The smell of ginger filled the room, even to the neighboring house. The hiss sounded loud in the ears before the stove finally turned off. A pot full of vegetables in green, red and yellow, ready to be served. Hope that the full pot can meet the food needs of 4 people.

There is a small room in the house - yes, at least enough for a bed, a closet and a small study table. Deep in the warm blanket was a man. A smile adorned his face, reflecting the beauty of dreamland.

The decitan of the door rang out, and through the narrow gap between the doors, a middle-aged woman entered. He sighed, his face showing stifled emotions when he saw the man fall asleep. "Oddy!" the woman screamed, pulling the blanket from her body. "Well at this hour, still sleeping. What are you going to be?!"

The man, referred to as Oddy, squirms, looking for the warmth of his lost blanket. "Mom..."

"There's no hospitality! Wake now!" without waiting for a reply from her son, the woman came out of the room, slamming the door hard.

Oddy blinked his eyes, drowsiness still hanging in the eye. He lay down, looking up at the ceiling of his room. Something is different about today. Something was disturbing his feelings, his mood was unstable. Did he forget something?

 Crackle-pumped?

With a sigh, Oddy got out of his bed. His feet were cold when he stepped on the floor, but he ignored them. Oddy pushed his closet away from the door so the door could be opened wide. He lowered his head, worried that his head would be hit by the door vents. From where he stood he could see the dining table placed near the television, and at the dining table there were only two women who were eating.

"Where's Daddy, mah?" he asked as he walked to the dining table.

"Just left earlier," a short answer from mama.

Oddy just hinted at the answer. In front of him were 3 dishes: 2 pieces of fish, a plate full of vegetables, and fried rice. His hand reached for the plate full of fried rice, the other hand grasped the spoon. Before Oddy could eat the dish, Mom gave him an envelope. "You have a letter" said Mamah. "The language will be. You eat first. It's late."

Oddy could only stare at the wonder of the letter, but obeyed the mama's words. He ate voraciously and in an instant, all that was left was a plate and a spoon. He stood up, left his plate on the dining table and rushed towards the bathroom.

...♤...

Oddy turned off his bike, parked it in the school field. His eyes looked up, meeting some of his friends who had arrived. Her lips were flattened, smiling. His right hand held the bag, his feet ready to step.

 "Wait!"

Oddy turned his head, finding a short girl running towards him. His smile grew wider, his narrowed eyes almost invisible. "Morning dumbbells," he said, looked at the girl; her face was beaming, her hair was ponytailed high, her bangs covered her left eye; her uniform was complete, just like hers, a white shirt, a black tie, an identifying mark. The only difference from the girl was her jeans - because, the 10th grade had not yet gotten a school uniform.

The girl shook her head, slowly walking beside him. "Tumben came in," he replied with a small laugh.

Oddy laughed, "Jeh, the son of a song," he raised his left hand, ruffling the girl's hair.

They chatted, walking slowly into the school building. The girl climbed the stairs first, followed by Oddy from behind. The situation on the 2nd floor was murky; in the left corner of the building, precisely in front of the 12th grade, there were some seniors who were singing and playing guitar, and there were some seniors who were singing and playing guitar, in the right corner of the building there was a group of 10th graders who were joking, some of them playing their cellphones, and on the balcony of the school there were some 11th grade running around.

"Muditaa," call Oddy to the girl. However, Mudita was indifferent and kept going. "I'm good," he called again, but it was the same. Oddy snorted in annoyance, pulled both his shoulders and twisted them to face. "You had breakfast, right?" he smiled, holding back emotions.

Mudita sighed, "You're just nervous!" then smile. "Udah, really. Kan, I told you."

Oddy held back his emotions. He knew his girlfriend had accidentallyhe was a prankster. "I called from earlier as well," he stopped his steps in front of the class. "Later, abis taro bag, forward again, yes."

 "Well?"

"Temenin me," he smiled sweetly. "Yeah?" his hand was raised, clasping Mudita's hand tightly. The girl just laughed a little, nodding her head. "Yes!" he raised his hand, kissing the back of his hand.

"Oddy!" sahut a girl. His hand thrust out a shabby absent book. "You guys are fucking outside."

"Her eyes, Na. Yeu," his hand pulled the absent book deftly, as if emotion towards the girl.

"Oh, do you dare, now you?" the girl stood up from her chair, preparing to chase after him.

"Ah," Oddy immediately ran towards the classroom door, avoiding the girl. "Absolutely, Na!" he laughed wide. After her adrenaline dropped and her laughter stopped, she leaned in front of her class. His gaze was thrown, right and left, making sure he sat away from danger.

A moment passed in silence, Oddy only spent his time giving absent books to his classmates who walked past him. His eyes were fixed on the absent book, counting the number of absent students. Five people, he thought. Raised his head, only to meet the hair of the head. "Asnaga taga!" he put his hand on his chest, surprised.

"Eh, I'm sorry, I'm missing you, huh?" Mudita looked at her boyfriend's face anxiously. His anxiety was only met with a sharp gaze from Oddy. He looked away, his hands closed.

"My heart's a relapse, panic's you," he held back a laugh. The look on the girl's face grew more anxious, her hand now on Oddy's shoulder.

"I'm sorry" the girl stood in front of him.

Silence passed between them. Oddy finally let out a laugh. Both of his hands pulled Mudita's cheeks with all his might. "You're funny, if you're panicking," he looked at her face with a big smile.

As if not accepted by his behavior, Mudita raised her right hand. His hand held the envelope that had originally been in Oddy's pocket. His eyes glanced, "What is this?" his hand gently swept over Oddy's pinch, his attention now fixed on the envelope.

"Heh, the thief," Oddy pulled the envelope. "Polite to take people's stuff."

"Sorry," the girl on her tiptoes. "That's what?" back he asked. Today, sending messages can be done in a more practical way. In addition, the envelope was different - her boyfriend's long name was written on the left corner and there was a red circular-shaped seal on the mouth of the envelope.

"You know, you were thanking me this morning" he flipped through the envelope.

 "Belom you open?"

 "Bilong-"

Doorbell rings. The sound of guitars, shouts, and running pupils stopped in an instant. From the school field, we hear feedback from speakers. "Kids, get down. We're going to the morning ritual," Mother Nova's voice breaks the silence.

"Ahh, I'm curious. Intar, abis school, I want to read anyway."

"No, you're a thief" he ruffled Mudita's hair with a sweet smile.

Mudita advances her lips, imitating Oddy's voice. "Nggi kimi miling."

"You songong, yes now," Oddy put on his cruel face. His hand reached for Mudita, but before he could catch her, Mudita had already run and entered into the crowd of her classmates.

 "Basic, pervert!"

 "****** cube!"
