070: Red Hair Explanation

“Red Hair, I'm still curious about your Lady, Mei Lin. Why is She called the Demon Woman by the Weapon-Dwelling Spirits?”

The Red Hair Spirit fell silent for a moment, making Chen An suspicious of his attitude.

“That's because of an event that happened over a thousand years ago, when Princess Mei Lin had an ambition to rule the World of the Nine Continents. He was cruel when he killed half the strongest hero of the eight other Human Tribes.”

Red Hair was silent for a moment, then explained that all the chaos Mei Lin did to meet her biological father who since childhood he had never seen.

Because she was a Princess of the God Realm Man, from childhood Mei Lin had possessed high strength and continued to increase along with her increasing age. With that power, she became a cruel woman.

What was done by Mei Lin, made the Eight Emperors of the other eight Continents become enraged. Those who had previously been at odds with each other, then united to kill Mei Lin.

In an unbalanced fight of that amount, Mei Lin nearly killed one of the Emperors if only the Wind God had not come to her aid.

The Wind God used the Nine Energies Seal to confine Mei Lin as punishment for her deeds. The key to unseal it, consists of nine pieces. The Wind God gave eight keys to each Emperor.

Although seen helping the Emperors, the Wind God is actually saving his daughter from the wrath of the other eight Gods. However, that was only Mei Lin knew, when the Father met him in the Dream Realm.

After the Wind God returned to the God Realm, the other Eight Emperors realized the true purpose of the Wind God coming to their aid.

The eight Emperors became disappointed and angry, as they were devoured by the Wind God. They finally returned to their respective Continents and immediately meditated in front of the God Heirloom Crystal to ask for a hint from their Guardian God.

The God Heirloom Crystal was a House-sized Crystal placed on each continent by the Gods who created the continent.

That said, the World of the Nine Continents was a world created by the strongest Nine Immortals. They were the God of Fire, the God of Wind, the God of Water, the God of Earth, the God of Lightning, the God of Metal, the God of Wood, the God of Stone, and the God of Hewani.

Their goal of creating the World of the Nine Continents was as a place to punish the members of the Clan of each of those gods, who had broken the rules of the God King, a figure who became a Sovereign in the God Realm.

Actually the God King did not agree with the creation of the World of the Nine Continents. He preferred to give the death penalty, rather than expel them from the God Realm.

But because he did not want to lose the loyalty of the nine other Gods, the King of Gods agreed to the creation of the world on a condition.

Those who were sentenced to be banished to the World of the Nine Continents, had to be annihilated first. That way, they will lose the privilege of eternal life.

However, the nine gods objected to the condition. If the power of the lawbreakers was annihilated, how would they protect themselves from the attacks of the Devils.

All this time, the Devils had always hunted the weak members of the God Clan for their flesh to eat, so that the strength of the Devils could increase rapidly.

The God King also provided a solution so that the conditions from him could be accepted by the Ninth God. The solution was to put the Crystal on their forehead, to become a Protective Heirloom in the World.

Initially the Ninth God did not agree in that way. Because by releasing the God Crystal from their forehead, then the strength of the nine Gods would be reduced by twenty-five percent.

But the wise God of Dreams mediates the debate and gives his opinion.

If those nine Gods were to release the God crystals in the World they created, then their members who were in that world, could cultivate by absorbing the boundless energy from those crystals.

Unbeknownst to the King of Gods, the God of Dreams sends a secret message to the nine gods, in the form of a nightmare which he calls an omen.

In the dream, it was seen that the Sacred River of the God Realm had turned its water blood-red. I don't know what will happen in the God Realm in the future. He himself still continues to explore the meaning of the dream.

Finally the nine Gods obeyed the words of the Dream God.

After seven days and seven nights they created the World of the Nine Continents, the Ninth Gods removed the God Crystals from their brow, then placed them right in the middle of the Continent they created.

In addition to protecting each Continent, those God Heirloom Crystals also served as a communication tool for the Emperor to discuss with their respective Guardian Gods.

A large trial was held in the God Realm to discuss the matter. However the God King was forced to tell them if the Wind God was acting so on his orders.

The Gods were surprised and asked for an explanation of the God King, who was then forced to divulge the events of the disappearance of the Book containing the Nine Gods Technique and also the Demon King Book from the God Realm library.

The God King punished Mei Lin for searching the two books. The girl's body remained within the Nine Energies Seal, but her spirit would be sent to the Upper World to search for the existence of the two books.

The God King kept a secret about his Mustika Star that had disappeared strangely. Mustika He got from an Ancient God who was the King of the Gods before him.

The Ancient Gods secluded themselves from the God Realm, after He had successfully sealed the Demon King into the Black World Seal, tens of thousands of years ago.

Only the Wind God knows the disappearance of the Star Mustika. Because only to the Wind God alone, the God King could entrust the task.

“So only the Wind God and his Daughter and you alone know the secret purpose of the God King?” Ask Chen An.

Red Hair sounded surprised at Chen An's remark. “Confidential Destination? What do you meanMr Chen?” Chen An simply smiled before explaining his conjecture.

“That thought was related to a dream about the Holy river of the God Realm that changed color to be as red as blood. If I had not mistakenly guessed, the God of Dreams had also told the King of Gods about his dream.”

The Red Hair Spirit only chuckled at Chen An's words. “Mr Chen, you are imagining too much. There is no way the God King acts like that.”

Chen An laughed along, after realizing he was considered too far away guessing the thing he had just heard. By then, morning had arrived and Chen An had just entered the territory of the Jian Empire.

He then reinserted the Red Star Sword into his spatial ring. As he wanted to drink some wine, Chen An realized that the wine supply within his spatial ring had been exhausted.

After seeing a city in front of him, Chen An decided to stop by the city and replenish his wine supply.

Not wanting to attract the attention of the city guards, Chen An decided to enter the city on foot like a commoner.

After walking for a kilometer, Chen An finally arrived in front of the southern gate of the city called Wuhu.

“Show your identity!”

A gatekeeper who looked arrogant, said to Chen An who was a little surprised to see the clothes they were wearing. Those guards, were not soldiers of the Jian Empire.

A single person immediately left the place and entered the city to blind Chen An who was walking leisurely.

After finding a large restaurant and inn that has a three-story building, Chen An then entered it.
