she replied, walking to the couch and slapping her body there.

' Dating with this pervert is it going to be okay?what if he suddenly came up here and did strange things to me?'

I shuddered in horror but still lay down and pulled my blanket up to my head, I turned my back to the man sleeping on the sofa, I did not discuss anything with him anymore and tried to close my eyes.

I didn't know when I fell asleep but I was awakened by the sound of iron clashing against each other, when I opened my eyes, I saw Zurich fighting with two people dressed in black, I sat up and tremblingly watched the whole room, saw several bodies covered in blood lying on the floor.

' So he didn't lie about protecting me?' my thinking.

Just as I was about to get out of bed to look for something I could use to protect myself one of the black-clad men moved towards me and was about to hit me with his sword when a sword came up pierced his chest right in my eyes.

I screamed in shock, legs felt boneless, my whole body trembled to see fresh blood pouring on the sword stuck in that person's chest, a short while later the knights came and immediately bent the hired assassins left behind.

" Don't kill him, we'll pull information from him, put him in the dungeon!" his orders to the kstaria.

" Are you okay Sir?" tanya Gawin looked at the situation around.

Zurich nodded then stepped towards me, then carried me.

" We're gonna move rooms, are you okay?"

I nodded, I had no more strength all over, he hugged my trembling body and quickly asked the waiter to prepare warm water and call a doctor for me.

He gently laid me down in a room wider than the one I had occupied before, yet because of my still trembling body he pulled me into his arms and tried to calm me down.

" All will be well, I will always protect you" he said, patting me gently on the shoulder.

The warm water soaked my cheeks, the incident reminded me of my family's extermination, the shadow kept twisting in my head which made my body tremble even more intensely, he who noticed it looked at me and wiped my tears with his hands.

" My side is here, there's nothing to fear okay? as long as there is me there will not be a single person who can touch a strand of your hair even if they dare to try I will not let them die quietly, hmm!"

" Sshhhhhhhhhhh" she wiped my tears back and hugged me warmly, she tried to calm me who was still trembling.

I don't know what happened after that which was clear when I opened my eyes, it was noon around eleven o'clock, my eyes were sore and swollen.

" Are you awake?" the question approached me and touched my forehead.

" It looks like your fever has gone down" he added, then gave me an ice cube compress.

" You better get back to lying down".

He asked a waiter to call the doctor, the waiter nodded and rushed away from us.

" I'm fine", I protested as she pushed my body to lie down.

" Well what, you've been sleeping for two days, even if you're hot yesterday, we'll hear from the doctor whether you're better or not".

" I've really improved sir".

" Silent Lah"

Not long after the waiter returned followed by a middle-aged man behind him, he immediately checked me out.

" How?"

" He has improved sir, with enough rest he can already do activities as usual, as I said yesterday, Miss Sisi only experienced mild shock that caused him high heat, he said, drink the medicine I prescribed until it runs out" he replied.

The doctor resigned after a while of talking to Zurich, he asked the waiter to deliver the person and then turned to me.

She touched my hair gently, "Thank God you're okay".

" What about the hit man Sir? did you get any information about who sent it?"

" He killed himself by slitting his throat with the knight's sword that drove him to the dungeon" he replied as he glared at me gently, "One does want your head, it seems that the information from Aria is indeed true".

" Aria?"

" Yes, he asked me to kill him, he was worried that he would kill you because it was controlled by the person who wanted to kill you, as we expected, your information was leaked into the hands of the enemy because Aaron had managed to escape the chase".

Two days later I was completely healthy, both physically and mentally, I asked the waitress named Marie who was assigned by Zurich as my personal servant, Marie is a fighter-type awakener, who was a fighter, he was great enough that Zurich trusted him to take care of me.

He looked at me and breathed his breath.

" Alright but you have to bring the knights of some people".

" Marie isn't that enough?"

" Butterfly, you're not safe right now, I'm afraid if you're hanging around with Marie alone, it'll give them a chance to attack you, not that I don't believe in Marie's power, but considering that we don't know who's our enemy, it would be wise not to travel alone with Marie".

I smiled brightly then happily left him and Claude then immediately set off towards Miranda's shop.

" Marie and Gawin just wait outside, I'll be safe here" I told them as we arrived in front of the cake shop.

They nodded then I headed straight for the secret room in the store, Miranda who noticed my arrival immediately approached and hugged me.

" You look thin" he said, checking my whole body.

" I'm still the same as before" I replied.

She smiled and took me to her room and asked her members to prepare drinks and snacks for me.

" Sisi, I heard you've returned to the Capital but instead of going back to your house you're staying at Grand Duke Zurich Dagaras' residence, what's going on?"
