Tobias immediately went into the room and he saw Lysa like a panicked person, holding his head with a pale face. Tobias stared at Lysa sharply from behind the door.

The pawns stood guard outside the room to secure the surroundings. Tobias approached Lysa with a raised smile while removing the buttons on his white shirt sleeve.

"You okay, honey?" tanya Tobias looks calm while holding the hip of his woman.

"My head .. hurts," he replied with a frown.

"Hem. I-i know. You'd better get some sleep" Tobias asked as he laid Lysa on the bed. "Better?" ask Tobias while massaging Lysa's head gently.

Lysa shook her head and hugged Tobias tightly. Tobias took a deep breath. He hesitated as he stared at the suitcase containing many pills from Tessa.

"It hurts so much, Toby," Lysa's moaned her head so hard that her hair fell apart.

Tobias silently looked at Lysa carefully who closed his eyes tightly.

"We're gonna find a cure, honey. Hold on," Tobias replied holding Lysa's face and looking at her softly.

"I why, Toby? Am I sick?" lysa asked sadly with sullen eyes.

"No, what pain? You're fine" he replied in denial.

"Typically Daido gave me vitamins. Give me that vitamin, I always feel better if I take it. Is the vitamin over? Can't we buy it? Or should it be with a special prescription from a doctor?"

Lysa was silent for a moment when Tobias kissed her so tightly that his eyes closed. Lysa looked at Tobias inside who rubbed her lips gently with her thumb.

"Believe me. You're gonna be fine. I'll accompany you" Tobias smiled and Lysa nodded slowly.

But Lysa did not sleep. He was getting sad because he felt a lot of pain in his head. Tobias was confused while still trying to calm down.

Finally, Tobias came to the suitcase containing the drug from Venelope. But he just held the bottle. Tobias looks hesitant when going to open the bottle cover.

"Oh! You got it? Give it to me, Toby. My head hurts so much" Lysa pinta saw Tobias holding a glass bottle containing many pills.

However, Tobias hid it behind his body with one hand. Lysa's eyes widened, he couldn't believe that Tobias wouldn't give him the medicine.

Tobias holds Lysa tightly, but Lysa beats him, trying to release Tobias' powerful hold on his body.

"You're so mean, Toby. Hiks, you let me die on purpose. You're cruel" cried Lysa who now sits on Tobias' lap, facing each other.

"No, Honey. If you drink it, you'll die. That guy doesn't make any more vitamins for you. The cure for your headache is gone" he replied sadly.

Lysa crying. Tobias hugged Lysa tightly looking so disappointed.

"Don't worry, there's still one place that can cure you. But promise me. You love me if you recover. Okay?" pinta Tobias and Lysa nodded quickly.

Tobias smiled and kissed Lysa's lips for a long time looking like he was about to lose it.

"I really can't bear to see you suffer like this, Lysa. What's wrong with me? Whereas in the past .. I don't care if you live or die," he said as he touched the face of the woman sitting on his lap with tears.

"Why is that?" ask Lysa sadly.

I don't know why, I'm glad to hear it. And now, you're here with me. I'm happy" Tobias replied, wiping away the tears on the beautiful face of his woman.

"You happy living with me?" asked Lysa softly staring at Tobias' face inside.

Tobias nodded. "I feel like a normal person when I'm with you where out there, people call me crazy" she replied.

"Toby, where are we going?" ask Dakota who is now standing at the door of the room where Tobias and Lysa are still sitting on the floor.

"Philippines," he answered listlessly.

Dakota nodded and left the room. Tobias smiled and Lysa replied with the same smile.

Tobias stands with Lysa in his arms. Lysa chuckled in surprise that her husband was strong enough to carry her from a sitting position.

Tobias closes the door and puts Lysa back in bed.

"I only have mild headache medicine. At least, well maybe .. This can help you for a while," Tobias said, opening the drawer next to the mattress and showing the medicine.

"Yes, I want to. It hurts so much, Toby," he replied with a nod.

Tobias immediately takes a drink for Lysa to take the medicine. Although Lysa still looks in pain, but he does not groan anymore.

Slowly, Lysa fell asleep. Tobias relieved. He had never been this tight and sweet before and he looked so tired from accompanying Lysa all day in the room.

"Help, please. My head hurts so much" he replied lethargicly with a glare.

"I see," he replied with an invisible smile behind his mask.

Tobias stared silently at the Asian woman's movements as she examined Lysa's condition with a stethoscope, checked her blood pressure, glaring in her mouth and eyes.

"I have to take a sample of his blood" he said, preparing a syringe and Tobias nodded in his hand.

Lysa frowned as the sharp needle pierced her delicate skin near the fold of the hand behind the elbow.

The woman then stores Lysa's blood in a special box that she will examine later.

"I can only give an infusion and neutralize the poison for now" the woman whispered towards Tobias.

"Penetral poison? Can't," he insisted.

"You want to lose your baby?"

"What?"

"Lysa's pregnant. However, it can only be confirmed with an ultrasound or urine test. Either I have to congratulate you or grieve for this time?" the woman looked at Tobias sharply.
