Not noticeably, Ell and Alice had already reached the front of the house.

Alice immediately gave back the helmet she used to Ell.

Ell receives the helmet and then faces Alice.

"Why didn't you accept Rayn's call to take you home this afternoon?

Where exactly did you go until you came home tonight like this?"

Alice was silent at once.

He doesn't know what to say.

First, he was also confused as to why Ell could tell that Rayn had offered him a ride home.

Alice looked at Ell's face which looked like it was demanding an answer.

"Sister, it was my afternoon..."

"Alice..."

Alice's words stopped as Kate's voice called out to her.

Alice and Ell looked towards the source of the sound.

Kate just got out of her car.

The girl then approached the two of them.

Kate's cheerful face changed after seeing Alice's appearance.

"Alice, why are you still in your school uniform?

Did you just come home?"

"Yes, I just got home.

I went somewhere.

But I forgot the time, so I came home late."

"Hem, next time don't be like this.

Brother doesn't want you on the street."

Alice smiled and then nodded.

"Then, what are you two doing here?

Why haven't you guys gotten into the house?"

Alice had already made everyone worry.

Alice promised not to be like this anymore Bi."

Laura stroked Alice's cheek gently.

"What matters now is that you're home, baby.

Aunty was so relieved that Ell managed to take you home."

Alice glimpsed at Ell and then held Laura's hand tightly.

Currently Ell and Kate are on the balcony of the house, enjoying the beauty of the night while drinking warm tea together.

"I'm happy, because now you can accept Alice."

Kate looked towards Ell who was sipping her tea again.

Ell didn't answer Kate's speech.

"Thank you for bringing Alice home."

"You don't need to thank me Kate.

Alice should have thanked me."

Kate chuckles.

Ell does have a cold and stiff nature in others.

But when he is with her the man will turn into a different person.

"Yes I know Ell.

But I want to say a special thank you to you."

"Because you've brought Alice home or because you've accepted her?"

Kate chuckled again.

"Don't make me have to hit you, Ell."

Ell smiles and then faces Kate.

"Then hit me."

"Alright" said Kate casually.

He then hit Ell's arm, and the man did not react at all.

"Did I hit you less hard, hem?"

Kate hit Ell again, but Ell just kept quiet and looked at her so seriously.

Kate stopped her actions.

Suddenly Ell touched his hand and grasped it tightly.

Kate immediately felt a tremor in her heart.

"I want to tell you something Kate."

"Something? What'sthat?"

Kate was so curious about what Ell wanted to tell her.

"I...."

Ell's sentence was interrupted after hearing Kate's phone ringing.

Kate looks up at her phone screen and then releases her hand from Ell.

"After Ell.

There's a call from my manager."

Ell nodded.

Kate turned her body around and then answered the call.

Not noticeably after waiting for a few minutes, Kate was still chatting with her Manager over the phone.

But even so, Ell is still waiting until Kate is done.

"What do you want to tell me, Ell?"

"Tomorrow do you have time?

I'll tell you tomorrow at 3 on the basketball court."

Kate nodded.

"Hem, I can.

I'm so curious Ell. What are you gonna tell me tomorrow?"

"You'll find out tomorrow.

Be prepared."

Ell ruffled Kate's hair and then ran away.

Kate smiled at Ell's back.

The next day, at school.

Alice came out of the library.

Suddenly his eyes caught Ell walking in the school hallway not far from him.

Alice approached Ell to thank him for bringing her home last night.

Alice stepped closer to the man.

But his steps stopped when he saw Ell's friends coming toward Ell.

He broke his intention.

Ell's friends would definitely not like to see her presence there.

Alice then turned around and stepped back into her class.

Ell walks to the basketball court, where he meets Kate there.

He looked at his watch.

Time is almost 3pm.

Actually the purpose of inviting Kate to meet is to express his feelings to Kate.

He never told Kate that he had liked her for years.

I hope Kate will find out for herself.

But after growing up, Ell thought he had to tell Kate.

She didn't want to lose Kate.

"Alice, I want to ask you a favor."

"You go to the basketball court and meet Ell there.

Ell wants to tell Brother something there.

You can deliver Ell's message when Brother gets home."

"Alice, come over there immediately.

Thanks for last night."

"Hem.."

ell said briefly and then left Alice.

Alice looked at the back that had passed from before her.

Disappointment can be seen from the cold face.

She knew that Ell had feelings for Kate all along.
