SO TEACHER FOR THE WIFE-TO-BE
05. The Girl I Love

..."Feelings will come with time. However, being with those you love is happier, even if you don't know the ending makes you happy or even hurt"...

In the white room, a man sitting in his big chair looked dreamy. Until a man who was about to enter old age approached him.

"Pa-Papa!" call the man after realizing his father's presence.

"Your job is just like this, Rafin?" ask the father. That man is Rafin, the new math teacher at Anila's school. Being a teacher there is just a fad and because his future wife is there. Were it not for the help of an insider, he could not have easily gotten in there as a teacher.

However, Rafin does not have to just go there. He also has a company to take care of.

"What's for? My job is just this."

Rajen—ayah Rafin said again, "I mean find a wife. You can't let your bird not enter the cage." Rafin took a long breath. It's not the first time my father has said the same thing. He realized if he was an old bachelor, his age almost entered the head of three but, did not have a wife.

"Don't tell me you're still waiting for that girl. Come on, don't wait for the uncertain. Agata is in front of you. Why not marry her?" Rafin. Agata is his co-worker, as well as the daughter of his father's best friend.

"Why should I marry someone I don't love?"

"Fins. Your father is old, starting to get sick. Will soon catch up with your mom. Give me a grandchild before you go." Shrewish! Her father was so chatty. Rafin was tired of hearing that from Rajen's mouth.

"Get a good girl. She likes you, if you marry her your feelings for her will surely slowly arise."

"Papa wants me to get married? I'm getting married but not with Agata." Rafin stood up from his seat of greatness and headed towards the window to see the city streets from there.

"Papa didn't actually tell me to get married but, wanted Agata to be my partner."

"Ra—"

"I've found the girl I love. Don't ask me again! I'm gonna marry him." Rafin just wanted to get out. However, only 5 steps he walked, Rajen said immediately stop him.

"Bring the girl tonight to the house." Rafin could only remain silent without answering. The girl he was referring to was Anila, they had just met. Not too close yet, how to get her to go see Rajen.

"Papa wait." Rajen patted his son on the shoulder like a mock, until he finally left the room.

"Damn!" Rafin. Rafin knew his father had said so intentionally. If it doesn't work out, it will definitely return to match her with Agata.

"Fins. I didn't see you having lunch, look at me bringing you food." A woman shows her face in front of Rafin. He's Agata, who the father always made a match with.

Agata is a beautiful woman, also a quite successful career woman. No doubt many men who put themselves on the list of dream women. Many pursued him but, Agata rejected them outright. He waited for Rafin who never returned his love.

Rafin sees Agata doesn't like it. "Don't wait because of the daughter of Papa's best friend, you just want to enter my room. Tap the door first, prioritize attitude," added Rafin before finally leaving the room. Agata clenched his hands with bluffing teeth.

"Who's the girl you're always waiting for, Fin? Is he better than me?"

"If I can't get you, neither can he. Look, you'll be all mine."
