Flashbacks

Since arriving, Arya repeatedly checks her phone, waiting for news from Nevan who is tracking Reva's whereabouts. While he is now in the hospital accompanying Rehan who is currently being examined by a Doctor after being unconscious a while ago.

"How's Doc doing?" Arya looked at the doctor seriously

"not good. Although his puncture wounds were not so deep and hit his vital organs, he suffered several fractures in his legs and hands, not to mention the part of the head that seemed to be hit by a heavy object made him experience a concussion of the brain" replied the male doctor staring concerned at Rehan's condition was so terrible

"Can I talk to him?" Arya asked for the doctor's approval because Rehan's condition was concerning and it would be very bad for him to force him to speak

"I-I can brother.. Ugh.. " Reply Rehan tried to speak with all his strength

"Don't go too far.. " The doctor gave advice before leaving the two in the room

After the doctor's departure, Rehan slowly recounted what happened three hours ago.

3 Hours earlier..

Reva, starving to wait for Nevan, asks Rehan to take her to a minimart, buying some food on the side of the road that he is interested in, as well as the ice cream that became the main purpose came to the minimart.

The two sat on a roadside chair, with Reva still enjoying all the food she had just bought.

"Slow Non.. " Rehan said he helped Reva clean up the food spill

"I thirst.. Buy me a coke zero at the minimart.. " Pinta Reva took out a red note from her pants pocket

Rehan noticed the distance from the minimart and the place he was in, hesitating to leave Reva alone.

"Go, I can take care of myself" Reva said, aware of Rehan's concerns

In the end Rehan complied with the request from Reva and immediately ran to the minimart to buy the coke zero he wanted.

A few minutes later, without waiting for the change, Rehan immediately came out of the minimart and fortunately Reva was still in the place.

But he had not been able to approach Reva, a beak woman came to talk with Reva makes Rehan immediately ran to the two, asking what happened. Since coming out earlier, there was a strange feeling that he felt as if danger was waiting for him with Reva.

"Who are you?" Rehan's question holding onto the woman's shoulder made her turn around forcefully

"Stop Rehan, he is lost which is why he asked me the way" Reva said immediately stopping Rehan's actions

"Miss sure she's lost?" Rehan asked again trying to be careful

"Rehan's.. " Tegur Reva does not like if Rehan is too excessive like this, especially in a middle-aged woman

"I'm sorry for my stupidity.. " Rehan said a little bowed resignedly even though he still felt awkward about this

"It's okay, kid.. I've only come to this city for the first time and still feel foreign, which is why I asked this young lady"

"It's Bi, what if I take Auntie?" Tanya Reva offers help

"But Non.. " Contiff Rehan disagrees

Yet again Reva looked at Rehan "Quite Rehan.. " Tutur Reva firmly

Rehan could only sigh in resignation, while following the two from behind.

"This is aunty's son's house?" Ask Reva to make sure

"Yes right, this is his house. Thank you for your help" said the woman bowing with a knotty smile

Rehan who still disagreed with Reva's overly kind demeanor simply turned his face to look around the house.

"Then, we say go bi" said Reva smiled back and pulled Rehan who has since put on a flat face

"Sorry Non.. I'm not being presumptuous, it's just that the woman looked so suspicious"

"Here you go, let's go home before Nevan gets ahead of us" Reva said immediately speeding up his pace because Nevan would definitely reprimand him if he just came out without preaching it

"Good No-Ughh... " Rehan's words were cut off when suddenly someone from behind hit him on the head with an iron pipe

"Re-han ummnghh... " A moment after Reva turned around, her mouth suddenly caught someone from behind

The last thing he saw before his consciousness disappeared was Rehan who was now slumped on the ground with a thick red liquid that was now flowing in his head.

Reva downstairs gets into the car by two men with a black after and a black mask. While Rehan was pulled by the others into a dark hallway right next to the two of them got the attack earlier.

"W-who are you? Let go of Re-va" Rehan said trying to get up with a head that now feels so painful, his vision blurred making it difficult to move

"You can still stand, then don't blame me for being mean. Blame the girl for offending the big madam.. " Said the man then again launched a blow repeatedly on every part of Rehan's body, ranging from his legs, hands to his stomach

But even after all the blows he got, he still tried his hardest to grab the man's leg and drop it on the ground.

"Acchish.. You son of a bitch" The man threw the iron pipe, then took out a knife from his jacket pocket

The man approached Rehan and grabbed his hair, kicked him several times. Despite losing strength, Rehan was still unable to give up and held back the knife the man was holding with his hand. But unfortunately, however he tried to fight he had lost energy making him unable to dispel the knife that is now stuck in his stomach.

"You should be aware that, in the face of a power, you can do nothing but accept your death" the man said before pulling his knife back to make Rehan fall helpless on the ground

Seeing his terrible condition, the man left after making sure Rehan was unconscious. He did not even hesitate to kick his body a few times before he finally left Rehan.

But what he did not realize, even though Rehan's condition was so terrible with severe injuries all over his body he still saved a little energy, for he used to contact Nevan. Because when the man fell on the floor, Rehan acted secretly by throwing out the phone in his pocket.

After hearing the story from Rehan, Arya clenched her hands and hit the table in front of her. Unlock only Arya, Rehan who was currently unable to move his body, also felt the same and even exceeded what Arya felt.

"B*bastard son of a bitch.. I make sure you suffer more than I feel.. " Inward Rehan was pitying considering the face of the man who beat him

"Rest.. I'm going out to help Nevan" said Arya did not want to waste her time anymore

"Mrs? Don't say 'him'?" Hearing the big madam made Arya instantly think of someone who was most likely to be the mastermind

"I also suspect him" Rehan said understand because without thinking he could immediately know who the big madam was meant by the man who beat her up, after all, no one could do something like this other than that woman
