Upon opening the box, Nisa's smile immediately flashed.

Nisa closes the box and wants to return it to Grandma, but Grandma holds it back.

Grandma and doctor Sarah just smiled at Revan's behavior. Grandma invited Dr. Sarah to sit in the living room.

Happy tears flooded Nisa's cheeks. Nisa just kept quiet while tightly hugging her husband's body.

They embrace back.

They immediately let go of the embrace and faced Grandma and Sarah's doctor.

Now Nisa's position is lying on her back to Revan. Revan touched Nisa's shoulder slowly. Nisa is sleeping.

Nisa fell asleep in a position like this. Revan slips a child's hair from nisa's face into her ear. Revan looked at the sleeping face of his wife.

The next morning, Revan did not leave for the office because he wanted to take Nisa to the obstetrician.
They had breakfast before going to the doctor.

Nisa nodded slowly. They continued their breakfast. But Revan is still curious about Grandma's decision to ban them from announcing Nisa's pregnancy.
Revan looked at Grandma's face, there was concern on Grandma's already aging face.
