Chapter 22: The Answer

"you're still alive" Zuan Li shed tears after hearing the sound of the wolf.

"I had hoped to find some calm, but you brought me back to life" said the wolf in a rather small voice.

Geok Su just fell silent and did not know what to say, because he did not want to disturb the heartwarming moment of his friend.

"Alright" The wolf moved away from him and walked towards the back of Geok Su then stopped. And then turned to face the two of them and told him everything.

"I am named Dong Fu and have the power to control the air, I can use it as I please. For example" The wolf just sat quietly in its place without doing anything, and that made Geok Su start asking questions.

"Example a-" Suddenly Geok Su's words were cut off, he held his mouth and neck, and then fell down and wriggled.

But, after the rebellion of the three Gods, we were taken along by them and made as mortal inhabitants of the underworld. And again, the five of them have been controlled by the power of Xang who is now watching our every move. Zuan Li, you must have seen the attitude of Hebizan who had killed Jwi Su right?, He was like that because from his deepest heart felt guilty for killing his own brother. But after dying, they will be reborn and re-duty to judge the broken Gods".

"But who are the three revolting Gods?, and who is Xang?" ask Geok Su.

"The three betrayed Gods are those who are now the commanders of the demon lord's army. They are Zoid, Hiten, Dan Xang. Xang used to be a God of miracles, which gave happiness and also sadness to humans. He took his two friends with him to live in the underworld and made the place his own. Zoid and Hiten initially disagreed, but after repeatedly Xang persuaded the two of them, they were finally affected and started a rebellion in order to meet us. After successfully seeing us, the three of them caught up and dragged us into the underworld. At the time I didn't remember at all how they took us. All I remember was Xang who started trying to control our thoughts, fortunately I was conscious and immediately pretended to be in control".

Hearing Geok Su's words, Dong Fu scavenged the ground and roared so loudly that it made Geok Su flung away due to the strong wind from him.

Geok Su replied "I am a human being from a different earth. In my place, powers such as magic and God power are not trusted, maybe there are only a few people who believe in it. But there we believe more in the name of knowledge. Knowledge gives us everything and every human being has it. So that the knowledge we have is now equivalent to the Gods and even all humans can use it. But, after meeting with someone who triggered the building of this creature, made all my thoughts like that have disappeared. And now I'm getting interested in learning all the magical powers that exist".

"I just feel sorry for the Gods there, maybe soon they will exterminate all of you" Dong Fu replied.

"One more thing I want to ask" Geok Su said "If Xang is the leader of the rebellion, but why did he make a beast a demon king?".

"It was just a game from him, he tricked all the monsters that were here to believe his words. If it wasn't like that, then no one would believe them, and they would definitely be chased out by those endless monsters. Formerly the monsters here would come back to life after being killed, and even without an interval like now. Currently they can only appear at night on the beach because Xang does not want his night sleep disturbed, and during the day, the monster will be exhausted and finally sleep at those times". Then Zuan Li asked one thing as well "Are they afraid of being attacked by monsters, to the point of lying to all of them?".
