STERILE: My Bottom Is A Zombie

STERILE: My Bottom Is A Zombie
Chapter 33: (STERILE: The Gift)

"Dispose only! I'll buy you a new present."

"Why, dad?"

This question made Mr. Altar think back to Hideo's words, and he felt irritated at once. Because the man had boldly proposed to his son, even though Hideo was just a stranger. Her daughter did not deserve to be married, because the Throne is still considered her little girl until now.

Back when the Throne was 4 years old, the little girl loved to cuddle with her father. If afternoon came, a pair of her tiny legs were brought running to the door and waiting until the wanted figure appeared. With a smile etched on his lips, the Throne looked very excited to welcome his father home.

However, it seems that now the position has been shifted by someone. Is Hideo so important to the Throne?

The Altar master placed himself next to his son. He watched the Throne keep turning the key on the back of a doll, and the doll made a sound after it. It must be admitted that Hideo greatly spoils the Throne. The choice of gifts given is really good and the price is also quite expensive.

Mr. Altar then felt rivaled. It was on his face that the man was jealous. Deep down, Mr. Altar must have felt excluded, because there was someone who shifted his role as a father. Imagining his daughter would be taken away by a man, there was a sense of unwillingness.

"Dad can still give you anything. You've got enough presents from Hideo. Now tell dad, what do you want ?" he hoped the Throne would change its decision.

Talking about marriage is not only about bringing two people together who love each other, but there is a sense of responsibility, understanding and filling each other. If only one of them succumbed, then it was feared that the marriage would not last long. Fearfully, the mental Throne will be increasingly injured. That's why Mr. Altar can't let his son get married that easily.

Apparently, the Throne disagreed with his father. Yes, of course because he still does not really understand the meaning of a marriage.

The throne stopped playing. He was silent as if he was weighing something. With the capacity of the brain that is not so perfect, it seems that thinking becomes a difficult activity. After long tapping his own lips, the Throne spoke his heart without thinking about whether his father would agree or not.

"Tha wants Deo."

The Lord Altar never expected that the Throne would speak so, much less ask a man directly in front of his own father. He did want the Throne to be happy and live normally, but not for this request. Of the many gifts sold in the store, why did the Throne ask Hideo?

"The video is human, not a gift," the Altar said.

"But Tha .. mau Deo. Good deo .. same Tha."

"Hideo is not a thing. Ask for something else, like; a new shirt, bike, or bag with trinkets, for example?"

"You want, father," the Throne shook its head. "Tha already have .. new bag. Tha wants Deo, dad."

"But, baby----"

"Hm, father .... Throne-it looks like Throne .. like Hideo," Jilly, who had been eating, spoke up.

"Yes, um. Throne likes Hideo," said Zacky.

"After all, the Throne ... is married .. with Hideo," Jilly said again.

"What do you mean that the Throne is already married to Hideo?!" ask Mr. Altar.

Neither Jilly nor Zacky answered. They just looked at each other and ended up shrugging their shoulders. Feeling unable to get any answers from his two Throne-friends or even his own son, Mr. Altar ends up going to Professors Hartman and Leony.

It just so happened that Mr. Altar met the two in the waiting room of the 7th floor. The atmosphere on the top floor was rather quiet because the scientists were in their respective rooms, so their chatter would not be heard by others. The three of them had a serious conversation.

"So--is there any news I've missed all this time? Why would a Throne friend tell me that my son is married to Hideo?"

Professor Hartman exhaled slowly as he did not know where to begin the whole explanation. As a man he understood the anxiety that the Altar Lord was experiencing. But he also did not understand why there was such an unusual concept of marriage among the zombies.

Professors and other scientists are still investigating this. After several days of monitoring the activities of the half-zombies, they were finally confused by their magical behavior. So far the research data shows that 'they' start socializing like normal humans, even though there is a little awkwardness.

As far as the CCTV footage goes, they don't understand why the entire quarantined half of the zombies always seem to surround the Throne. Usually they would greet the Altar Master's son every time they passed by. They will give one empty table in the canteen for the seat. They don't even understand why the Throne is always alone with Jilly, while the others are in groups.

Professor Hartman believes that half the zombies are not actually staying away from the Throne out of hate. Quite the contrary, they give more distance to look reluctant and respectful, like subordinates to their superiors.

So does this explanation make sense?

Fortunately, Leony can help explain to Mr. Altar.

After hearing that the Throne indeed claimed to be married to Hideo, do not ask how Mr. Altar reacted, because obviously the man was very surprised and inexhaustible. Where did the speculation come from that those-the zombies had married just by salivating their partners?

Mr. Altar believes that their brain development is not from injected serum.

"Have you guys strangled the Throne with an adult movie scene (adult love)?"

"Huh? What's?! No!" debunking Leony wrong behavior. Both of his hands were flicked. He didn't do the accused thing.

"What are you talking about? How could our team give 'children' that adult movie spectacle? You don't make it up," argued Professor Hartman, sighing.

"Then why did the Throne claim Hideo and ask him for a gift?" The Altar Master looked towards Leony. "Hideo's your friend, right?"

"Yes, Sir. Why her?

"Some time ago he came to my house. She said she wanted to propose to the Throne to be a wife, did you know?"

"What-what?!" The note Leony held almost dropped. "What did you say? Hideo proposed to the Throne?"

"Yes. He insisted and forced me to approve it. He thinks marriage is a joke? I refused it too."

"I don't know about that. Hideo hasn't told me anything yet." In Leony's heart grumbled, "Hideo, you're looking for something!"

