CHAPTER 9. Brother to Alexa

"Who's Ki?" tanya Arga approached his wife who was still standing in front of the open door of his room.

"What's wrong?" ask Arga after seeing Alexa.

"Do you have time? I want to ask you something, sir," replied Alexa staring at Arga before turning her gaze towards Kira.

"We can talk outside" Arga stepped out of her room, followed by Kira behind her.

"Why silence?" asked Arga turned to look at Alexa who was still glued to her place.

Alexa was silent, not answering Arga's question, just rolled her eyes at Kira, as a sign that she was disturbed by Kira's participation.

Kira gave her faint smile to look at Arga and Alexa, "I'm going back to Mas's room" Kira said as if understanding Alexa's intentions.

Kira had not yet stepped foot, Arga had held her wrist. "You can go with Ki" Arga said before turning his gaze toward Alexa who was staring at his hand.

"I think I'll go wherever I go! do you mind?" arga asked Alexa to turn her eyes towards him, forcing her husband to shake his head slowly.

Arga immediately stepped foot, holding his wife's hand to the family room, followed by Alexa who walked behind him, with eyes that can not be separated from the hand of a husband and wife who look friendly in front of him.

"Am I wrong to be envious of Mrs Kira? why is Miss Kira so lucky? very different from myself, O God.What is it because I come from a br*ngsek man? to make me a woman who is only surrounded by a taste of poignancy?" Alexa's inner body makes her eyes teary.

Alexa immediately took a deep breath, trying to control the feelings of envy that hurt her own feelings.

"What do you want to ask?" asked Arga after sitting on the sofa next to Kira, looking at Alexa who was about to sit on the round sofa opposite her.

Arga frowned looking at Alexa who was just sitting quietly without a sound.

"You can ask whatever's in your heart Al," Kira said, causing Alexa to turn her eyes toward him.

"The matter of our marriage..." Alexa choked, trying to control her uncontrollable heartbeat.

"Why should Secretary Hams not tell anyone who asks me...... Your wife?" alexa asked carefully, full of doubts.

"Why?"

"Can you answer my question with an answer?"

"I told you, I married you only for my descendants, after you gave birth to my son, that child will be my son with Kira, not just us who think of him as such, he said, but everyone should take it that way too." Arga replied, making Alexa's body tremble.

"What does that mean.I am a wife who will never be considered to exist? not only my wife, I am also a mother-to-be who will never be considered a mother!" alexa said softly with the look of her pill eyes trying to withstand the tightness that was gripping her feelings.

Arga nodded his head, "No one should know that you are my wife, including you, who will have my flesh and blood, because our family has to know that the child you're going to bear will be the child my wife Kira gave birth to." Arga's reply further crushes Alexa's feelings.

"Why is this stone-throwing getting bigger, O God..." Alexa's mind was unable to hold back her tears, allowing them to flow through her quivering lips.

"Can you divorce me now? I've been trying hard to accept this marriage, but it turns out I'm not strong sir!" alexa looked at Arga with her pleading gaze.

"Why are you fighting it now? weren't you able to accept our divorce yesterday?"

"But I'm wrong sir, I'm not that strong, how can you make me a mother that the world will never consider? not even my own son-in-law will ever know who I am! isn't that cruel to me, sir?" alexa looked at Arga and Kira alternately.

"You should be able to accept it, because your own parents already know about it and never mind it!" replied Arga still with her flat expression.

"Then you marry my parents, my mother can give birth to a child!" alexa's jolt provokes the emotions that exist in Arga.

"So, your words are Al!" arga's jolt put his index finger in front of Alexa, making Alexa jerk keep staring at him.

"Haven't I been so good with you all this time? I give whatever you want as my compensation for you! but that doesn't mean you can behave as you wish in front of me!" said Arga with a glint of eyes that scared Alexa.

"Well, I'm not the kind of person who would beg for my needs! I could have divorced you, but that means you have to accept your parents' bankruptcy!" added Arga again increasingly make the woman's body that already looks fragile trembling, her lips as though she was faint, inversely proportional to her tears that are increasingly flowing.

"Your future is still long Al, you can get pregnant again later after you remarry with the man you love" said Kira trying to persuade.

"What future do you mean madam? I can't even imagine my future!" alexa looked at the woman she thought was very lucky.

"I was born from the rape of my mother, I hated my own mother because she would remember the satisfied laughter of her rapist when she saw my face, I have survived my life by relying on my honor which I have always kept, in the hope that there will be a good man who will marry me and take me out of a world full of life!" alexa tries to control her feelings.

"But what now is Madam? what hope strengthens me? at a time when my own honor will be lost because of the fleshly blood that will never know me!" alexa said again breaking her cries.

"I will help you achieve that hope Al, not as the wife of your husband, but as a sister who will love you!" kira tries to lower Alexa's ego.

"I will give you the honor of being the sister of Amelia Kirana Al, so you don't have to wait for a good man to take you out of that world! I'm alone, Amelia Kirana who will take you out." said Kira again more and more make Alexa's lips vibrate looking at him.

"Why are you so cool Madam." said Alexa wiping her tears, making Kira smile with her teary eyes.

Kira stood up from her seat, approaching Alexa who was still sitting in her place, "Can you hug your brother Al?" kira opened her arms wide, made Alexa stand up and hugged her.

"It's so comfortable," inner Alexa enjoys a hug Kira, a warm embrace that can unravel the tightness in her heart.

"Can you help your unlucky brother Al?" said Kira let go of a hug staring at Alexa.

Alexa Nodded her head slowly, "Can I call you Big Brother?" ask Alexa who answered with a nod of Kira's head.

Alexa was increasingly moved to re-hugging Kira, "Sister.." said Alexa lirih in Kira's arms.
