The next day....

In the morning on the prairie behind their house, Sam was demonstrating his Sword skill which he had learned in the Scroll Skill that his grandfather had given to him, with the grass he was very careful when issuing his skill, because Sam's skill was created from the fire element, while the Ride skill was created from the Ice element.

He took out a skill he named after him which he used at the time to defeat a Boar, with the target of a dead chicken hanging over a tree branch. This skill would only react when it touched the blood of the enemy that was hit by his attack then the sword that had been mixed with blood immediately let out a blaze. This was very effective when fighting monsters because it could instantly scorch them.

Then the second is , A skill heats the sword to thousands of degrees, this skill is useful when cutting the target as hard as anything will be much easier, but it has a very fatal weakness when the sword does not have strong endurance and makes the sword crack or even break. Sam could only heat it to six hundred degrees. And also this skill drains many of its Mana users, because Sam has a smaller Mana capacity compared to Ride, therefore he rarely uses this skill.

The last is , this is what he often does for hunting because this skill is easy to use and also does not drain a lot of Mana. This skill allows its users to strengthen and receive more damage to its target, it is also a widely used skill and the most basic skill, especially by other Sword Knights.

“You've learned all the skills that you've given Sam, good... These two years of training were not in vain. For now you only need to learn three skills... Since you have not been inducted into a Knight, it has become a rule in the Kingdom of Legendia. Remember that well!” Say grandpa by standing up straight while holding his magic wand.

Next Ride who will demonstrate, it looks like he is more serious this time. The first skill he showed was his skill. The skill he used when facing the Boar. This was also a basic skill that the Archer Knights had.

The more arrows split, the speed and durability will decrease. It would be more effective if the target was less than ten meters in front of its user.

And the third is , this skill that has a high explosive power and can destroy targets in an instant. However, this skill has time to replenish the energy of its Mana users, that is, when the bowstring is pulled, then at that time the user holds it and fills the energy until the arrow turns white to emit cold steam caused by a decrease in temperature. But this skill is easy to be directed because the user has enough time to aim at the target.

Both of them had finished showing the skills they had trained and perfected. Grandfather Roshi had high expectations for his two eldest grandchildren, so he was confident in their abilities and could pass the selection to become a Royal Knight. And made the admiration of the Superior Knights of the various Classes.

“The training is done!” said grandpa Roshi.

Shortly after that came Marie who brought the Watermelon that had been cut neatly to give it to them as a refresher as well as a fatigue reliever after doing three skills at once which also drained a lot of mana.

“Woahh thank you Marie!” Sam was excited and immediately ate the watermelon.

“Thank you Marie!” Ride with her faint smile towards Marie while taking out a piece of her silverware.

“Come eat this cake sweet watermelon loh”

“Ah no... You guys just eat... Grandpa went to the field first to feed our cows” replied the grandfather who then left them to go to the field where their cows gathered.

“Oh so yes... Means brother Sam spend it then!” Sam directly grabbed the watermelon.

“Oiya grandpa forgot, don't forget later in the afternoon you two go to Uncle Jack's place to pick up the equipment that grandfather has ordered for you to use tomorrow” said grandfather Roshi who turned his head back and stopped for a moment.

“Good kek” replied Ride. Sam who was still chewing his bowl just nodded.

“But the cake, why not just noon?” Ask Ride.

“If noon at uncle Jack's place is always crowded buyers. So you guys just come in the afternoon, anyways Sam's gonna be rammed in there... Ride you also keep an eye on Sam lest he damage the equipment in Jack” uncle's place explained grandfather Roshi.

“Good cake!” Said Ride.

Then Grandpa Roshi continued his path to the fields.

“Sam, did you hear what Grandpa said? Don't make it weird there” said Ride by turning his face to Sam.

“Yes yes I heard... No need to tell me I already know Ride... What a child I am... I am the future greatest Adventurer candidate!” Reply Sam.

“Good then, I go home first to rest” Ride said, then leave Sam and Marie.

“Ya please” replied Sam, who is still busy with the floating.

“Eh kak Ride does not want to repeat?” Ask Marie.

“No, just leave it to grandpa later... I'm afraid Grandpa wants the watermelon, right?” Answer Ride.

“Iya sister is right!... Well brother Sam the rest is for grandfather so do not spend yes..”.

Marie went straight to her house leaving Sam alone in the meadow.
