11. Childhood

In the heat of the day, a boy sat on the bench of the garden alone. He saw the joy of a child who was having a picnic with his father and mother. They looked happy even though the weather was very hot. The father played chase with his daughter. Until unexpectedly the girl fell due to tripping over a stone. Ardan got up from his seat and approached the boy.

"Aren't you papa?" ask Ardan

Ardan saw a scar on his knee and elbow. His father approached them both.

"Darling, how could it fall?"

His father took the girl to his mother who was preparing food for them to eat.

"Geez, baby, what's wrong with you?" ask mother.

"Fall fallen" replied the child.

Seeing the girls being carried away, Ardan ran away from them. Ardan returned to his home. There are no parents as a place for stories. There are only servants who always take care of her.

"Mr Ardan is back, where have you been?" ask assistant.

Ardan did not reply and returned to his room. She was crying at her desk. He needed a hug from his parents but he didn't get it. His parents were busy looking for treasure so they did not take the time to play with Ardan.

Ardan was really envious to see the girl earlier. He also wanted to feel something like that. Played with his father and mother.

Ardan cried himself to sleep at his desk.

When Ardan had slept long enough in his sleep arrived he felt pain in the upper part of his heart. It feels like it's torn apart. Ardan called his maid but she never came. Ardan tried to go back to sleep, so as to relieve the pain he felt now.

Not realizing that he had been asleep long enough. At 9 p.m., he woke up. He no longer felt pain in the upper part of his heart but he felt hunger. Ardan went to the kitchen. He looked at the leftovers his parents had eaten. He ate it to reduce hunger.

A maid caught little Ardan eating on the table that she wanted to clean.

"Loh Mr Ardan, would you like a new masakin sir?" ask the maid.

"Ngga. I eat what's there." she replied.

The maid then went to clean the other table and waited for Ardan to finish eating.

Morning's approaching. Ardan left for school escorted by his personal driver. But now Ardan wants to be escorted by his father.

"Dad, I'm going to school." joked Ardan to his father.

"Son, I'm eating and soon I'll have a meeting with a client. I'm sorry my son today papa is so busy so can't anterin you."

"For just this time, my anterine father." melas Ardan once again.

"God!! If you are gini, you will be late. Just drive by the driver." His father then left the dining table.

Ardan was angry and ran through the driver who had been waiting for him.

"Mr Ardan!!" call the driver.

But not touched by Ardan who ran as fast as lightning left his luxury home.

The driver then chased after Ardan but his age of 5-headed made him unable to catch up with little Ardan. The driver immediately reported the incident to his master.

"Sorry sir, Mr. Ardan just ran away leaving me just like that."

Suddenly the big lady of the family stood up and was angry with the driver.

"You can! You find my son see you."

"Ma, Ardan is a boy. Let him go alone."

"But pa...."

"Ma!! Sit down!!" snapped husband.

Hearing the screams from her husband, the wife can only obey what her husband ordered.

Ardan ran away crying as he pleased because of his papa. He then stopped on the sidewalk and sat pensively looking at the street. The sedan car arrived just stopped right in front of Ardan. The owner then opened the window of his car and saw a father and daughter who were in the park yesterday caught him.

"Why you?" ask the child so plainly.

Little Ardan did not answer but Ardan lowered his head to cover his grief. The girl gave a blue handkerchief to Ardan.

Ardan accepted the handkerchief and said, "Thank you."

"The same" replied the little girl.

"Our uniform is the same. Our school is the same. With me a yuk?" bring the girl.

In the car, Ardan was quiet and didn't say much. The girl also quietly wanted to say a lot of fear of not feeling good with Ardan. 15 minutes drive until they arrived at the school of beautiful jewels. Ardan went down first followed by the little girl. The girl's father also came down.

"Son, promise me the same papa. Can't be na........"

"Boy" replied the enthusiastic girl.

His father then hugged him for a while and kissed his son's two tiny cheeks.

"Papa goes to work first."

"Okay pa."

His father then left them in front of their school gates.

The girl immediately gave a handshake to Ardan.

"I'm Lina. You who?"

"Ardan" replied Ardan.

Ardan did not expect to meet the figure of the girl he seduced as a child. Lina. Girls with beautiful looks and lashes are also facial expressions that never imply sadness. Always cheering Ardan on when he's down. Now the girl was in front of him and without a warning Lina woke up and hugged Ardan so strong as not to be released.

"Ardan, are you okay?" lina asked in Ardan's arms.

"I'm good Lina. You how are you?" asked Ardan in Lina's arms.

"I'm good too." whispered Lina into Ardan's ear.

Lina let go of her embrace and looked at Ardan from top to bottom.

"You changed Ardan" said Lina

Lina approached and whispered something back to Ardan's ears.

"Add more handsome." whispered Lina.

Ardan replied with a warm smile on his lips.

"Eat first. The meatball will be cold" said Ardan pointed at the meatballs that had been on the table.

"okkey. When is there time?. I want to tell you more."

"If there is free time. I'll tell you right away." replied Ardan then waltzed away leaving Lina who wanted to eat the meatballs.

Ardan returned to his job again helping Bu Farda in the kitchen. When Ardan returned, it was a good thing that Mr. Herman had returned from the bathroom.

"Thank you, Ardan has changed father."

"Same sir."

Ardan's eyes arrived with fireflies. He did not focus on putting meatballs in the bowl. Bu Farda knows that Ardan may be exhausted.

"Ardan. You just rest. Let the rest of the mother take care of." pinta Bu Farda.

"Alright mom. Thanks." Thanks." Ardan went to sit down and tendered his head for a moment to relieve the headache that had arrived.

But Ardan can't support his body. He collapsed there with blood coming out of his nose.
