The Apocalyptic System

The Apocalyptic System
Apocalypse Arrived!!

The graph looked so scary that Titus Leibman was completely shocked.

“That must have been a very strange sign.

“It's like...It's like something that happens in a neutron star merger, and space-time warps, causing a great gravitational earthquake!

“Sial, I have to report this now!”

He picked up his phone and called his boss.

The call was connected, and the usual voices in some clubs were heard.

“What's up, Titus?” The sound of the Observatory head was heard from the other end, and he looked somewhat irritated by the disturbance.

“Chairman, shit just saw an awkward thing here! I just received some very, very strange gravitational wave data! Something seems to have happened to the neutron star merger! “ Titus quickly explained.

“Sial, does it seriously just say that? The neutron star merger may have experienced several continuous earthquakes. No big deal, man! I'm doing something here. Let's talk about it tomorrow”, the chairman then hangs up.

Titus did not know what else to do. He had a very bad feeling about various things...

His instinct was that the problem must have been more than it seemed, yet he did not have the authority to call other researchers to investigate the matter thoroughly.

He could do nothing but wait for the next day.

Abnormal gravitational wave data was received at observatories around the world at the same time.

At NASA headquarters....

Two researchers headed to the office during the day.

“Yes God, Boss, you won't believe it

what we just found!” a bald middle-aged man said excitedly.

An old blonde man put down his phone and said, “Carl, I know you have good news to tell me, but unfortunately, I have to go somewhere else now”.

The old man then stood up to take his coat.

Carl Strausser, the bald middle-aged man, immediately added, “Bos, we just received a very, very strange burst of gravitational wave data, and it's unlike anything we've ever seen before!”

“Is that so? In that case, call the meeting immediately and watch carefully. I will wait for your report when I return “, the old man smirked and added. It was clear that he did not think too much about the abnormal fluctuations of the data.

The old man patted Carl on the shoulder and walked out the door.

Carl shrugged in annoyance at the treatment he received.

...

The next day....

It was July 30th, 7pm, one hour away from doomsday.

Kai Axe has long covered the outer layer of titanium alloy plating and the inner layer of steel plating over the ark window. He then attached all the reinforced glass to the entire inside of the entire ark to reinforce the glass panels even further.

He had done all he could to increase the protection on the ark.

The entire ark is airtight at the moment. Its submarine mode is activated, synthesizing and pumping oxygen to fill the handle of the entire ark.

There are rows of safety seats on the third floor of the ark's living room. Kai Axe, Jessica, Veronica, Goku, and Cerberus were all securely tied to the chair.

There was a projector right in front of them, playing live news.

A female reporter was seen reporting the news outside. There was a huge crowd behind him carrying all sorts of photographic equipment.

“Goodnight, ladies and gentlemen, we are now airing live near Mauna Kea Volcano, Hawaii..

“As you can see, the place is now filled with over a thousand astronomy enthusiasts. It's a rowdy moment.

“Everyone is now anticipating the arrival of our beautiful guests.

“We are honored to have the Chief Freeman of Keck Observatory to give us a brief introduction to this space guest. He will also be in charge of instructing staff at the observatory to record this historic moment with state-of-the-art equipment.”

A fat-bodied middle-aged man was seen appearing in front of the camera as soon as he finished his introduction. The Observatory head then began to decipher the asteroid's background as well as basic knowledge of astronomy surrounding the asteroid's arrival.

The explanation takes time

Longtime.

It was 19:45 when he finished.

Reporters then took the crew into the observatory and were in front of a large piece of equipment, roughly the size of a radar disc, that could rotate 360 degrees in all directions to hone its target.

The image taken is projected onto a large screen.

The equipment is fully operational and locked onto the asteroid's trajectory when it

Entering Earth.

Time passed, and all the astronomy enthusiasts saw that starry night.

19: 50...

19: 55...

19: 56...

...

Almost every observatory in the world is in operation today, getting ready to witness such a rare astronomical phenomenon.

Countless astronomy enthusiasts around the world visit various suitable locations to witness the phenomenon and get whatever advanced photographic equipment they have prepared.

Some had already pointed their cameras at the sky, getting ready to press the camera.

However, except for those who really love astronomy, the phenomenon is hardly important to most people in the world.

Some are out on dates, some are home dinners, some are drinking in bars and clubs, some are still her office is working hard....

For those who are not interested in astronomy, the arrival of asteroids is a relatively important event at night.

That phenomenon, for them, is some high-ranking search words, clips in the news, and topics to add to the conversation.

The world was like that at that time.

...

Kai Axe looked at the countdown and took a deep breath, locking his vision on live broadcast while clenching on the armrest

His chair.

20: 03...

“Asteroid it's coming!”

The sky was dark as usual.

Mr. Penghulu scratched his head while reading the data. Asteroids

It should only move about 10 seconds faster or slower than

The projected speed, however

It doesn't seem so.

“What happened here?

“Shouldn't an asteroid be moving at a steady pace?

“If you want to continue accelerating, it should have moved much faster earlier. Why is the asteroid slowing down? “.

Something has happened.

A bright red light was seen in the sky.

The asteroid was three minutes slower than the projected arrival time, but still arrived.

The sound of countless shutters being pressed instantly sounded. All lenses are directed to a flash of red light in the sky.

In the next second, the entire place was illuminated by a red light. The day became so bright that one could mistake the night as daytime.

Asteroid that looked the size of a rising sun fell from the sky, enveloped in a dark red light.

“What happened? Why did the asteroid collapse?” Head Freeman's eyes widened as he shouted in surprise.

The asteroid fell at a frightening speed, and the rock became

fully visible to the naked eye as soon as he finished what he said.

If someone sees it from the outside

space, the asteroid is just a rock about one-thousandth the size of the Earth itself, scoring a direct strike into the Pacific Ocean.

The explosion!

Everyone heard the entire place tremble at this moment.

His voice was so intense that it looked like the sky had just split apart.

The sky turned dark instantly.

...

The projected image that Kai Axe saw in front of him turned black at once as the signal disappeared, which told him one thing and one thing only.

The apocalypse has arrived..
