Stuck Married a Contract with a Young Arab Master
Advice for honey candidates

Days changed, a month already Maymunah was at her in-laws' house as a maid.

Although tired and sad, but he still went through everything with joy.

"Maymunah, this is your salary for a month. Hope it is useful. If you want to send money, you tell the Sultan." Umm Fathmah said, handing over an envelope.

With a happy smile, Maymunah received the envelope.

"Syukron ya Ummi, jazakillah khoir" replied Maymunah.

"Yes the same. Oh yes, tomorrow I will take you to the garden, we will go to the Summayyah family, we will talk about the engagement of the Sultan and Sumayya"

Ummi Fathmah said as he passed from the presence of Maymunah.

Dada Maymunah immediately felt tight imagining the Sultan would be engaged.

He had been there for a month, but the Sultan had not dared to reveal about their marriage to his mother.

The sultan, who saw his mother coming out of the kitchen, rushed to the kitchen.

He was shocked to see Maymunah pensive with tears.

"Darling, what's wrong with you?" The question is full of worry.

"I've been here for a month, there has been no development" replied Maymunah lethargic.

Sultan bowed, he felt guilty for not being able to fulfill his promise to Maymunah.

"But I've been to the KBRI" he half whispered.

Both corners of Maymunah's lips instantly curved upwards carving a beautiful smile that makes the Sultan's heart feel peaceful.

"really? Have you started registering our marriage?"

"Yes, but you'll have to come with me there"

"Ok, now I want to send money, please send it to ema, yes" said Maymunah while handing over the envelope she received from Umm Fathmah.

"Keep it for your purposes only, I've sent money. Yesterday I transferred to Grace's account"

Maymunah lowered her head full to hear her husband's answer, she almost had a bad idea on her husband. It turned out that the Sultan was very attentive to him even he was very responsible including to his family.

"Shukron, jazakalloh khoir"

"I want you to answer with your prayers. Wasim said, the wife's prayer is very mustajab for the survival and welfare of the household. Is that true?"

"Yes, of course I will pray for you in every bow" .

"Yes, now I go first. Remember, I don't want to see you cry anymore. Ok? " Sultan said as he stepped away leaving his wife who was still spreading a happy smile.

The day has changed in the afternoon, Maymunah has prepared all the needs of her in-laws for a picnic.

Ummi Fathmah invites children and prospective iron to gather on a plantation that has been used as a tourist spot.

An hour later, they arrived at a very beautiful flower plantation.

The Saudis have already begun to use the fertile land in Thaif to cultivate flowers.

Ummi Fathmah rented a place for them to gather

They rented two places, one for men and one for women.

"Maymunah, how are you?" Gently greet Sumayyah to Maymunah who was cleaning their picnic equipment.

The Sultan actually wanted to help his wife, but he could not get close because they were forbidden to mix between men and women.

"Alhamdulillah I am good. You how are you?" Maymunah asked back.

Because Maymunah did not want to hear their conversation, Maymunah resigned and went to a seat a little far from them.

"O Allah, they are now talking about the engagement of the Sultan and Summayyah, will this marriage still happen? am I going to be polygamized?" Inner Maymunah.

"Maymunah, why are you sitting here?" Sumayya approached towards Maymunah.

"I don't feel good sitting with you guys" replied Maymunah.

"What's wrong, they're done too, now they're just chatting casually" Sumayya sat next to Maymunah.

"Then congratulations, because soon you will be engaged" Maymunah said with a forced smile.

Maymunah's heart beats because it is near the person who will soon become the honey.

Sumayya smiled wryly, She sighed, as if she wanted to take off the weight that was pressing on her chest.

"Well, can I ask you a question?" Sumayya asked without looking at Maymunah.

Maymunah nodded with a smile.

"Do you have a boyfriend?"

Maymunah's eyebrows frowned at the statement of the honeymoon candidate.

"I'm married" she replied.

"Well, you must be married to a man of your own choice, right?. I heard in Indonesia a girl is allowed to choose her own candidate, there are also many who are dating, are you dating before marriage? " Tanya Sumayya streaks.

Maymunah smiled again.

"Yes, that's right. In Indonesia, a girl is indeed given the freedom to make her own choices. But I'm not married by my choice or by my parents' choice. I married the man God chose for me"

"You mean how?" Sumayya asked astonished with Maymunah's reply.

"The man just came to marry me, I've never loved him before, and my parents don't know him either."

"Well, why are you getting married?"

"I can't explain why in detail. Clearly, it was a soul mate. Has not Allah Almighty determined our soul mate in the far reaches of Mahfudz?"

Sumayya mangosteen - mangosteen.

"But I am so jealous of you, because you were given the freedom to choose your future husband. Unlike here, here we are always chosen by our parents. We were not given the freedom to determine the best candidate in our opinion." Sumayya said, expressing frustration and burden that squeezed her.

"But were you also given the freedom to accept or reject the man you were about to marry?"

"Yes, but if our parents have an agreement, we still can't refuse this matchmaking"

Maymunah glanced at Sumayya, there was a spark of hope in her heart. He hoped Sumayya would reject his betrothal to the Sultan.

"Do you have any other choice but Sultan? I'm sorry I didn't mean to be presumptuous" Maymunah tried to ask.

Sumayya glanced at her family.

"Can you keep a secret?" Sumayya asked as she occasionally glanced at her family.

"In sha Allah"Jawab Maymunah.

"Yes, I have another choice. But it was impossible, my parents and his parents would reject our wishes. He's getting married, too."

He said in a soft voice.

Maymunah looked at the honeymooner with pity. He did not know what to say, he hoped that the marriage of Sultan and Sumayya did not happen, but he could not also thwart their marriage.

"Patience is "That word is all that comes from his lips.

Sumayya smiled wryly again.

"Yes, that's why I envy you. You can make your own choices and choose the best for you. It's not like I have to obey my parents"

"Sumayya, can I talk?"

"Sure, say!"

Maymunah tried to smile before starting to convey her thoughts.

"What your parents do is a form of affection for their children. They do not want their children to fall into the valley of sin. That's why they choose what they think is best. Even though their choices sometimes miss. But we can't blame them"

"But it was excruciating for those of us who had other options, as a result of which many of us failed in marriage, many do not find a match in household life and it will trigger divorce" Sumayya said.

"Can you be sure that your choice is the best?"

Sumayya just shook her head.

"All the household problems you mention are not caused by matchmaking alone, but also because they do not understand what is the nature and purpose of marriage."

Maymunah began to speak.

"We are Muslims, and a Muslim is the benchmark and the guide is the Quran and hadith, besides that we also have a role model that is Rosululloh. Whatever we do must be done because of God. So when we get married, we have to do it because of God"

"When we get married just because of love, then it will fade when our partner does not match as we expect.

And if we marry only because of parents, then we will only feel tormented because of compulsion.

But if we marry because we want to get the pleasure of God, then God himself will give smoothness and happiness to us in our marriage"

"Then what do you think I should do? Do I have to accept my betrothal to the Sultan, while my heart is very unwilling. But if I refuse, I will also not get my chosen man, because all will be against" Sumayya asked again.

"It is God who knows the good of your future"

"Yes, you're right. In sha Allah, I will be istikhoroh. Yes, we're back there. Thank you for listening to my curses" said Sumayya, stepping away from Maymunah who still does not believe has spoken much with the honeymooners.

"I will also be horrid for you, if your matchmaking is good for me, I am sincere. But if it will backfire on me, I hope God will stop this match and give us the best way"

He is in his heart.
