Chapter 69's

After two days off, Anna finally returned to her daily routine.

In a hurry Anna immediately came down from her room which was upstairs.

Anna immediately went to look for a taxi, but it was almost ten minutes she waited yet she got a taxi.

Until the metallic black luxury car stopped right in front of him."Hop on! I'll take you."Alex said, lowering the windshield.

Anna took three steps back, to get away from Alex.

"No. thanks!." Reject Anna

"Come on Doctor Anna. Your patient must have been waiting." Alex persuaded

Anna ignored Alex. Anna went from where she stood to the more crowded streets.

Alex just kept following him.

"Please go. Don't bother me any longer." Ketus Anna

"I'll keep following you Anna."Alex insisted

Anna kept her feet up until she found a taxi, and immediately stopped her.

Anna immediately boarded the taxi and left Alex and his car.

Alex grumbled a little as Anna left him.

"I'll get you again Anna." Alex says monologue

After reaching the hospital Anna immediately entered and walked towards her room.

"Hey, I'm glad you're back at work." Said Emi who happened to cross paths.

"Yes. I've been feeling better." Answer Anna

Emi followed Anna into her room.

"Good! So tomorrow you can take care of my patients."

"Tomorrow? Didn't you say next week?" Anna

"Initially so. But my family's show is up." Emi's

"What show do you have?" Ask Anna

"Eitherway. My mom forced me to take a day off and be out of town for a week." Emi

"All right." replied Anna agreed

"Later in the afternoon I'll take you to my patient's house." Emi said and walked out of Anna's room

Anna sat down for a moment and remembered the incident earlier.

The incident where Alex just kept bothering him.

"Seeing it really scares me. Oh, my God, why did you find me with him again." Anna said in her heart.

Anna took a deep breath and cast Alex's shadow with her breath.

In the afternoon, Anna returns home with Emi.

Emi takes Anna to her patient's place.

While on the way, Anna and Emi occasionally chat.

But Anna was stunned for a moment as she passed through a familiar path.

Anna was silent. He asked Emi nothing.

Maybe just close? Think Anna

But her thoughts were completely wrong, as Emi stopped in front of a magnificent mansion.

"What's wrong? Let's get down quickly?" Emi again called Anna who was silent in the car.

"All right." Anna followed Emi who was walking towards the door of the mansion.

If this house used to be guarded by many guards, but now there are no. There are only a few guards who stand guard at the gate.

There were many questions in Anna's mind.

Who is sick? Is not this house inhabited only by Pieter. Is Pieter sick?

A maid opened the door.

"Master's waiting for the doctor in his room." Said the maid who opened the door

"All right, I'll be right to his room." Answer Emi

Anna walks over as she follows Emi walking towards Pieter's room.

Emi knocked on Pieter's room door.

"Come in, Doctor Emi." Pieter said from inside the room

Anna was still silent as she followed behind Emi.

The handsome, fit man now looks weak with a pale face, but is still busy with his laptop.

"I don't think you're dat-" Pieter doesn't continue when he realizes Anna's whereabouts.

"I'm definitely coming. Introduce it! This is Anna's doctor. He'll replace me when I'm on leave." Emi's speech introduced Anna

Anna also slightly bowed introducing herself.

Anna did this intentionally. Not what? Anna's just not ready to explain everything if Emi finds out she knows Pieter.

Pieter understood and extended her hand to shake.

"It's nice to meet you doctor Anna." Pieter

Anna only smiled faintly in response to Pieter's remark.

Anna just keeps quiet and shows Emi while checking on Pieter.
