CHAPTER 038 - Collapse of Victoria Divine Prison 1.
“We cannot fulfill it, all the prisoners in this Divine Prison are the most inexcusable criminals of our empire! So we now disagree at all!” the Victoria official.

Charles immediately flew into the sky, he instantly acted as the central point of the 10 Commandments Magic Circle which was his combined magic with the 10 Abyss Lords.
The 10 Abyss Lords themselves had already surrounded Charles and had directly flowed a large amount of mana onto his master. They were all chanting a magic spell that Charles had taught them before.
