Ch. 24 - Letter

Everyone heard clearly the man's words, but no one dared to bid back.

One of the princes of the Chu Kingdom let out a voice as well as a sign so that no one would disturb him.

Liuzhen who saw this would not let him, he took the initiative to bid back, "280,000," cried Liuzhen in silence.

Yuwen and Yu Fei could only pat them both, but what Liuzhen did was not wrong.

One of the prince's bodyguards took action to speak, "Look! Do you know what you're doing" the bodyguard shouted threateningly.

"What did I say? Sakti Auction House has a rule don't you hear? Whoever bids higher is the winner" Liuzhen recalled.

"Everyone wants power, what right do you have in my way? The crystal has very pure energy of course I want it," Liuzhen continued.

Some of the sect elders began to take into account Liuzhen's words, they thought that if this crystal would greatly help their cultivation so decided to re-submit an offer.

The prince who heard Liuzhen's reply smiled, "Right! Anybody can bid and the highest is the winner, I didn't expect my men to forget such a simple thing," the prince replied beating his guard strong.

Liuzhen narrowed his eyes when he saw that the bodyguard was instantly dead on the spot, now he realized that the prince had just clarified his position.

All those who noticed fell silent after seeing the prince's actions, and locked up the intention of returning to bid.

"Alright, then 350,000 gold coins," said the prince, cleaning his hands.

The bidding of the prince was the highest value, no one dared to bid back after that.

In fact many sects had come for a tomb map of the first emperor, they had not expected that pure crystals would appear in the auction.

Moreover, the reason they did not want to be with the prince was to save as much money as possible for the fight for the emperor's meal map.

Penger then took the initiative to speak, "It seems like no one else is willing to offer it? Then...."

"Young man! Why don't you try to offer it?" Keep prince.

Liuzhen was speechless, he was worried that it was a trap so he did not take the decision to bid.

The auction guide then decided on the crystal winner and took out the next item, as well as the auction closing item.

The Sakti Auction House had verified the authenticity of the map, so many believed it.

"Senior Yu, if this map is as you say it looks like we should get it" said Liuzhen.

Liuzhen realized that all who were waiting for the treasure, made him feel curious about the map.

"I did say it, but if you look around again there are so many parties who want it," Yu Fei said hesitantly.

Yuwen also warned, if Liuzhen managed to win it there is no guarantee if they do not seize it forcibly.

Yuwen then advised them to wait for news from him, explaining that the map had been given a sign by Yuwen.

Liuzhen and Yu Fei who heard this did not believe him a little, but if Yuwen had said it meant it was true.

After the event was over Liuzhen immediately received the results of the auction, "Sister Li. this is money and a VIP card from us, if you have any more good items we will be willing to sell them for you," yuwen said while giving the proceeds of the sale of Liuzhen goods.

Liuzhen then thanked Yuwen for his help, after which he said goodbye to Yu Fei.

On the way Liuzhen saw so many people gathered in one place, that he found an old man selling antiques.

Yu Fei looked at Liuzhen's curiosity and decided to bring him closer, "Sister Li, if you want it I will buy it for you, but I'm worried about a lot of imitation items."

Liuzhen shook his head, he was not interested in what the old man was selling but his aura radiance slightly disturbed Liuzhen.

"Senior Yu, it looks like someone is following us...." Liuzhen murmured while looking at Yu Fei's direction.

Yu Fei understood the intent of Liuzhen and slightly nodded, just as Yu Fei nodded at Liuzhen then patted Yu Fei on the shoulder.

"Senior, what are you thinking, I'm just curious" Liuzhen said with a laugh.

Yu Fei said nothing, thinking that Liuzhen was too stupid to act.

Suddenly an arrow shot towards the two of them, Liuzhen who noticed it caught it.

Liuzhen then sensed that the arrow had poison, but he did not bother him much other than the contents of the letter on the arrow.
