Chapters 21. James Barlock
In the school cafeteria, a tall and thin figure, his age also stepped on the Beak of Baya. He was sitting there thinking a lot of things. The expression on his face was fickle, looking left and right, indicating he was waiting for someone.

James, who saw Jordan carrying two hot black cups of coffee without Nampan to take him, was still astonished to see that despite the Jordan's frequent practice. He immediately took out their favorite cigarette and placed it on the table.
James took one of the cigarettes and lit it. He looked at Jordan and immediately asked. "Where's that kid, you mean 100 percent level?"
Jordan, who heard James ask, remained silent without answering. He preferred to sip his Black Coffee, whose smoke was still billowing, and took a cigarette prepared by James. "It's. It's very strange james". Answer with a shriveled face.

James just let out his breath and took a sip of his Black Coffee. He seemed to think while smoking cigarettes several times. He just shook his head slowly.

Jordan seemed to be very pleased with the news that James delivered.
James Barlock was the man's name. He is a Secret Agent working directly under the Government of Indonesia. James currently works at the Indonesian State Special Agency under the orders of the Ministry of Culture and the Ministry of Defense. The special agency was named the Spiritual Intelligence Agency of the Organization of the State of Indonesia, or abbreviated as BISON. This Special Agency focuses on finding its citizens who have connections with Mythology and Spirituality on Earth. From their research, these Citizens on average had dominant privileges as they referred to as Levels of 100 Percent and 1000 Knowledge.
Level 100 Percent is a Human who has the specialty in the field of Raga, or has a unique Body that is strong and twice the power of ordinary humans. This body has its own instinct in moving and doing many extreme things. Most people who have a 100 Percent Body focus on various areas of work that use Physical strength, and get perfect results. Some of the War Hero Figures of the past, Sports Athletes who received the Legend predicate, and Public Figures or Lgendary Film Actors who did Action scenes without Stuntman. They were people with Perfect Physical ability or what we now refer to as Level 100 Percent. If you remember some famous figures like Michael Jordan who was successful with Freestyle and scored the most scores in World Basketball history, Bruce Lee who became a Martial Expert as well as a famous Legendary Actor can not be killed other than with a firearm, Diego Maradona who uses flexible foot and body techniques in Football, and also his, Then there is still the Hero Figure of Indonesian History, Si Bandit Sakti, the helper of the Common People from the 19th century, Si Pitung. Actually there are many more people who have this Level 100 Percent specialty. Yet many people in the world only interpret it with natural talent and martial arts alone, and of course the Special Bodies belonging to the Great Countries that research it all hide the real facts about the Human Phenomenon that has such Privileges.
Whereas in the Case seen by James and Agus Jordan is a Rare case. According to their investigation over the Decades it was only 10 people who had a Level of 100 Percent, and 7 people who had 1000 Knowledge during these 100 years in the World. And of course those who have that privilege are in the Guidance and Protection of their respective Countries. Not Wanting a Superpower or a Ruling Country to know of their precious Assets and intending to take those People by force and perhaps even without the knowledge of the State that possessed such superior seeds.
Therefore Jordan was very worried when he saw Arslan at that time at the Basketball court, and immediately took the initiative to tell James. They must immediately take the right steps to make it unknown to other States or even the Dark Organizations that want Arslan's Privileges, to be used as personal gain or even human weapons to start a war.
Moreover, it is known an astounding fact if Arslan not only has one privilege, but the Two Privileges that seem to be fully synchronized and perfectly fused.
Arslan can currently pose a dangerous threat to the Other State or even his own Country if not handled properly…
