Dae Gil is still in a daze, he doesn't realize his life is in danger. Choi's spear that hit Baek Ho's heart saved Dae Gil's life.
“Where Un Nyun, where he is, how do you know him”, Dae Gil shakes Baek Ho's lifeless body. “He has met his death”, Choi said trying to resuscitate Dae Gil. Dae Gil sits limp while looking at a cut of Un Nyun's image.
Dae Gil ransacked Baek Ho's clothes, he found Baek Ho's hometown. He ran to his horse, then drove his horse. Seol Hwa is shocked he chases Dae Gil with a horse. Choi and Wang Son were left there without horses and provisions.
Tae ha and Un Nyun go down the river by boat. Both of them remained silent without speaking. Un Nyun finally spoke
“Master, do we keep riding the boat until P. Jeju”, Un Nyun said.
“True again we will meet the sea, we board the ship from sana”. Un Nyun finally finds out that from Tae Ha's news that he served in the navy and then in the military academy
