Gendis seemed to sigh looking at Shila who was still awake. Secretly Gendis seemed to count the fairy tale books that seemed scattered beside him, there were one, two, three even four books that he read to the boy but he had not fallen asleep as well.

“Shila why haven't you slept too?” tanya Gendis quietly while gently rubbing Shila's head.

Shila seemed to shake her head strongly. “Shila is not yet sleepy, Come. bacain Shila another story Aunty.” said Shila with a rather raucous voice. His voice is distinctive when he starts to sleepy.

Gendis cupped her palms to Shila's face, staring fixedly at Shila's eyes that looked adorable. Obviously this child is sleepy but why refuse to sleep. “Try the story to Aunt.. Why does Shila not want to sleep when her eyes are sleepy like this?”

Suddenly Shila slid into the arms of Gendis. “After Shila sleeps, Aunt Gendis must go home immediately. Aunty did not want to go to Shila's room again.”

Gendis was sad to hear Shila's words. He did not expect the boy to know that he was now avoiding sleeping with him. Actually not only that, Gendis now also prefers to invite Shila to play outside the house rather than inside the house. He did try his best to avoid meeting with the Wasesa family, especially Kaivan. Because since the marriage invitation that arises from Kaivan, makes Gendis feel awkward if you have to meet him.

“Gendis... You have many dreams..” said Gendis slowly to himself. He looked back at the wallpaper of his laptop screen containing a collage of some photos and pictures that he edited himself. Gendis called it Dream Board, a picture that symbolizes the dreams he wants to achieve.

Gendis dreams that after her graduation, she can start a professional career while saving up to continue her S2, buy a house, a car, and travel to some of her favorite countries. However, his biggest dream is to guarantee the life of his parents. Gendis wants Father and Mother to stop working at the Wasesa Family home, he wants both parents to be happy in their old age without having to think about busy working again.

Gendis knows how her parents struggle in caring for and raising her. With a very simple family economic situation, both are always trying to meet the needs and desires of Gendis. Evidently, despite having to work hard, since childhood Gendis always attended school with an international level.

Gendis is grateful, her parents always support her by providing the best education. Although Gendis was an only child, but the word spoiled was very far from her. He always tried to be the best child to repay all the kindness of his parents.

But the presence of Shila, especially the marriage invitation from Kaivan disturbed his determination to pursue his dreams. Gendis does like Shila, but she never imagined if she had to be a mother.

Gendis also knows Kaivan well, despite his rigid and serious attitude, Gendis believes he is a good man and very responsible for his family, but he also never thought of being a wife for her.

Gendis looked back at her dream vision and realized that there were no wedding photos. Gendis has not thought of marriage as part of a dream that she must pursue in the near future.

Piip..Piip..an incoming notification tone in his phone, disperse the current turmoil of Gendis.

Gendis seems to smile thinly when staring at the phone screen. Group video call notifications from her best friends Tina and Robby.

“Hellooo my girl Gendiss!!!!” exclaim Tina excited when she found out Gendis entered the Group Video Call.

Robby also seemed to reflex immediately knitted his forehead when he heard Tina's voice. “Eh.. Tina's.. Crazy yes sound you very fast cualahin siren ambulance tau!”

Gendis laughed a little at the two who rarely get along. Gendis, Tina and Robby were classmates while studying in Singapore. The three are getting more familiar because they are only Indonesian citizens in the force. Tina is the son of the General Manager of a large Mall in Jakarta, while Robby is the son of the largest Telecommunications entrepreneur in Indonesia.

Despite being from a family, Tina and Robby never distinguish Gendis who is just a simple student who receives a scholarship. All three have the same dream, after college want to immediately enter the workforce and return to S2 together. They want to start living independently as soon as possible.

“Lo really-yes Gendis! Pass the thesis session immediately withdraw to Indonesia! Nahattt! Where not to say it again! Why are you doing it there? started an apprenticeship looking for gawe, right? have you started your S2 lecture list?” Tanya Tina at length flocked to Gendis.

“Heh Tina! Lo it again What else is the interview of the Gendis anyway? Less questions Lo” ledek Robby heard Tina babble.

“Quiet.. I started work let alone college kook.. I'm still in Semarang with my parents!” sahut Gendis calms Tina down.

“Eh.. But Tina... the hell time you do not know if I go back to Indonesia? Robby just know.it's Loh Tin. which I told won an online quiz show, well.. the ticket I won was Singapore to Semarang! Everything is thanks to Robby.he who told me the quiz show” continued Gendis again.

Tina seemed to frown upon hearing the story of Gendis. “Masa anyway? What quiz is it?”

“Makanya Lo don't be busy courting the same grandiose Michael! So don't listen to the talk of Gendis!” sahut Robby suddenly cut Tina's words.

“Eh, btw good news what is Tina who wants Lo to tell us?” robby again tried to change the subject.

Tina then patted her forehead slowly “O yesa... tuh right I almost forgot nyampein important thing even!”

Gendis seems to listen carefully to the conversation Tina and Robby. In essence, Tina got an offer from her parents' colleagues in Singapore to enter an advertising agency company in Singapore, her status is only as a temporary employee but if the work is good, the results are good, it is not impossible that there will be an appointment as a permanent employee.

Tina also invites Robby and Gendis as her partners and enters the company together. Moreover, the working hours offered are quite flexible, so it is possible if the three start working while continuing to study S2.

Once again Gendis felt luck was on her side. Got an offer to work as well as the opportunity to continue college with his friends. Just hearing it made Gendis feel happy.

Gendis also felt this was her way out of avoiding her awkwardness with Kaivan. Going to Singapore was like he no longer met Kaivan. Although he once again, had to part away with his parents.

“Mas.. Have you heard that Gendis will return to Singapore? Says he got a job offer there?” Kaila asked scaredly to Kaivan. He was indeed half-fearing his brother, since he was scolded all out because of the incident he instigated Shila to ask Kaivan to marry Gendis.

If it wasn't for her mother's request forcing her to speak to her Sister today, Kaila would still be very scared and reluctant to meet Kaivan.

Both of the eyes of the gendis appear rounded. His typical expression when surprised. “Gendis reject you Mas?”

Kaivan reflexes covered his mouth with both palms. He felt overwhelmed, all this time he never told anyone that he had given a marriage invitation to Gendis which ended in rejection as fast as lightning as well.

“Pak... pack.. Shila asphyxiation pack.” Said Bu Iyem suddenly, he entered Kaivan's workroom in a panic. The conversation of the two was suddenly cut off, and immediately rushed to meet Shila.
