The Sweet Covenant - 22. Weekend Plan
Irina is immersed in her own world. He was so engrossed in chatting with Rian, his lover. Yes, Adrian was right, Irina was indeed chatting with Rian.
Given that today is Sunday, aka the last weekend before tomorrow they have to return to their usual routine, namely school, Rian intends to invite Irina to spend time together in a mall.
Marinka who has just joined Irina and Adrian in the family room notices the behavior of her two children.
They are so engrossed in their respective devices. What a sad sight, how the two can be together as a pair of lovers in the future if it does not look like getting along this way. Could it?
"Mother, can't this afternoon Irina walk with Rian?" asked Irina suddenly.
"Rian?" marinka asked trying to confirm Irina's question while the corner of her eyes glanced at Adrian.
"Yes Ma'am, Rian."
Marinka was silent for a moment, visibly thinking hard before answering Irina's question. Adrian who as usual pretended to be busy with his salary but actually still put his eyes and ears to the conversation of his mother and Irina now stopped his activities.
Adrian took off the headset he used to cover his ears, fixing his position from lying down to sitting perfectly upright on his favorite couch.
"What's wrong?" tanya Adrian ventured to participate in the conversation of his two favorite women.
"Irina was going with Rian this afternoon, going to the mall," Marinka said, explaining, and impliedly wanting to know Adrian's reaction.
Marinka is indirectly seeking Adrian's approval of Irina's plans.
Irina felt very messed up. Given the previous incident also his feelings are still ignited upset over Adrian's attitude, it feels Irina does not want Adrian to interfere again for the second time.
Irina steals a look at Adrian, hoping Adrian does not speak up who makes his day plan this time damaged or worse yet failed miserably.
"Adrian, can you accompany Irina?" asked Marinka suddenly which made Irina gasp really distrust what her mother said.

"Do you have to?" sahut Irina snatched her mother's question before Adrian could answer with a word whatever while staring fixed into a pair of eyeballs owned by his mother, Adrian, hoping his mother would understand that he really didn't want to go with Adrian.
"Irina, I'll accompany you, after all, there are some items I have to buy."
Adrian does not care about Irina's reaction which clearly shows a sense of objection to the initiative taken by Adrian.
Nah!
Adrian will not give another chance to Irina alone with Rian. It is time to end the drama of the relationship between the two lovers.
Sooner or later, inevitably, Adrian must immediately take decisive action on the commitment he has maintained so far.
"So, when's the plan you're going to leave? Tell Rian to wait at the mall. I'll go with you" Adrian said without looking at Irina's face.
Irina starts fiddling with the screen of her gadget, trying to explain the results that have been agreed unilaterally by Mother and Sister to Rian. It was obvious that Irina could not reject the two votes that surpassed her when only herself had a difference of opinion. Irina only hoped that Rian could understand her situation. This is not what Irina wanted.
"Emmm... Mother, Brother, said Rian at 2 o'clock will meet at the mall alone," said Irina in a limp tone as if there was no spirit to continue her plan.
"Is it true that Adrian's sister wants to come with me?" ask Irina again. This time clearly implied the intention of stopping Adrian's intention to come with him which was packed with question sentences.
"Had Irina, I'd be calmer if Adrian was with you."

"Who wants to walk, why is he in such a hurry?" rutuk Irina in her heart while then running small towards the car.
"So, are you ready?" adrian asked in a quieter tone than usual.
"I. yes, sister." replied Irina nervously and there was a sense of surprise because Adrian's tone felt more friendly than usual.
Adrian starts driving and the car slowly slides away from their yard area.
From a distance Marinka who was standing on the porch of the house did not take her eyes off the car driven by Adrian and Irina until it disappeared from behind the gate of the house.
Marinka takes them off with hope that the awkwardness between the two can disappear slowly. Marinka is very concerned about the way Adrian built such a cold relationship with Irina.
"Is it possible that Irina will be able to accept Adrian's commitment?" inner Marinka.
Marinka rubbed gently on her own forehead and slightly shook her head subtly, as if she could not predict any further the relationship that could be built between Adrian and Irina later.

The car drove slowly towards the mall which was the appointment place of Irina and Rian. Time was so slow, there was only silence between Irina and Adrian during their journey.
In his silence actually Adrian is thinking hard how to start a good relationship with Irina.
Again Adrian remembered the words of Revano earlier who asked him to be more warm to Irina. It feels like the advice given by Revano feels heavy to do. Adrian distracts his mind by trying to focus on driving a car.

"I can't keep doing this!" again, he tried to strengthen himself.
"Irina, do you hate me?" adrian asked suddenly, really don't know how to mince words.
"God! What did I say?" rutuk Adrian in his heart.
Adrian kept looking straight ahead as if so focused driving his car even though he actually just did not dare to see Irina's reaction after finding Adrian throwing a question that was very unexpected.
Sure enough, right now Irina could only gasp with her eyes wide open at the question Adrian asked for her.
Irina turned her head towards Adrian and found Adrian not the slightest flinch from her straight view forward.
"What, Brother?" Irina made sure that she did not mishear what Adrian had said earlier.
Adrian took a heavy breath, he could not back down anymore let alone pull his words back. Already been.
"Do you hate me?" Adrian repeated the question again firmly.
This time Irina was silent for a while, she started to think hard because she did not know what to answer?
