Can't hold anymore

Nico's car crashing in the rain splits the darkness of the night. Because the rain was quite heavy fading his eyesight, so he tried to drive carefully but still drove at high speed. His gaze swept around looking for the whereabouts of Daniel's car as directed. During the 10-minute drive, Nico pulled over because he found Daniel's car parked on the side of the road. Nico hurriedly got out of the car and approached the black car with Daniel and Keil in it.

Nico tapped on the windshield, repeatedly wiping his face that was splashed by the rain. "Where's Miss Jennie?" the question was when Keil had just opened the car window. His tone slightly screamed as the rush of rain almost made his voice sink.

"Miss Jennie just got off the cab and was on the side of the road there." Keil pointed to the whereabouts of Miss Jennie.

"Why did Miss Jennie stop at this place?" Nico asked in surprise, even more so in this state of heavy rain.

"No idea, we're both just watching from here." Yes, they are both just guarding from a distance if there is someone who intends evil towards Jennifer.

"You'd better approach Miss Jennie. He needs you right now" Daniel said. Since then he has only listened to Keil as well as Nico.

Nico nodded. "All right, I'll go up to him." Both Keil and Daniel nodded at Nico's words. Then Keil closed the window of the car back as soon as Nico had passed from there and ran a little to get to Miss Jennie.

Jennifer is seen standing among shady trees standing firmly by the roadside. There is a reason when he had to get out of the taxi because he felt uncomfortable when the taxi driver continued to look at him with an unusual gaze. Jennifer spilled a sense of tightness in her chest, even she did not care about her body that was slightly shivering with cold.

"Miss...." Jennifer's sobs receded when she heard a familiar voice calling her. Jennifer looked up as her eyes widened to find Nico standing not far from her.

"Nico.." he said.

"What is Miss doing here?" Nico walked over to Jennifer. "The rain is quite heavy, why stop at a place like this, should Miss look for another hotel or inn, do not stay in a place like this in the rain, moreover it is almost late." Although his steps had stopped when dealing with Jennifer but not with his lips that continued to chatter at length, so panicked Nico did not even realize if he was really a chatty man.

The corner of Jennifer's lips formed an arch. The woman was a little relieved because at least she was not alone. But something strange, why did Nico find out about her whereabouts?

"I'm just walking around." Jennifer. Where might he say if he was disappointed because he was betrayed by Billy.

"Ck, do I have to believe it?"

"Of course not. If you believe that means you're stupid" Jennifer sneered.

Nico chuckles. "I'm a fool in front of Miss."

Again Nico used the style to tease his little miss. Jennifer just rolled her eyes off guard, she was even used to Nico's sweet words.

"If another woman might have fallen into your trap."

"Wouldn't Miss soon be getting into the trap I set." Smiling meaningfully. Yeah, a trap to make Miss Jennie his.

Jennifer's forehead creased as she failed to digest Nico's speech. Really very plain. Instantly the woman was silent, making Nico look fixed on Jennifer's face. Nico's gaze turned on Jennifer's two eyes that looked flushed red, it was certain that her Miss had just cried over the bastard's man.

"Did Miss just cry?" Nico raised a question that he himself already knew the answer to. Weird right?

"Did Miss trust me a little?" Nico becomes upset that Jennifer still considers herself a stranger.

"Miss doesn't deserve to cry for a man like him, that man has betrayed and dumped Miss, you better forget her." Seeing Miss Jennie crying over another man, Nico was suddenly upset.

"I don't" Jennifer's sentence stopped, she realized that it seemed like Nico knew what was going on with her. "Do you know that?" Both of his eyes squinted sharply full of probes at Nico.

From Nico's silence, Jennifer guessed it. "You following me?" But Nico was still silenced, the man was just downcast.

"Sorry Miss, I was just worried about Miss, so I followed Miss. I don't know if that man would dare to betray Miss and sleep with another woman!" Nico growled.

Heh. It's certain that Nico hears all their conversations. No wonder Nico knows the problem that is happening to him.

Good Nico, you look natural. Don't let Miss Jennie think that you've known for a long time.

"I look pathetic, don't I?" his great-grandson by lowering his gaze.

"Because I'm easily fooled. We've known each other for a long time, but I don't know him very well at all. I think Billy's different, but he's the same guy as everybody else." Remembering that Billy had sex with another woman upset him. To be honest, Nico felt insinuated because he was more of a bastard than Billy. "I was secretly in a relationship with him and protected him from Sister Vie but it turns out that he's a bastard and an asshole!" continued. His annoyance and disappointment overflowed, so that for the first time Jennifer blurted out harsh words.

"Did Miss love him so much?" For some reason Nico suddenly asked that question, did not without asking even he already know the true feelings of Miss Jennie?

"If I don't love her, why am I going to last this long." Jennifer smiled bitterly. Remembering all this time he tried to be loyal but it was precisely the man who was unfaithful.

Nico nodded. True too, then why was he disappointed in the answer of the woman before him. He would hear 'no words' from Miss Jennie's lips. Ck, let. Slowly he will shift the name of the man in the heart of Miss, he thought.

"But I didn't know it would hurt like this" he continued. Jennifer wiped the tears in the corner of her eyes. "Ah, that's it." Sighs deeply. "The rain's almost gone, we better find a cab."

"No taxi passes at a time like this, Miss." Nico's tone of voice changed, becoming moody like never before. I don't know what he's thinking right now.

"Ck, then we'll just find a hotel around here." Jennifer stepped her feet, until now her body was flushed again by rain water. Nico felt really sorry for Jennifer. The little miss tried to look fine even though her heart was in a state of pain. Nico follows Jennifer in step and then pulls her Miss's arm.

"I brought a car. We'd better get to my car." Nico held Jennifer back who was about to step back.

"Um, okay."

Nico sighed harshly. He really can't bear to see Miss Jennie's situation like this. "Miss, if Miss wants to cry, cry."

Jennifer broke their embrace first. "You don't have to worry, I can forget about it, and you please keep this a secret from Brother Vie, I don't want Brother Vie to do anything with Billy." Although Billy has hurt himself but he has to be professional, it is impossible to get rid of Billy and Clarisa from his company.

"Why does Miss still want to protect him?" Nico's voice turned cold.

"Not so, I just-"

"What Miss is aware of, all this time I tried to hold her back because I didn't want Miss to avoid me," Nico said, her tone upset, but not with her sad eyes.

"What are you talking about?" Both Jennifer's eyebrows are confused. For God's sake Jennifer didn't understand what Nico was trying to say.

"From the beginning I really wanted to get rid of that man from Miss but I still thought of Miss. Therefore, I let the man stay by Miss's side longer."

"Nico, you... What are you saying?" Jennifer tried to guess. What the bodyguard had feelings for him, but it was impossible. Jennifer dispelled her thoughts.

Nico grabs Jennifer's wrist. No. gabe. This time he was completely unable to withstand the turmoil in his heart. It felt like the longer his feelings for Miss Jennie were getting worse, so he could no longer bear what he felt. Nico then grabbed Jennifer by the neck, his thumb wiping the rain that almost covered the woman's entire face.

"Nico, what's...." Not yet had time to speak, suddenly Nico buried a kiss on Jennifer's lips to make the woman again gasp with both eyes that are fully patterned.
