Chapter 7: (STERILE: Following you)

After making sure the Throne was okay, Hideo decided to go home. But there was something strange when he walked down the corridor. The sound of footsteps being dragged sounded. When Hideo looked back he saw the Throne. The teenage zombie stood before him with a blank look.

"That's? Are you following me?"

"Ms." The throne simply replied with a mutter as usual, then moved its head sluggishly.

"Sana, get back to your place!"

"Ms." The throne remained in place.

Hideo was a little surprised. Tumben once the Throne would come close to him. Hideo thought for a moment and then came up with an idea to make sure something. The young man raised a foot one step and the Throne advanced one step. Hideo took two steps, then the Throne did too. Hideo finally walked, then the Throne followed him.

"alright. Do you want to come with me?" hideo asked after being completely convinced the Throne was following him.

Although zombies can also eat raw-meat of course-but Hideo isn't sure if the food is nutritious. Not to mention zombie digestion is not good. Can the food be digested? Apparently the Throne was attracted by the bell, not only because of the sound, but the face of the cat as well. Seeing this Hideo recalled the photo he had seen in the Altar Master's house. In the photos there is a figure of the Throne with a cat. In the photo the Throne smiled happily. Maybe the memories of the past are still left and carried away until he turns into a zombie. Hideo hopes this is a good sign.

"You like the bells?" ask Hideo from 3 meters away.

He wanted to know whether the Throne would respond to him or not. In fact nil. The throne does not look. Now Hideo is getting used to the indifference of the Throne.

'Slow down, baby.' Hideo finally walked to the side of the Throne to speak more closely.

"You're called Leony. Why don't you want an injection? Are you afraid of injections?"

"The throne loves its bells, therefore he does not want to leave the garden. Take this bell! Use that thing just in case he breaks down again."

Leony stared at the cat-shaped bell in his hand. A few days ago a window near the park was lit with bells. The initial purpose is only as decoration. However, Leony never thought that it would attract the attention of the Throne zombies.

"Did you know that this reaction is very human?! I need to take it down!" Leony then shouted to a nurse to write down the discovery they had just found.

Hideo keeps his promise. He brought a small gift to the throne. The decoration is in the form of a pot with a mini plant, on top of which there are cute cat dolls in groups. The response of the Throne was still slow, so Hideo had to try to attract his attention in a different way. The young man showed his gift right in front of the Throne's face, then with a slight movement Hideo led him to a stone table. Hideo put the pot on the table because he knew the Throne often roamed this vast garden.

As zombies, the Throne is very pampered. Now the Throne has a new activity, which is to stand for hours while observing Hideo's gift pot.

The Atlantis building consists of the ground floor, floors 1 to 7. Each floor has its own function. Zombies that enter the building must go through various stages and then put into a separate room. The ground floor, the 1st floor, and the 2nd floor were special places for the newly arrived zombies. On this floor new zombies will be given the first vaccine and left for a week to wait for a reaction. If his body refused the vaccine, they would bleed and die.

The 3rd and 4th floors are the place for zombies that are able to receive the vaccine at an early stage. On this floor they will be cleaned with special water (bath) and will proceed to the next stage.

The 5th and 6th floors are the place for the zombies that made it through the 'memory withdrawal.' stage.' The seventh floor, the top floor, is the floor of the research center where professors and senior scientists work, plus the meeting room, the control center room, the room for the Atlantis Leader, and the, and VVIP rooms for zombies that are otherwise humane physically as well as by nature.

"Hm. Your skin tissue is starting to grow."

The gaping wound on the cheek of the Throne gradually recovered. In addition to drying out, near the wound there is new tissue. Leony touched the cheek of the Throne with a finger to check. A special rubber glove becomes a barrier so that their skin does not touch each other.

"Are we going to use old drugs and vaccines again?"

It was 7:45 p.m., normally the window would be closed at 8:00 p.m. The sound of bells clinking is very loud because it is blown by strong winds. The throne stood while watching the bells.

Under the window was a stacked shelf containing pots of plants made of wood. The shelf looks solid. The view of the Throne falls from the bell to the shelf.
