Chapter 74

The sun had not set and the weather was still bright, especially when the sky was clean there was no cloudy.

"Hey, why are the doors and windows of the house all closed and there is no human outside the house?" muttered Sin Lan who was astonished.

"Yes Brother Lan, I also feel astonished. Is this village of no inhabitants?" asked Sin Lin to nag.

"Pst...! hear. I thought in all the houses there were inhabitants, but why is it still so bright they have closed the doors and windows. Like you dare not come out!" whispered Sin Lan who spread her gaze around.

 Sin Lin was silent and paying attention with his hearing. He also caught the movement from inside those houses. They walked up to the middle of the hamlet and still saw no one outside the house.

Suddenly they heard a loud cry. Only a sobbing was held back, the cry of a woman who seemed to cover her mouth with a cloth so that the sound of her crying could not be heard. Then there was a male voice whispering softly telling the woman to stop her crying.

"My son, I want to find my son...!"

The sound of running feet and the door of a nearby house opened. A young woman ran out with a hair bun loose.

 "My wife.....come back....!" A man ran after.

"Brugh...!"

 The woman hit Sin Lan, and Sin Lan quickly tried to stand up and help the woman stand up.

At that moment, the man who had been chasing had already arrived there

"Bad smile, don't bother my wife!" exclaimed the man who then charged over and attacked Sin Lan.

The attack was meaningless to Sin Lan as it was just an attack of an ordinary man without the support of silat and inner strength.

Sin Lan quickly moved to poke him so that he collapsed limp, unable to move his accomplices anymore. The woman who had run away crying was now dropping down on her knees in front of Sin Lan and Sin Lin.

"Punish my husband, forgive us! please give back our child!" it was the woman who was wailing.

"Hey, you guys are crazy!" exclaimed Sin Lin who widened his eyes to look at the incident.

"Our time is accused of being the evil demon that kidnapped your son!" continue to exclaim Sin Lin with ferociousness.

"You calm down and stop your crying. What exactly happened? We both just happened to pass by in this hamlet, why do you think we kidnapped your son?" sin Lan said politely and signaled the woman kneeling before him to stand up.

Presumably the husband and wife just realized that they were mistaken for the two young men in front of him.

"Pardon us for the wrong idea young gentlemen. Help us gentlemen, save us" said the woman, who wept.

"What's going on? Say what happened?" asked the impatient Sin Lin.

"Gentlemen should go into our house, inside we shall speak and we shall tell them all. It's dangerous out here!" the man who was the husband of the woman.

"Hemm, what's dangerous? Who threatened you? Let me break his head!" sin Lin shouted furiously.

"Let's talk inside your house" Sin Lan said as she looked at the husband.

The four of them entered the house, and quickly the door was shut by the husband. The weather in Iuar was still bright, but as all the windows and doors were closed, the weather in the house was rather dark.

 "Light the lights!" the Pinta Sin Lin.

 "We're afraid sir!" whispered the woman.

"Not to be afraid. Who bothers you, we'll beat you up!" yang Sin Lin.

Despite his fear and nervousness, the husband turned on a table lamp and the weather became brighter.

"Well, tell me, what's going on in this hamlet and why is everyone closing the door?" asked Sin Lan kindly.

Even though it still looks pale, but the presence of two beautiful girls who look brave it makes the husband and wife rather calm. The husband now recounts in a soft voice as if afraid if heard from an outsider.

"Know to the master swordsman both, that about five days ago, our hamlet came a demon who liked to kidnap baby children. Two babies have been kidnapped, and the last of our three-month-old son has also been kidnapped." the husband said softly, but still can be heard by others.

"What kind of smile is that?" asked the curious Sin Lin.

"We're as tall as no one's ever seen him. First of all, five days ago, that night only a woman's voice sounded like crying or laughing, weird and creepy. Then he heard a hoarse and terrifying voice. He asked for a baby. Of course we became angry and dozens of young old men in this hamlet came out to fight the demon. But we did not see anyone, only the sound of half-crying laughter and suddenly there was a wind and we collapsed. Then, a baby child who was only a month old, was heard crying and when the family in the house entered the room, the baby had vanished!"the Wife's story.

"Fuckin' smile!" Kui Lin curses furiously by clenching her fingers.

 "How next?" asked the curious Sin Lan.

"For these three days the demon did not appear, then last night it appeared with its voice asking for a baby. All the men in our hamlet, led by the chief of the hamlet, numbering fifty men, came out to fight. But then there was a woman in white, her movements were so fast that we could not see her face clearly, she was bright and we all collapsed. It was fortunate that we only suffered minor injuries, but our three-month-old son was gone after we heard his crying" the husband said.

"Hiks...hiks.....!"

The wife cried sobbing, remembering her baby son who was kidnapped by stealth.

"Continue your story!" said Sin Lan.

"Since last night, all of us villagers have been terrified, especially when we heard that stealth sound that tonight we have to provide a baby that is less than three months old. If we don't provide the baby, this hamlet will be burned and its inhabitants will be exterminated. Therefore, we were frightened and did not dare to open the doors and windows." said the husband with a sad and fearful face.

"Fuckin' smile! I'm gonna kill him!" snapped Sin Lin had already risen to his feet and held a fist towards the door.
