Mentari began to wake up, he closed his eyes when he felt his vision blurred. It felt a soft caress on his head and while directing his eyesight up there was Fatih who was smiling.
"Mas," Mentari's voice was weak and somewhat hoarse.
"Hm, what's wrong? Wanna drink?" ask Fatih gently.
Mentari nodded his head because he was thirsty. When Fatih sat beside the gurney, Mentari sat down and leaned on him. One glass of water is immediately drunk in one breath.
"That's really thirsty, huh?" ask Fatih while smiling mischievously.
"Yes, like just breaking the fast," replied Mentari smiling weakly.
"Perfectly rest again. Don't mind too much. Pity our baby-to-be for stress." Fatih stroked the stomach plan of Mentari.
Mentari tried to digest what her husband had just said. She thought that it was possible that she was pregnant again. So, Mentari looked at Fatih asking for an explanation.
Looking at Mentari as if she was confused, Fatih smiled and whispered the words, "you're pregnant again, honey."
The mentor was so surprised that he was confused as to what to say. He even pinched Fatih's arm which was on his stomach very strongly.
"It hurts, Honey! Why?" Fatih grimaced as she felt the pain of the pinching hand of her beloved wife.
"Why am I pregnant? This must be because of Mas, always taking me almost every day." This time Mentari hit Fatih's chest.
"Honey, aren't you happy about having my child again?" fatih asked with her voice weakened.
Mentari does not like that Fatih is like that. She felt like she was an ungrateful wife.
"Not to be unhappy, my dear, my love! It's just that the twins are still small. They're also still breastfed." The mentor placed his hand on Fatih's cheek and his thumb gave a swipe.
"Don't start, my lovely. It's in the hospital!" Fatih began to be tempted by Mentari's deeds and his words.
Mentari who understood the meaning of her husband immediately turned over and went to sleep. "Mas always does!" whining with annoyance.
Fatih just smiled amusedly.

"Start, is that okay?" With a intermittent breath Ja'far immediately asked as soon as he entered the ward.
"Alhamdulillah, Mentari is fine. Sorry, Fatih had not had time to tell Father and Mother. Mentari is pregnant again" Fatih said.
"What?" The sound of Sinar and Ja'far sounded so loud and made Fatih shriek as she saw her two in-laws glaring at her.
"So Mentari fainted. When the doctor's examination estimated that she was pregnant, it was examined through ultrasound and the age of the fetus in the womb was only about a week," replied Fatih.
"Good!" Both Fatih's in-laws smiled as they brandished his two thumbs.
"My daughter-in-law is great!" Ja'far.
Fatih who was tense for fear of her in-laws getting angry, can now smile widely. She thought that her two in-laws would be angry because they had made Mentari pregnant again.
Mentari who pretended to be asleep, could now hear what they were talking about. Mentari now knows that the twins are now under the supervision of Erlangga–adik Cantika– who happens to always come to the house at dawn once a month accidentally visited the house of Ja'far, his uncle.
"Fatih, now let Mommy take care of Mentari. You wait for Zahra, maybe she'll realize that you're next to her" Sinar said.
"Sweetie, I go to the next room if there's anything just call me" Fatih said.
Mentari who heard Fatih's words, felt very sad that she would be abandoned by him. He turned his body and pulled Fatih into his arms.
"I'm not going anywhere, let alone leaving you." Fatih replied with a soft elusan on Mentari's back.
The mentor who received such gentle treatment now immediately kissed Fatih savagely and hotly. Makes Fatih wrong behavior between napsu and shame.
Sinar and Ja'far only chuckled at their son's behavior. Mentari does sometimes like to forget that there are other people if it is like that with her husband.
"Who does he look like?" ja'far whispered to the Light.
"It's not that the Mentari's nature is mostly similar to yours," replied Sinar by exerting his lips and making Ja'far kiss him at a glance.

Fatih saw the condition of Zahra who was still unconscious. He is not allowed to go in there at the moment. So, just stand up and look at the glass wall.
"Why are you not aware yet" said Fatih.
"If you open your eyes now, I will follow your will. Whatever it is while I'm able to do it" Fatih muttered again.
Fatih saw Zahra's hands crackling then her head. So, he immediately called the doctor to check again Zahra's condition now.
Once the team of doctors who handle Zahra finished checking Zahra's condition. They just shake their heads.
"Sorry, Mr. Fatih. It seems that this has no effect on his health. Just wait for the time."
Fatih, who was emotional at the doctor's words just now, immediately grabbed snatch snelli and pulled him tight until the doctor's leg tiptoed as it was choked by the shirt and snelli he wore.
Seeing that Ghazali immediately pulled Fatih's hand, so as to release the grip on the doctor's shirt that was now being frightened. However, Zahra's current state is not the doctor's fault.
"Detach, Brother!" Ghazali pushed Fatih's body much higher than the doctor's.
"She said something that was not appropriate for a doctor to say!" Fatih was still stirring up her emotions.
The mentari who had just come was confused to see the faces of the people there was very tense. Fatih was angry. Mentari immediately approached him and rubbed his chest.
"Istighfar, Ma!" Pinta Mentari to Fatih and now swiping his back.
Fatih was awakened then beristighfar. He shouldn't be mad at the doctor, it's not his fault. Zahra's condition is so. He just delivered the results of the examination just now. Fatih looked at the Mentari whose eyes were now glazed over.
"I'm sorry, I'm too emotional. Thank you for awakening me," Fatih hugged Mentari's body for a moment and then released her again.
"Doctor, I'm sorry. I was too emotional. I—" Fatih did not want to continue his words anymore. He has not been able to make Zahra laugh happily because of it. Only with help from Mentari could he make Zahra laugh happily. Before Zahra died she wanted to do something that made her smile happily. Makes great memories for him.
"It's okay, sir. I really understand your current situation." The doctor smiled stiffly as well.
"Can we go inside, now?" ask Fatih.
"Yes, Can. From earlier Mrs Zahra asked you," replied the doctor in a voice that was slowly afraid to offend Mentari.
