"Sir Fabian." call Della who saw Fabian's arrival.

"Yes Miss Della. How's Mr Richard doing?" fabian asked as he stepped in and greeted Julian and Joana. Not to forget Anton's doctor next to Julian.

"I heard the girl while in college. Take care of her transfer papers and set a time so I can meet her parents in person" Julian said.

"Well, sir." replied Fabian no less eager.

"Thank God Richard has found someone to be his life partner." said Joana.

"I'll have a sister-in-law." said Della glad.
