Tarnished On The Bride's Night
Asked About Momongan

Dara looked at her face in front of the mirror, again her face was swollen, her eyes were swollen due to such severe injuries. Geez, as complicated as this is the problem to turn his originally cheerful self into a moody figure.

'It's like it's not the real me.'

The phone calls shifted his eyes. Dara immediately looked at the phone screen and felt very coincidental because the one who contacted her was her best friend, Vita.

“Thank God you called me, Ta,” Dara said as soon as the call connected.

“Sorry I rarely call you, Dar. I hope you understand. You're okay ‘kan? Why is your voice so hoarse.”

“I need you, Ta. I need you,” he said in between sobs.

“Aduh, ouh .. how is this, huh? I can't come now.” the voice across sounded panicked.

“That's a stupid remark. Anyway how could I ask you to come here!” Dara's a little windy.

“But you said you needed me. Still in trouble yesterday?”

“Iya,” Dara replied. “The Chandra problem confused me, Ta. He kept away from me, but he wouldn't divorce me either. Our relationship is unclear.”

“Reason?”

“Because of the parents. How do they feel if his children who have not been married for a month, have already .. divorce,” replied Dara was kept at the end of the sentence. The light of his tongue was my tongue when he said the forbidden word. But who would have thought he might be able to experience it if it continues like this.

“You can sue him, Dar. If indeed your decision has been round and you have thought carefully. But one thing you should know. You must be ready to listen to various kinds of bad words people about you two.”

“But I can't lie to myself, Dar. I'm so sorry about Chandra ..”

“Yes already, if you go back and forth like this, just walk until tired! Because no matter how you want to make a decision, if you are still blind as love, all your words are just nonsense.”

“I should how? Give me tips to be strong. As strong as you were when your husband, Ta.”

“I had a great hero back then. You remember?”

“Yes, I still remember. There was a baby in your stomach that day, yeah. Oh my God .. I miss Rayyan.”

“The child is now again in school.”

“You're happy now, yes, Ta?”

“Initially suffered first ‘kan, Dar? Maybe your marriage is being tested just like I was. But I'm sure after this you'll also be happy. It's just a matter of time.”

“What am I less patient?”

“Maybe it can be so. But the important thing is still trying to improve as much as you can.”

“Is there a solution for me?”

“Do not because of this problem then you keep thinking about it. You also deserve to be happy.”

“How?”

“Stay do your best for yourself. Try every once in a while you heal, eat good food, read more books, watch movies that you like, keep spitting up the sport so that it gets sexier hehehe. Maybe .. yes, maybe Chandra needs a different Dara. Ah, you must know what I mean. Maybe you can look more naughty.”

“Vita, you are there. That sounds ridiculous!” Dara laughed then.

“Well, so, dong. I'm glad to hear you laugh again. Take it easy, okay?”

“Thank you, Ta.”

“Already, now we are VC yes. We can talk to Mauza with Umar. Let you add happy.”

Dara turned off the call. And it was comforted that he saw the cute children of Vita. Mauza and Umar fight each other to be able to talk to their favorite aunt.

Dara opened her eyes when she heard a car horn ringing in front of her house.

“Who, yes? Tumben had a guest,” muttered as he walked open the door that turned out to be Mama Dwi; his mother-in-law. He came by himself by taking an online taxi.

“Mama? How are you?” tanya Dara greeted him with a helping hand and also spit-depiki as usual.

“Mama good. You guys how are you?” reply him while extending his hand in the form of fruits.

“Laras again busy task, biasalah. Why don't you guys ever go to Mama's house?” mama Dwi asked in great astonishment. Their home is not far away. “Chandra busy, yes?”

In fact it is true, Chandra was busy with his unfinished disappointment.

“You could say so, Ma. There was a problem also in the factory yesterday.”

“Oh, yes, Mama knows. Which fire it was?”

“Iya.”

Both go inside. Mama Dwi sat in the living room looking around her son's house. And Dara himself went in to put his mother-in-law's hand while making a drink.

“Mama wear bother all bring fruit. Dara has it too, Ma. If you want to come—just don't have to bring anything,” said Dara as soon as he returned.

“It's okay, just fruit. Mama did not feel any hassles,” said Mama Dwi then looked at her daughter-in-law rather strangely. “You're a bit thin, huh?”

“Oh, yes?” Dara reflexively looks at her own body. The Dara one thinks it's still the same. “Because think normal.”

“Or more fill, yes?” tanyanya again assume.

The face of Dara turned unpleasant. This is one of the terrible questions in-laws ask when a woman is married.

“Not yet, Ma,” replied Dara trying to force a smile. ‘How to get pregnant, if Mas Chandra won't touch me?’

“Haid is smooth right?”

“Currently, Ma.”

“Most eating fruit, huh? Or want to check into the hospital, let Mama deliver?”

‘That must be checked it's the psyche of Mas Chandra, Ma!’ batin Dara was very arrogant to her husband. ‘Try checking, maybe his brain is a bit sliding because his behavior is getting weird!’

Soon Dara shook her head. “Sounds not necessary, Ma. After all we are still newlyweds, maybe it has not been given.”

“What you said too. You guys can be satisfied dating first then. You see, if you already have children, it will be difficult to steal the time to be alone. Like Mama used to be. Newly married have children. Papa hawanya pout constantly every day because of lack of attention.”

Mama Dwi laughed after talking about her experience. And so is Dara.

“Mama to here Just want to mess around. Ya—maklum, his name is parents, would like to know the news of his children.”

“Iya, Mother. It was Dara who felt bad. We should have come there, not the other way around.”

“No problem ..” Mama Dwi stroked Dara's hair in a very affectionate gesture. He loved Dara and treated her like his own son.

However, Dara remains worried because they do not know what the current marriage relationship is. Imagining it makes Dara goosebumps. What disaster will happen to them?

Will their relationship as well as the two families remain the same as they are today?

Surely not, right?

Not until the afternoon Mama Dwi visited here. He said a lot of homework had not been completed. It was highly unlikely that his daughter would do so. Not a strange or surprising thing, all know; how the model of today's children who are more fond of busying themselves with the devil rather than helping parents.

Because still hurt because of yesterday's dispute, Dara became often daydreaming. Many of the carelessness he did because of that. One of them, his hand that was injured by being exposed to hot water when pouring it into a glass. But again, Chandra is blind to his wife's circumstances.

Feeling treated in such a bad way, Dara now becomes often go out of the house to simply eliminate fatigue. Somewhere (Cafe/restaurant or so), he often pretends to be busy with his laptop as if he was working on something. Though only open social media to find job vacancies or maybe play game—ya, if for this one it seems more often.

But because of the origin of the layover, Dara until not realizing that the place she was sitting in right now belonged to someone she turned out to be very familiar with.

“Welcome to my place. Bistro A&D.”

The greeting made Dara turn his head and stunned to the figure of a tall man with a characteristic fine feathers around his chin. Her fragrant body made her miss something, like some kind of touch. Dara did not know what kind of perfume Alif was wearing, but it felt so alluring. His appearance is also very neat makes Dara just realize that it turns out—Alif is as handsome as it makes his eyes not blink.