"Because he's your friend, please tell Hideo that he's canceling his intentions."

"Hm, sorry Mister. It seems a bit difficult."

"Why?"

"As a friend, I'm worried about him too. I have asked him not to get too close to the Throne and to stay away from it, but he does not want to. He seems to love the throne very much."

The Altar Master was silent for a moment.

"really?"

"I know Hideo. He rarely approached and spent almost all his free time accompanying someone, like he was accompanying the Throne. I don't mean to overdo it, but we should also give them a chance.

Isn't the goal of the STERIL Mission to bring back zombies like humans? who can feel affection, sincerity, and a place in society? The opportunity is in sight. We just give them a way, while monitoring closely." Leony then glanced at Professor Hartman. "Couldn't that be, Prof?"

"Yes. Makes sense too." Professor Hartman patted Mr. Altar on the shoulder. "Don't worry too much. Although I was very surprised because Hideo was desperate to propose to the Throne, I saw Hideo as a good man. He could've taken care of her. Anyway someday, ready or not, you should also let go of your daughter to be happy with others. Excuse me first."

Professor Hartman leaves behind two people who are busy with their own thoughts. Amidst the awkward atmosphere, Leony took the initiative to melt the atmosphere.

"What do you think?" asked the Altar Master, making Leony slightly furrow his brows.

"What?"

"About Hideo's proposal."

"O-oh~I think you better think again or--just accept!" leony replied in a high tone. "Oh, sorry."

"That's it, huh? Then it looks like I should think again about that proposal." The Altar Master was silent for a moment. The man looked around. In the waiting room there were only the two of them. "Do you have any free time at lunch?"

"Huh? Ada, Sir."

"Then how about sometime we chat over lunch. I want to know more about my son's development. I'm afraid of such a helping hand."

"Good, Sir. With pleasure" said Leony, smiling.

"Hm, then I'll go first."

When Leony could only see the back of the Altar Master, the woman did not move like a statue. Somewhat long Leony was in his silent position, until a cleaning service man came to want to vacuum the carpet that Leony stepped on.

"Excuse me, Doctor Leony."

Leony did not answer.

"Doctor, I want to do my job."

When the tip of the vacuum cleaner touched his feet, he realized.

"Yeah! I'll have lunch with my idol! Yeah, cool!" cheers happy. The woman even jumped up and down in excitement.

"Doctor you're interfering with my duties."

"Isa. You just ruin the mood. Why are you here?" angry Leony.

"Now it's time to clean up. All must be completely sterile, free of germs, parasites, and bacteria."

"Yes. Yep. It's up to you. What matters is that I'm happy."

After getting an explanation from Professor Hartman as well as Leony, Mr. Altar thought of Hideo's proposal. He correctly weighed every consequence that would be had if he allowed Hideo to marry the Throne. She's anxious. For sure.

But giving their relationship a chance also has a point. From the beginning he was the one who started the idea to form STERIL. He also wanted the mission to continue, so there was no way he would back down. Unknowingly he had plunged his son into becoming a guinea pig.

Mr. Altar turned to a figura on his desk. His fingers then caressed the figure of the woman in the photo.

"What have I done? You must be mad at me because I've made our son a STERILE research reference. But--- I just want her to come back to being our sweet child, because she's the single most beautiful gift you've left."

Although heavy, Mr. Altar also chose to accept Hideo's proposal. He gave Hideo and the Throne the blessing to marry. The wedding will be done soon. With the condition of the Throne, it was impossible for them to have a lavish wedding attended by many.

Therefore, the wedding will be held in Atlantis and attended by representatives of scientists, staff and the half-zombies.

A few days before the wedding, Leony was appointed in charge of the decorations. She's a woman, she can certainly choose a wedding dress and nice trinkets. Uniquely, not only the Throne will marry, but also Jilly.

Jilly is getting married to Mark.

At first Mark refused. He still wants to be free and adventurous in love. How could he possibly decide on all of his beautiful girlfriends? In addition, Hideo is not ceaselessly softened with the title 'retired playboy.' Just get more goiter Mark.

Mark doesn't feel like he has any particular interest in half the zombies, let alone Jilly. Every time they meet, they both look like dogs and cats. It needs to be underlined if Jilly almost always wants to slash her neck. So how could they possibly get married?

Jilly, who wants to get married, but is rejected by her partner, turns out to be more terrifying than the real zombies. He drew a sword at every passing nurse.

"Akh!" shouted an officer of the food section running down the ridge. The iron trolley filled with food was left alone because there was Jilly who was drawing his sword.

"Grm, Mark!" his wrath was shouting. "I want Mark, Mark, Mark!"

"Akhs! Why doesn't Commander Mark agree!" the nurse who ran away avoided Jilly.

"Get Commander Mark!" shouted the other nurse who was sheltering towards the park.

"Wou, who, who, what is this fuss about? Am I late for the party?" Mark comes after Leony constantly terrorizes him with calls.

"Don't joke! Yousee? Because you refused to marry, you infuriated Jilly," Leony said.

"Why me?"

"Leave accept it."

"Well-ah. Not want. It's delicious."

"Mark!" jilly shouted as he looked at Mark.

"What's wrong? I don't want to marry you! Just find someone else!"

Mark was just about to turn away, suddenly Jilly ran fast towards him then-----

Plaques

"You slapped me?" Mark was shocked and in disbelief, holding his reddened cheek.

Jilly growled and stared.

"How am I supposed to marry you if you keep looking at me so fiercely?" Utilizing Jilly's negligence, Mark encouraged her. "See there's a rabbit!"

After pushing, Mark himself escaped.
